Obama's spending freeze is nothing but nonsense" This is a great explanation of the budgetary bullshit meter and games with numbers that Obama and his people are trying to pass off as turning a new leaf of so called fiscal responsibility.

What a sham....    .58% Is all it comes out to in savings.
