Here's one of my first posts and observations on a then potential Obama presidency in Feb 07/ I'm no prophet believe you me..... it was all common sense far too many today simply 'lack',
George Mason explained, “(T)o disarm the people (is) the best and most effectual way to enslave them.” Noah Webster elaborated: “Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed
These people have incredible video of illegals, Armed terrorists, you name it invading the country each second of every day..
How do all you proponents of Obamacare and the trillions and trillions of dollars in debt it will put all Americans under the weight of feel now, knowing it's probable that your state and federal government are so %*$*$* broke that they can't even pay everyone their owed income tax refunds for months, and who knows if they''ll ever have returns again seeing we're basically 13 trillion down.
I think however, people will get the seriousness of the national debt when it comes straight out of their own freaking pockets, which many Obamanites aren't used to as we hear THEIR squawk level equaling ours, just for polar opposite reasons.
So here they go, Obama's second tax year and many liberal enclaves WILL NOT even able to pay you YOUR OWN MONEY BACK..(I got mine, I hope you get yours too) HAHA, THEY SPENT IT ALREADY, that sure didn't feel good, now did it or does it?
No, it doesn't I've been there too. And I do feel bad for people, but this is why I claim double dependents, so I get the money back throughout the year, I'm not borrowing those thieves my money tax free every year nonetheless. No way Jose. I've never been harassed for doing it so I suggest this year you consider doing the same. That would really throw a wrench in their out of control spending in DC, I'll tell you that.
USATODAY.com: "Residents eager to get their state tax refunds may have a long wait this year: The recession has tied up cash and caused officials in half a dozen states to consider freezing refunds, in one case for as long as five months.
States from New York to Hawaii that have been hard-hit by the economic downturn say they have either delayed refunds or are considering doing so because of budget shortfalls.
'It's an indicator of how bad it is,' says Scott Pattison, executive director of the National Association of State Budget Officers. 'You know things are bad when you have to do that.'
New York, hit with a $9 billion deficit, may delay $500 million in refunds to keep the state from running out of cash, says Gov. David Paterson.
WHERE DOES YOUR MONEY GO? Enter your salary and see how tax rates have changed over time
Hawaii's Department of Taxation says some residents may not see state income tax refunds until the end of August, The Honolulu Advertiser reported. It was part of a plan by Gov. Linda Lingle to deal with a revenue drop-off by pushing costs into the next fiscal period, which begins in July." read more

DATA SNAP:US Jan Jobless Rate Falls ;)To 9.7%; Payrolls -20K: "WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The U.S. unemployment rate unexpectedly declined in January, but the economy continued to shed jobs and revisions painted a bleaker picture for 2009, casting doubt over the labor market's strength.
The unemployment rate, calculated using a household survey, fell to 9.7% last month from an unrevised 10% in December, the Labor Department said Friday. Economists surveyed by Dow Jones Newswires had forecast the jobless rate would edge higher to 10.1%.
Meantime, nonfarm payrolls fell by 20,000 compared with a revised 150,000 drop decline in December. Economists had expected payrolls to be flat. The December figure was revised down sharply from an originally reported 85,000 drop.
The Labor Department's annual benchmark revision to the survey that produces the monthly payroll report painted a bleaker 2009 picture. Last year, job losses were almost 600,000 more than previously reported, the revisions showed." continued

There are "tax and pillage" liberals running rampant like Barney Frank through a free bathhouse in Washington, and anyone in their right mind and able bodied wouldn't start a business to create new jobs right now unless it was a crackhouse or a cat house. This will end the day Obama resigns or leaves office and no sooner.
FOXNews.com : "WASHINGTON -- The number of newly laid-off workers filing initial claims for jobless benefits rose unexpectedly last week, evidence that layoffs are continuing and jobs remain scarce.
The rise is the fourth in the past five weeks. Most economists hoped that claims would resume a downward trend that was evident in the fall and early winter.
The Labor Department says that new claims for unemployment insurance rose by 8,000 to a seasonally adjusted 480,000. Wall Street economists had expected a drop to 460,000.
The four-week average, which smooths fluctuations, rose for the third straight week.

Jan. 31, 2010: "NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The watchdog charged with monitoring the government's $700 billion bailout unleashed one of his harshest criticisms of the program to date, questioning its overall effectiveness.
In his latest quarterly report to Congress, special inspector general Neil Barofsky said that the Troubled Asset Relief Program, or TARP, has failed to boost bank lending as well as halt the spread of foreclosures -- two key aims of the sprawling program."
"Whether these goals can effectively be met through existing TARP programs is very much an open question at this time," Barofsky said in the report.
When Congress enacted TARP, the hope was that injecting capital into hundreds of banks would spur lending and keep the economy from spiraling even deeper into recession.
But since then, lending to both consumers and businesses has continued to decline.continued
Here's another more dire description of the TARP ripoff and how little if anything it's done in the long run but allow banks to "bank" more cash.

At 2000 pages long weighing in at about 10 lbs is the 3 trillion 2011 budget, and he's proposing cutting the equivalent of ACORN's grants from the US government meaning you and I to the tune of 30 billion since 98.
Or as the headline indicated, a piddly .065% of the national debt.
What a freakin' spendthrift! Done laughing yet? What a joke that he thinks that's gonna do anything but be mocked endlessly for the next few days showing how out of touch he is along with that 111th congress.
How about putting the damn budget online for one year and letting we American's VOTE where our money goes, now there's a good idea for once.
Something tells me this is what Obama looks like when no one's looking even still after a year now.
President Barack
Obama will propose cutting or changing some 120 items in his budget for
fiscal 2011 that will help save $20 billion this year, the White House
said on Saturday.
Reuters: Obama, who on Monday presents his budget
proposals for the fiscal year starting October 1, has promised to
tackle record deficits by initiating a spending freeze on some domestic
programs and eliminating programs that are redundant.
The White House gave a preview of some of those cuts in a statement published on its blog on Saturday.
One of the proposals would eliminate the "Advanced Earned Income Tax
Credit," which allows eligible taxpayers with children to get a portion
of the a tax credit paid out in their paychecks throughout the year.
The White House said only 514,000 people -- 3 percent of those
eligible -- claimed the credit and the error rate for the program was
high, with 80 percent of recipients not complying with one or more of
the program's requirements.
"This ineffective and prone-to-error program should be eliminated,"
White House Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer said in the statement.
Other changes would include consolidating 38 programs at the
Department of Education into 11 to clamp down on inefficiencies and
demand greater accountability from states and school districts on grant
programs.

Obama's spending freeze is nothing but nonsense" This is a great explanation of the budgetary bullshit meter and games with numbers that Obama and his people are trying to pass off as turning a new leaf of so called fiscal responsibility.
What a sham.... .58% Is all it comes out to in savings.
Wasted is right and that's why this government shouldn't be trusted on anything they say or do, and the people out here should demand a strict forensic accounting of every dollar, and prosecute every single person who received and wasted a solitary dollar from the "Porkulus Sham".
The bill the dems all think we're all gonna forget about since it's been such a dismal failure.
A criminal failure to be exact.

CNN.com: "Washington (CNN) -- Nearly three out of four Americans think that at least half of the money spent in the federal stimulus plan has been wasted, according to a new national poll.
A CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Monday morning also indicates that 63 percent of the public thinks that projects in the plan were included for purely political reasons and will have no economic benefit, with 36 percent saying those projects will benefit the economy.
Twenty-one percent of people questioned in the poll say nearly all the money in the stimulus has been wasted, with 24 percent feeling that most money has been wasted and an additional 29 percent saying that about half has been wasted. Twenty-one percent say only a little has been wasted and 4 percent think that no stimulus dollars have been wasted.
'One reason why the economic stimulus bill is no longer popular with the American public is the perception that a lot of the money has been wasted. Six in 10 believe that the projects in the stimulus bill were included for purely political reasons,' said CNN Polling Director Keating Holland.

U.S. | Reuters: "WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Obama administration will raise its 10-year budget deficit projection to approximately $9 trillion from $7.108 trillion in a report next week, a senior administration official told Reuters on Friday.
The higher deficit figure, based on updated economic data, brings the White House budget office into line with outside estimates and gives further fuel to President Barack Obama's opponents, who say his spending plans are too expensive in light of budget shortfalls.
The White House took heat for sticking with its $7.108 trillion forecast earlier this year after the Congressional Budget Office forecast that deficits between 2010 and 2019 would total $9.1 trillion.
'The new forecasts are based on new data that reflect how severe the economic downturn was in the late fall of last year and the winter of this year,' said the administration official, who is familiar with the budget mid-session review that is slated to be released next week.
'Our budget projections are now in line with the spring and summer projections that the Congressional Budget Office put out.'
The White House budget office will also lower its deficit forecast for this fiscal year, which ends September 30, to $1.58 trillion from $1.84 trillion next week after removing $250 billion set aside for bank bail"

If the long established Food and Drug Administration can't even manage to figure out their own future budgetary needs and lack the capacity to do so, can you imagine a future "ObamaCare Health Ministry" and it's clusterfluck of endless red tape and black hole budgets?.
We're running out of zero's to count all this shi*(*&0_*%*&%R
"WASHINGTON (AP) - The Food and Drug Administration—which has struggled to fulfill its mission of regulating food, drugs and other consumer goods that make up nearly a quarter of the U.S. economy—does not have the expertise to forecast its own budget needs, according to congressional investigators.
While many lawmakers and consumer advocates have long complained that the agency lacks the staff and equipment to accomplish its mission, the Government Accountability Office says the agency doesn't even have 'the data to develop a complete and reliable estimate of the resources it needs.'"
The GAO places some of the blame on the FDA's lopsided budget—which dedicates significant resources to approving new products, but far less to tracking their safety once they've reached the market.
FDA officials acknowledged the problems uncovered by the GAO, saying they are working to get a better picture of the agency's spending and how much additional funding it needs. "We have to be able to talk about the funds we need, and how we're using the money, with more detail than FDA has in the past," said Dr. Joshua Sharfstein, the agency's deputy commissioner.
The GAO report, due out Monday, is the latest in a series to document the problems facing the agency. The FDA has spent the last few years careening from one public health crisis to the next. They have included the recall of the painkiller Vioxx—which was linked to heart attacks, contaminated blood thinners imported from China, and an investigation into a salmonella outbreak that dragged on for weeks before peppers were identified as the culprit.
The agency's product review program is largely funded by user fees from drug and medical device companies, while the company's safety inspections are funded by taxpayer dollars. Over the last 10 years, funding from private companies increased nearly 270 percent, while funds from the U.S. government grew less than 70 percent.
Currently, the federal government pays for just over 30 percent of the FDA's medical products budget. As a result, the FDA is approving more new products but is spending far less to make sure they are being used safely.
"The approval of new products has increasingly become the beneficiary of the agency's budget," according to the GAO report.
Between 2004 and 2008 the agency failed to inspect all U.S. drug manufacturing plants every two years, as required by law. In other areas, such as reviewing reports of negative drug side effects, the FDA could not even say how much money and manpower it spent.
Sens. Ted Kennedy, D-Mass., and Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, and Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Calif., requested the GAO probe.
"This report makes it clear that the FDA has to get a handle on its own resource requirements and how to use resources more effectively," Grassley said in a statement.
Under the Bush administration, FDA officials often insisted the agency had sufficient funding, even when its own advisers said it desperately needed more. In 2007, the agency's independent group of science advisers said the FDA was in danger of failing in its mission due to a lack of expertise and resources.
"American lives are at risk," the group concluded.
Sharfstein said President Barack Obama is aware of the agency's funding woes and is working to boost its budget for safety and inspection activities. The administration's fiscal year 2010 budget proposal would increase FDA's federal funding by more than 14 percent, to $2.35 billion from $2.06 billion. The spending bill passed the House earlier this month and is moving through the Senate.
Obama tapped Sharfstein to fill the FDA's No. 2 position in March. A pediatrician and former Baltimore Health Commissioner, he reports to FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg, who was confirmed by the Senate in May.
FDA officials already are working to keep better track of how the agency uses its funding.
"We've actually been working on this since we started here, but it's a big agency and it's going to take some work to get to level of detail people want," Sharfstein said.

Only giving a little back to us of which they already took.. Talk About Voodoo Economics, this is it.
Although great uncertainty surrounds long-term fiscal projections, rising costs for health care and the aging of the population will cause federal spending to increase rapidly under any plausible scenario for current law. Unless revenues increase just as rapidly, the rise in spending will produce growing budget deficits. Large budget deficits would reduce national saving, leading to more borrowing from abroad and less domestic investment, which in turn would depress economic growth in the United States.
Over time, accumulating debt would cause substantial harm to the economy. The following chart shows our projection of federal debt relative to GDP under the two scenarios we modeled"

Hope and Change my ass, it's the same old tired sh** from our democratic friends in Washington who came in sheeps clothing and now have the blood of you and me dripping from their teeth like the wolves they are.
New York Post"Congressional plans to fund a massive health-care overhaul could have a job-killing effect on New York, creating a tax rate of nearly 60 percent for the state's top earners and possibly pressuring small-business owners to shed workers.
New York's top income bracket could reach as high as 57 percent -- rates not seen in three decades -- to pay for the massive health coverage proposed by House Democrats this week."
The top rate in New York City, home to many of the state's wealthiest people, would be 58.68 percent, the Washington-based Tax Foundation said in a report yesterday.
That means New York's top earners, small-business owners and most dynamic entrepreneurs will be facing new fees and penalties.
The $544 billion tax hike would violate one of President Obama's ironclad campaign promises: No family will pay higher tax rates than they would have paid in the 1990s.
Under the bill, three new tax brackets would be created for high earners, with a top rate of 45 percent for families making more than $1 million. That would be the highest income-tax rate since 1986, when the top rate was 50 percent. The legislation is especially onerous for business owners, in part because it penalizes employers with a payroll bigger than $400,000 some 8 percent of wages if they don't offer health care.
But the cost of the buy-in to the program may be so prohibitive that it will dissuade owners from growing their businesses -- a scary prospect in the midst of a recession.
Obama took to the airwaves yesterday with ads and TV interviews promoting the need to reform health care.
As a Senate health committee passed a different version of a health-care reform bill - a milestone for the issue - Obama said on NBC, "The American people have to realize that there's no such thing as a free lunch."
And in a Rose Garden speech, he said the "status quo" on health care is "threatening the financial stability of families, of businesses, and of government. It's unsustainable, and it has to change."
Asked if Obama supports the surtax on wealthiest Americans even though it would break a campaign pledge, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said only, "It's a process that we're watching."
Republicans in Washington and small-business defenders in New York said the House legislation would effectively place a stranglehold on businesses while running off top earners. continued at page 2
by Mark Steyn on National Review Online: "President Obama was supposed to be “cool.” But he isn’t. He’s square. Not just mildly so, but embarrassingly square. He’s squaresville squared. It’s like you’re having a party with your friends and he’s the cringe-making middle-aged parent who wants to show he digs where the young people are at by grooving around in the middle of the dance floor all night long.
How do I know? I’ve been there and I’ve been square. By “there,” I mean I’ve been in places that have tried all the cool Obama dance moves and eventually wised up to what utter clunkers they are. A week ago, the House of Representatives passed some gargantuan “cap-and-trade” bill designed to “save” “the environment.” Paul Krugman, the Nobel Prize–winning economist, accused those Neanderthals who voted against the bill of committing “treason against the planet.” By that standard, most of the planet is guilty of treason against the planet. I don’t mean just in the sense that China, already the world’s Number One CO2 emitter, and India and other rising economic powers have absolutely no intention of doing what the Democrats have done, no way, no how — because they don’t see why they should stay poor just because New York Times columnists think it’s good for them."
No, I mean that most of the developed world has already gone down the paved road of good intentions and is now frantically trying to pedal up out of it. New Zealand was one of the few western nations to sign on to Kyoto and then attempt to abide by it — until they realized they could only do so by destroying their economy. They introduced a Dem-style cap-and-trade regime — and last year they suspended it. In Australia, the Labor government postponed implementation of its emissions-reduction program until 2011, and the Aussie Senate may scuttle it entirely. The Obama administration has gotten to the climate-change hop just as the glitterball’s stopped whirling and the band’s packing up its instruments.
The Congressional cap-and-trade shtick would be tired even if it weren’t the familiar boondoggle of tax hikes, big-government micro-regulation, and pork-a-palooza pay-offs to preferred clients of the Democratic party. Granted that carbon credits were already a dubious racket equivalent to the sale of “indulgences” in medieval Europe, the decision by Congressional power-brokers to give away credits to well-connected Democratic party interests surely represents the environmental movement’s formal Jumping of the Endangered Great White Shark.
Back at the New York Times, Thomas Friedman agreed the bill “stinks” and says “it’s a mess” and he “detests” it, but nevertheless says we need to pass it because his “gut” tells him to. Maybe his gut’s really telling him the New York Times canteen’s daily specials have been adversely affected by the company’s collapsing share price. Who knows? At any rate, for reasons not entirely obvious from his prose style, the eminent columnist believes himself to have a special influence on the youth of today and so directed the grand finale of his gut’s analysis to them especially: “Attention all young Americans,” he proclaimed. “You want to make a difference? Then get out of Facebook and into somebody’s face. Get a million people on the Washington Mall calling for a price on carbon.” continued
