79 Illinois Politicians have been convicted of some wrongdoing since 1972 if you can believe that, and you had better because it's true, and you'll be seeing Barack Obama added to this list a lot sooner than many had antipated. Some of the most notable in just the past 4 years are of coarse republican former governor George Ryan who's now in prison in Wisconsin. The of coarse we have a plethora of present Democrats mired in scandal led by Rod Blagojevich being impeached and likely headed to prison with George Ryan unless he delivers Obama on a platinum platter.
Chicago mayor Richard Daley, son of Richard J Daley of coarse is obviously as dirty as his daddy was and is as filthy as the pot hole filled roads that he's limousine driven into work on every day. Then there was Dem senator Dan Rostenkowski who did a little time for the same things that loser New York Senator "Bahama Mama" Charlie Rangel is now getting away with, and Obama will be going down sooner than later as you can rest assured he's not the only clean politico in Illinois, that's for sure.
So as we await Obama's downfall along with fellow Illinois scum Rham Emmanuel, it's good old "Mosoleum" Burris who's likely headed for the hoosegow in record time, a man who actually managed to get through his entire decade long career without ever being charged or convicted of wrongdoing much less going to prison. However, as they say he really "stepped on his pud" with this grand career finale dirty dem Senatorial Grab, and instead of spending quiet days awaiting the day he can kick up his feet in his half million dollar Monument to himself he might actually spend some time chipping and breaking rocks of another kind in an Illinois prison...
Roland Burris, resign
| Vox Pop: "The benefit of the doubt had already been stretched thin and taut by the time Roland Burris offered his third version of the events leading to his appointment to the U.S. Senate. It finally snapped like a rubber band, popping him on that long Pinocchio nose of his, when he came out with version four.
Let’s see if we have it right: Burris had zero contact with any of Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s cronies about his interest in the Senate seat being vacated by President Barack Obama— unless you count that conversation with former chief of staff Lon Monk, and, on further reflection, the ones with insiders John Harris, Doug Scofield and John Wyma and, oh yeah, the governor’s brother and fund-raising chief, Robert Blagojevich. But Burris didn’t raise a single dollar for the now ex-governor as a result of those contacts because that could be construed as a quid pro quo and besides, everyone he asked refused to donate.
The story gets worse with every telling.
Enough. Roland Burris must resign.
His protests that he had nothing to hide just don’t square with his obvious attempts to hide something, as evidenced by the evolving truths in three sworn statements to the House impeachment panel. His Jan. 8 testimony before that panel contradicted the affidavit he’d filed three days earlier."\\ continued
Here's Burris pleading his case the other day in this 25 minute press lie filled conference and fiasco that will prove his death knell, a evidentiary type video that they'll likely be playing in courts at some point that we posted last week in a piece called "Roland Burris does the Tombstone Two Step,
And another thing, if those liberal folks out there think Obama and Emmanuel are clean as a whistle in this little cheat fest I got a bridge for sale for you people and you can bet that where these skeletons lay there will be a mountain of others stuffed in closets as evidence to Obama's scandal and graft over his far too quick rise in Politics that you can bet isn't free and clear.
I hope you are correct, lets just hope it is sooner than later.
ReplyDeleteI'd bet the rent on it, not this months though.
ReplyDeleteI'm predicting an end of the year major scandal from the election will be in full swing related to his birth certificate and his millions of illegal campaign contributions that will turn out to be from terrorists in the middle east.
Not to mention the attack we will suffer sometime this year.
