Woman Beating Cop found guilty As Charged in bartender beating

All this guy pictured here, ex Chicago Police officer Anthony Abbate is facing for literally kicking the hell out a woman who weighed at least 200 lbs less than him is 5 lousy years minus good behavior.

This is the maximum punishment available after being found guilty of one minor aggravated battery charge at the Crook County courthouse in a one day bench trial, which means judge and no jury for those unaware of the court trial proceedings in the US court system.

For those who read my report yesterday the officer incredulously pleaded innocent of the charge along with two other minor ones dropped prior to trial by claiming the 100 lb beauty pictured to the right down below was the one beating him up, and in my book for that alone he should get 5 more years..

This is what the Prosecutor had to say about Abbate's ridiculous defense

He said that for Fleming to acquit the officer, the judge would have to concoct what Marek termed the "Anthony Abbate exception."

Marek said that exception would be, "Anybody who punches and kicks a young bartender in a public place is guilty of aggravated battery except Anthony Abbate ... Who does he think he is?"

Personally I hope this so called "man" gets his fat ass kicked around at least once a week in the prison he's headed to, to remind him what it feels like not to have that badge to hide behind while abusing the very laws he was sworn to uphold.

However, in all likelihood he'll be protected there with some kind of segregation from the general population, killers and felons who are always a foaming at the mouth bunch who I'm quite certain would love to get their hands on him and his fat ass on those popular Friday and Saturday prison date nights on Cell Block H's around the country, specially reserved for those woman beaters and child molesters in their midst.

Either way, fortunately he will never be able to disgrace the Chicago Police Department along with it's many proud, dedicated and law abiding officers who are sadly dragged through the mud far too often by the criminal actions of the few bad apples, like this scum and his behavior has undeservedly done to good cops all around the world .

Judicial Watch: "Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has obtained documents from the Department of Defense (DOD) detailing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's multiple requests for military air travel.

The documents, obtained by Judicial Watch through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), include internal DOD email correspondence detailing attempts by DOD staff to accommodate Pelosi's numerous requests for military escorts and military aircraft as well as the speaker's last minute cancellations and changes. The following are a few highlights from the documents, which are linked in full below:"

• In response to a series of requests for military aircraft, one Defense Department official wrote, "Any chance of politely querying [Pelosi's team] if they really intend to do all of these or are they just picking every weekend?...[T]here's no need to block every weekend 'just in case'..." The email also notes that Pelosi's office had, "a history of canceling many of their past requests."
  
  
• One DOD official complained about the "hidden costs" associated with the speaker's last minute changes and cancellations. "We have...folks prepping the jets and crews driving in (not a short drive for some), cooking meals and preflighting the jets etc."
  
  
• The documents include a discussion of House Ethics rules and Defense Department policies as they apply to the speaker's requests for staff, spouses and extended family to accompany her on military aircraft. In May 2008, for example, Pelosi requested that her husband join her on a Congressional Delegation (CODEL) into Iraq. The DOD explained to Pelosi that the agency has a written policy prohibiting spouses from joining CODEL's into combat zones.
  
  
• Documents obtained from the U.S. Army include correspondence from Speaker Pelosi's office requesting an Army escort and three military planes to transport Pelosi and other members of Congress to Cleveland, Ohio, for the funeral services of the late Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones. Pelosi noted in her letter of August 22, 2008, that such a request, labeled "Operation Tribute" was an "exception to standard policy."
• The documents also detail correspondence from intermediaries for Speaker Pelosi issuing demands for certain aircraft and expressing outrage when requested military planes were not available. "It is my understanding there are no G5s available for the House during the Memorial Day recess. This is totally unacceptable...The speaker will want to know where the planes are..." wrote Kay King, Director of the House Office of Interparliamentary Affairs. In a separate email, when told a certain type of aircraft would not be available, King writes, "This is not good news, and we will have some very disappointed folks, as well as a very upset [s]peaker."
• During another email exchange DOD staff advised Kay King that one Pelosi military aircraft request could not be met because of "crew rest requirements" and offered to help secure commercial travel. Kay King responded: "We appreciate the efforts to help the codel [sic] fly commercially but you know the problem that creates with spouses. If we can find another way to assist with military assets, we would like to do that."

Speaker Pelosi came under fire in 2007 for requesting a 42-seat Air Force carrier to ferry the Speaker and her staff back and forth between San Francisco, CA and Washington, DC. Former House Speaker Dennis Hastert was allowed access to a 12-seat commuter jet for security reasons after the events of 9/11.

"Taken together, these documents show that Speaker Pelosi treats the Air Force like her personal airline," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. It's also never fair to paint any group with a broad brush but we can be safe in assuming that corruption is only going to rise exponentially across the nation in all sectors as financial hardship spreads like wildfire when Obama's policies really hit the fan like the sh** they are, and the fear of God and disrespect for authority sinks below basement levels across our population, due to bad upbringing as that lack of morals and values spreads from the criminal underworld to the business and municipal sector as it obviously has more than ever in our history.

There's always been bad apples throughout time and there always will be, but must this present society we're all a part of be trying to break the record for scum amongst our ranks, ranging from teaching to business to government, or basically everywhere we look?

Today's slime is some 100 or so New York cops who are being outed as the latest bunch of crooks in uniform doing a disservice to the honest law enforcement men and women out there, who's ranks also seem to be sadly shrinking. Days before her arrest, narcotics cop Jerry Bowen admitted stealing drugs from dealers and giving them to informants as part of a deal to cooperate in a case against three Brooklyn cops nabbed with him last June.

* Sgt. Roosevelt Green was caught on a wiretap running license-plate checks in his police car for reputed Long Island crack dealer Frank "Big Banana" Wilson, who was correctly concerned that he was being tailed by the feds.

Green was indicted by the feds for helping out the drug dealer from his hometown of Wyandanch, LI.

* Jorge Arbaje-Diaz, a Bronx cop for three years, was charged federally with participating in a violent stickup crew that posed as cops while committing 100 armed robberies of drug traffickers along the East Coast, netting millions in cash and drugs, according to prosecutors.

Race Card Part 2/ Darnell Cole, MATC College President Chucked for DUI

Instance two is a Black College president who was booted from his job because of receiving a DUI up in Wisconsin and of coarse out comes the race card when the college votes to get rid of the man when his supporters claim that he is just being fired for the DUI being the excuse!! Yes, I guess that would be the excuse, do they need another one? I don;t get the racism argument these people present. They argue that the board was wanting to fire him before this and this incident was the excuse they were looking for!!!

Cole Ousted as MATC President

Darnell Cole is out as President of MATC. The school board voted late Thursday to remove him from the post because of his drunk driving arrest from earlier this month.

Some, like those on the school newspaper, say the arrest reflects poorly on the school.

"The editorial board felt that it's not proper for him to continue on, that it's a really poor reflection on us as students and as a school as a whole," says MATC Times Editor Alexis Scheel.

Those who remained supportive of Cole rallied in support outside the school before the board meeting where he was ousted. Community Organizer Lamonte Harris believes Cole was targeted because of his race.

"I feel there are people who are only using this as a means to facilitate the removal of Dr. Cole, so if it wasn't this it would have been something else they would like to use."

Cole will be paid through the end of the month. His termination is effective as of Thursday night. Provost Vicki Martin will be asked to act as interim President.

Chicago mayor Richard Daley, son of Richard J Daley of coarse is obviously as dirty as his daddy was and is as filthy as the pot hole filled roads that he's limousine driven into work on every day. Then there was Dem senator Dan Rostenkowski who did a little time for the same things that loser New York Senator "Bahama Mama" Charlie Rangel is now getting away with, and Obama will be going down sooner than later as you can rest assured he's not the only clean politico in Illinois, that's for sure.

So as we await Obama's downfall along with fellow Illinois scum Rham Emmanuel, it's good old "Mosoleum" Burris who's likely headed for the hoosegow in record time, a man who actually managed to get through his entire decade long career without ever being charged or convicted of wrongdoing much less going to prison. Time To Look At Obama's Taxes For The Past 10 Years Perhaps?

Facebook Tries To Pull Google Chrome Intellectual Property Grab And Backtracks

No sooner was I invited to join 2 Facebook groups dedicated to the new Facebook "Nazi" like property grab ( just as Google did awhile back with their new Chrome browser sneaking new TOS' regs) when this article came out as apparently they got the message pretty quick that we're the people that make this "shiite" go 'round, as I'm not owned by anyone and they sure won't own my intellectual property as plenty others agreed.

Facebook Backs Away From Policy Change

- WSJ.com: "Yielding to pressure from its users and privacy advocates, Facebook Inc. Tuesday night backed away from controversial changes to its terms of use that some had decried as giving the social network too much leeway with users' personal information.

Just a day after standing by the revisions, the company said it would scrap the new policy and return to its previous terms of service in a notice to its 175 million users on its Web site.

In fact, the stimulus bill itself is one giant earmark, a massive collection of unnecessary spending, pet projects and kickbacks to well-heeled contributors."

Taking him to task in a big way as the leader of that liberal senatorial goon squad that allowed and even encouraged the trillion dollar mortgage fraud that's caused this worldwide financial meltdown we're all presently engulfed in. Frank the Fraud spent the last week grandstanding and berating Wall Street banking executives and business CEO's for their year end bonuses received while using federal TARP funds (our money) by unfairly calling them "bribes" for the camera's and their force of paid left wing bloggers. A complete disingenuous attack when he and this crook filled congress knows damn well from aisle to aisle that this is how these men and women are paid their salaries.

I happen to have 2 Wall Street executives and partners in my immediate family and these folks mostly get paid pretty normal salaries and sometimes more than often at the years' end they will receive rather large well earned performance bonuses depending of coarse on their individual firm's year long sales, and they have done this for decades like all sales people do. These so called "bonuses" pump billions and billions of dollars into the New York and Chicago economies by the way basically keeping them afloat as Rudy Giuliani noted last week in this CNN interview.

So now congress is still trying the misdirection and obfuscation to keep the spotlight on others' misdeeds so they can make sure we Americans can't focus on the real criminals who reside and work up on Capitol Hill and now the White House as well as they blame corporate America (who they're all in bed with in some way or another) making them the enemy like good Marxists need to do by playing the dog and pony show at these hearings, again using these executives as whipping boys and straw men for their admitted mismanagement of these TARP funds.

All the while as Obama and they themselves are in the midst of orchestrating the biggest financial heist in the history of mankind to the tune of nearly a trillion dollars bringing the nation into a debt which will total 58 trillion dollars when all is said and done as I reported here yesterday

For once will a liberal man in the public eye be held to account for thinking and talking with his penis as this lowlife did by publicly humiliating all Asian women and a few co workers along the way at a speech he made the other day.

To me it was simply a Freudian slip which simply shows how much those men are pre occupied with sex (with men, women or both) and to have such thoughts even find their way into a speech made for public consumption instead of Penthouse Forum this must be fist and foremost on his mind.

Activist Judge Gone Wild In Berkeley Denies Constitutional Rights to American Teen

Here is a most definite profound example of whom conservatives which I am one often refer to as "Activist Judges", rogue jurists who simply legislate from their judicial bench, unlawfully writing American laws and setting judicial precedents for future rulings throughout the land thereby imposing their liberal beliefs and ideology upon mostly disapproving Americans by skipping the ballot boxes and normal legislative process of which laws are normally created.

In this case, this particular judicial loon flat out declares in her courtroom one recent afternoon that a young American man, through his own volition mind you, cannot sign up to join the US Marines simply due to the fact that he is an adopted child and falls under her jurisdiction as she is supposed to be acting in a role as judicial protector for his supposed best interests.

Imposing this archaic ruling not through legal precedent but due to her simple outright personal hatred and disdain for the American Military Establishment, along with other whacked left wing ideals she enumerates right in the courtroom on the record for the entire world to see is a violation of this young mans civil rights and cause for her removal from her position as a judge among other blatant violations of her sworn duties.

In other words to borrow a truly hated phrase by her own left wing BDS crowd once used by George Bush, "I am the decider" therefore unconstitutionally denying this brave young principled man his deeply wished for opportunity to serve his beloved country in a way which he chooses to do so, the most gallant way possible mind you, and she simply hates and then denies him the right to do. What a blatant abuse of power by this woman who belongs back in the kitchen as punishment for such a offensive violation of his rights as a man and citizen.

Berkeley has simply lost all control over it's expected participation as an American city evident by the recent string and yet generations of their open Anti American behavior and disrespect for our laws and customs, and as a result should be stripped of all taxpayer / Federal funding and assistance of which they presently claim and benefit from due to their abhorrent disdain for everything this country stands for.

In addition, their city should be excommunicated from the Union as a recognized and accredited American city or community as expeditiously and permanently as possible, most certainly before their damaging & treasonous activities lend propaganda, credence and standing to the enemies of the United States during wartime nonetheless.

Anti-war judge rejects foster teen's bid to join military -

LA Daily News: "SIMI VALLEY - Shawn Sage long dreamed of joining the military, and watching 'Full Metal Jacket' last year really sold him on becoming a Marine.

But last fall, a Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner dashed the foster teen's hopes of early enlistment for Marine sniper duty, plus a potential $10,000 signing bonus.

In denying the Royal High School student delayed entry into the Marine Corps, Children's Court Commissioner Marilyn Mackel reportedly told Sage and a recruiter that she didn't approve of the Iraq war, didn't trust recruiters and didn't support the military.

'The judge said she didn't support the Iraq war for any reason why we're over there,' said Marine recruiter Sgt. Guillermo Medrano of the Simi Valley USMC recruiting office.

'She just said all recruiters were the same - that they `all tap dance and tell me what I want to hear.' She said she didn't want him to fight in it.'

Sage, 17, said he begged for Mackel's permission.

'Foster children shouldn't be denied (an) ability to enlist in the service just because they're foster kids,' he said. 'Foster kids shouldn't have to go to court to gain approval to serve one's country.'

Mackel, a juvenile dependency commissioner at the Children's Court in Monterey Park, declined through a clerk to speak about any court case or comments she may have made in court.

Transcripts of juvenile court hearings require a special release from a judge. Court officials said a transcript of the Sage hearing, if released, would not be available for a week or more.

After Sage submitted a winning entry to the lawmaker's Write a Bill Challenge, Assemblyman Cameron Smyth introduced legislation last month that would allow foster teens to enlist in the service without express permission from a judge.

Instead, AB2238 would allow foster children 17 or older to sign up with the consent of a foster parent or social worker.

"Here is one impressive young man who somehow made it through the challenge of the foster system, had a clear sense of a career path and was denied that opportunity by a judge basically because of her personal bias," said Smyth, R-Santa Clarita, who will honor Sage today at a Royal High assembly.

"I find that to be a horrific abuse of her power."

It was Oct. 12 when Medrano, in crisp dress blues, appeared with Sage before the commissioner to petition for his early enlistment.

The USMC Delayed Entry Program, like those in other services, allows high school seniors to enlist in the service up to a year before starting boot camp.

Recruiters encourage students to hone their study skills, learn to eat right and become fit enough to don a uniform.

By "DEPing in," students can enlist at 17, get their high school diploma, then lock in a military job such as Force Recon - or scout snipers. They also qualify for a signing bonus. continued here
