Akron police investigate black teen mob attack on white family

That's my headline up above. however, that's not at all what it says in the mostly innocuous headline from a day's news in this country nowadays but should, because it's the truth of what really happened to this man in Akron Ohio, and you can rest assured were the attack the other way around, you can bet the world media would descend on Akron Ohio like it was the summer home of Michael Jackson and Tonya Harding.

Here's what was said to this white man, his family and friends shown here in this picture from the story below

''This is our world'' and ''This is a black world'' as they confronted Marshall and his family.

prior to them all being administered a purely racially motivated beating from 50 some black teenagers, a crime that should be charged as one immediately, but yet hasn't, and probably won't. This story alone further signifying how racist and outright ridiculous the hate crime laws are against non homosexual non minorities.

They are essentially being charged twice for the same crimes that minorities and homosexuals commit equally as much, yet are never upcharged to the hate classification as are their white counterparts

Switch that scenario around making it's components a white suburban mob which attacks a black homosexual man and his family and gay friends shouting

"It's a white man's world, you're in my world now you fagot brother".......

Understandably so, the media would go into racial hatred overdrive on such a racist, and the Sharpton Jackson race baiting army would be in full attack mode literally invading the city with bused in protesters with pre fabricated signage and tv crews right in tow.

But not when the so called "white bread crackers" are the victims and on the other side of that coin. Not only is it mostly ignored it's not even being charged as a hate crime.

Akron police investigate teen mob attack on family

Ohio.com -Akron police say they aren't ready to call it a hate crime or a gang initiation.

But to Marty Marshall, his wife and two kids, it seems pretty clear.

It came after a family night of celebrating America and freedom with a fireworks show at Firestone Stadium. Marshall, his family and two friends were gathered outside a friend's home in South Akron.

Out of nowhere, the six were attacked by dozens of teenage boys, who shouted ''This is our world'' and ''This is a black world'' as they confronted Marshall and his family.

The Marshalls, who are white, say the crowd of teens who attacked them and two friends June 27 on Girard Street numbered close to 50. The teens were all black.

''This was almost like being a terrorist act,'' Marshall said. ''And we allow this to go on in our neighborhoods?''

They said it started when one teen, without any words or warning, blindsided and assaulted Marshall's friend as he stood outside with the others.

When Marshall, 39, jumped in, he found himself being attacked by the growing group of teens.

His daughter, Rachel, 15, who weighs about 90 pounds, tried to come to his rescue. The teens pushed her to the ground.

His wife, Yvonne, pushed their son, Donald, 14, into bushes to keep him protected.

''My thing is,'' Marshall said, ''I didn't want this, but I was in fear for my wife, my kids and my friends. I felt I had to stay out there to protect them, because those guys were just jumping, swinging fists and everything.

''I'm lucky. They didn't break my ribs or bruise my ribs. I thank God, they concentrated on my thick head because I do have one. They were trying to take my head off my spine, basically.''

After several minutes of punches and kicks, the attack ended and the group ran off. The Marshalls' two adult male friends were not seriously hurt.

''I don't think I thought at that moment when I tried to jump in,'' Rachel Marshall said. ''But when I was laying on the ground, I was just scared.''

Marshall was the most seriously injured. He suffered a concussion and multiple bruises to his head and eye. He said he spent five nights in the critical care unit at Akron General Medical Center.

The construction worker said he now fears for his family's safety, and the thousands of dollars in medical bills he faces without insurance.

''I knew I was going to get beat, but not as bad as I did,'' Marshall said. ''But I did it to protect my family. I didn't have a choice. There was no need for this. We should be all getting along. But to me, it seems to be racist.''

Akron police are investigating. Right now, the case is not being classified as a racial hate crime. There were no other reports of victims assaulted by the group that night.

The department's gang unit is involved in the investigation, police said.

''We don't know if it's a known gang, or just a group of kids,'' police Lt. Rick Edwards said.

The Marshalls say they fear retaliation at home or when they go outside. They are considering arming themselves, but they're concerned about the possible problems that come with guns.

For now, they are hoping police can bring them suspects. They believe they can identify several of the attackers.

''This makes you think about your freedom,'' Marshall said. ''In all reality, where is your freedom when you have this going on?''

When Was the Dem Congressional Black Caucus Elected To Speak For All America on Foreign Soil?

I never elected this so called divisive "Black" caucus to jack, so when did they become authorized to travel around the world and negotiate policy with rogue communist leaders like Fidel and Brother Raul Castro, the murdering and oppressive dictators of CUBA is what I'd like to know.....

Another question I have pertaining to this victimhood exploitation group is where do we find the Congressional White Caucus in congress and the excuse that "the whole congress is the white caucus" is simply not an answer..Anyone seen them around lately, probably not because if you did the liberal fringe left wing and the "Black Caucus" would be calling them out as KKK racists for forming a group amongst themselves that only represents a portion of their so called constituencies instead of the entire group not excluding anyone because of race.

Something of which this Black Caucus obviously gets away with still 30 years after the beginning of the end of the civil rights movement/ A movement these particular people along with the Jesse and Al Inc. will never let ,because then they would have to stand on their records and actual achievements instead of creating and exploiting racial animosity they claim to wish would go away. So how do they make it go away?


They segregate themselves from the others by forming and then designating their caucus for blacks and their interests only. So they're still this so called suppressed race which they obviously were at one time. Yet the president of the country is now black and has proven that America is no longer the oppressive racist hell that it was at one time, and some just don't want it to change and surprisingly it's some African Americans that are the offenders, not the majority of white.

That is of coarse unless their constituency consists of nothing but Black voters which I find hard to believe because I know for a fact that one member of that little racist tribe is Chicago crook and Black Panther who we call Bobby "Race Card" Rush has a few crackers in his bowl of chips over there in his Chicago district. So I wonder how they all feel about him only representing the interests of his black voters, because that's all the guy does. Racism Doesnt Just Emanate From The White Communities In America

After my comments please read the following story, and while doing so proceed by replacing the defendant (I mean freaking killer) in the story with a Caucasian killer, then replace all the derogatory references to said Caucasians he makes in his glorious court appearance with the N word, again as he is in court for a brutal Philadelphia murder in which the victim's daughter witnessed the killing after fighting off this slug of crud the best she could during a robbery of her immigrant father's store serving this piece of shit's own neighborhood mind you. It was a very brutal and well publicized crime I blogged about at it's onset upon hearing about it all the way here in Chicago where this sh** happens all the time as well.

Once doing as I asked, then say to yourself "how many other blacks in America feel the way this shit head does" which the answer is a likely many. Shop owner's killer gets life, spews curses, spits on lawyer

Philadelphia Daily News | 04/01/2009: "PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - A 17-year-old convicted murderer spit in his defense attorney's face yesterday and called a judge, his attorney and the prosecutor 'f---ing crackers.'

James Canady - convicted by a jury in February of first-degree murder in the 2007 shooting death of Crescentville grocer Jiaxing Lu - spouted expletive upon expletive when it was his turn to speak at his sentencing hearing.

He began accusing the prosecutor and others of opening 'a little dirty' case against him. When Common Pleas Judge Jeffrey Minehart reminded Canady that he had been convicted by a jury and suggested that he keep his comments to his sentencing rather than trying to be a tough guy, Canady shouted: 'Ain't nothing about being a tough guy.'

He then spewed out, 'F---ing crackers, man!' directing his comment at the judge; at his attorney, Lee Mandell, and at Assistant District Attorney Michael Barry.

The judge called Canady 'a disgrace.' During the next few moments, Canady continued shouting curses as his mother, Camilla Brown, wailed in the gallery for him to stop speaking.

Canady then spit in Mandell's face. At that, Minehart ordered sheriff's deputies to 'bind [Canady] and gag him' before bringing him back in"

After a break, during which Canady was gagged with gauze and padding - which was secured to his mouth by clear tape wrapped around his head - Canady was again brought into the courtroom.

The judge, in noting that Canady has shown no remorse in the Aug. 9, 2007, shooting, sentenced him to the mandatory term of life in prison on the first-degree-murder conviction and added a consecutive term of 22 1/2 to 45 years for his convictions on robbery, conspiracy, and possessing an instrument of crime.

Earlier yesterday, before Canady's outbursts, prosecutor Barry read a letter written by Lu's 28-year-old son. In it, the son touchingly described how his father came to the United States from China in 1992, and worked long, exhausting hours in a restaurant in Flushing, N.Y., then in his own restaurant in Glenolden, Delaware County.

His father was able to obtain legal status and apply for the rest of his family to come to the United States in 1999, when he was still in New York.

In 2005, his father got the opportunity to buy the grocery store, on Colgate Street near Cheltenham Avenue, the son wrote. His father could finally relax, and thought that his store, Lu Grocery, would become his retirement place, but instead it became "his funeral place," the son wrote.

Brown, Canady's mother, tearfully told the court yesterday that she wanted to apologize to the Lu family for their loss

At Canady's trial, Lu's daughter, LiXia Lu, 25, testified that she had recognized Canady, who lived in the neighborhood, as the gunman who came into her family's store that August day with an accomplice. After a fierce struggle, in which she threw soda bottles and canned goods at him, she ripped off his mask.

It was after Canady, then 15, was pushed out the store's door that he reached back in and shot Jiaxing Lu, 47. *

A man who (while on the subject of schooling) got everything he ever achieved in this land and life handed to him on a silver platter from misguided and unfair affirmative action laws, paid for by the white guilt government at our mother luvin' expense (by the way as no one paid off my hundred thousand dollar education, first and foremost the damn government, mostly because I'm caucasian so I had to pull the freight myself completely.)

Boy banned from wearing Obama mask in skit

– OregonLive.com: "A mask similar to one President Barack Obama himself wore in a 'Saturday Night Live' skit prompted a Portland school principal to ban a boy from performing while wearing it at his elementary school talent show after deciding the rubber likeness of the 44th president was 'inappropriate and potentially offensive.'

Dru Lechert-Kelly, 11, a fifth-grader at Llewellyn Elementary School in Southeast Portland, decided to dress up like his role model and dance to a popular YouTube song that features an Obama look-alike dancing to a parody called 'I Can Do Whatever I Like.'

Dru performed the skit in front of teachers and students during a rehearsal for Llewellyn's annual talent show Thursday. He wore a navy blue suit, white shirt, red tie, black shoes and an Obama mask purchased at a costume shop. The choreographed routine ended with Dru on the floor in the splits."

"He practiced for weeks," said Scott Lechert, 50, an instructional designer, who along with his partner, Paul Kelly, 55, a physical therapist, adopted Dru from a Romanian orphanage in 1999 at age 1 1/2. Both dads helped Dru design his stage props -- a desk with a large presidential seal stuck to the front with duct tape. And both coached their son to "have lots of bop" and "use your shoulders" during his routine.

After Thursday's performance, the "crowd went wild," Dru said. But so did some of the adults in the audience.

"I talked to the parents who are coordinating the talent show, and they feel it's inappropriate and potentially offensive," Llewellyn Principal Steve Powell said.

When asked what was offensive about Dru's skit, Powell refused to discuss it.

"I won't say why it's inappropriate," he said. "I'm not saying anything to The Oregonian. Why? Because I don't want to."

Powell said he hadn't seen Dru's performance but has watched the parody on YouTube.

Lechert had to break it to his son: One of the talent show organizers had called to say that Dru could perform his skit but that he wouldn't be allowed to wear the mask.

On Friday, Dru decided not to perform at all -- opting instead to attend a roller-skating party.

The reasons, according to Dru: The skit doesn't make sense without the mask, and he's a little too shy to do it without the mask.

"If I don't have the mask," Dru said Friday, "it's just some kid up there dancing around."

As for Dru's parents, they find the whole thing confusing as well.

"I understand the history of black face and how African Americans were caricatured by it," Lechert said. "However, we now have a popular biracial president who is admired by white and nonwhite people. At what point will it become OK for an 11-year-old admirer to dress up as the president without fear of offending someone?"

Kelly said that as a gay couple, he and Lechert consider themselves particularly sensitive to issues of minority groups.

"We are white, but we're a minority class," he said. "We have some insight into this process of what is and what isn't offensive. There was obviously no intent to harm here -- or really any possibility of offending anyone."

As for Dru, he's disappointed -- he's been practicing for weeks. But what bothers him most is that anyone would think he'd do anything that might offend his hero: Barack Obama.

When asked what he liked most about the new president, Dru said, "He said he would try to change the world and make the economy better."

Lechert pushed his son to tell the whole truth.

"Well, also because somebody told me he has a Wii all hooked up to a huge flatscreen in the White House. That's cool."

I've gotten my terrorist organizations confused here, for some reason I was thinking of the Danish cartoon 'capade that I'm sure you all remember when the Arab world went ballistic burning and destroying buildings, embassies and foreign flags as they also demanded the cartoonist of the infamous Muhammad cartoons be drawn and quartered for daring to mock their precious Allah.

How could we forget it actually? The two sure have much in common though, that's for sure.

Although not as violent it's amazing that we have an American organization supposedly speaking for all black Americans acting medieval and irrational over a damn cartoon of a chimpanzee being shot by misreading all kinds of racial innuendo not intended, all in order to capitalize on the perceived opportunity.

NAACP calls for firing of N.Y. Post cartoonist

- CNN.com: "NEW YORK (CNN) -- Leaders of the NAACP on Saturday called for the firing of the New York Post cartoonist whose drawing lampooning the federal stimulus bill has drawn charges that it's racist and encourages violence toward President Obama."

"Speaking at the civil rights group's annual meeting in New York, NAACP President Benjamin Todd Jealous said that if Sean Delonas is not fired, the group will call for protests of the paper and Fox television affiliates, which are owned by Post parent company News Corp.

'There is consensus that if the Post does not ... get rid of the journalists who are responsible for this bit of hate speech seeing the light of day, that we will move this from a local, regional issue to a very national issue,' Jealous said.

The group also called for the cartoonist's editor to be fired.

Many critics said the cartoon played on historically racist images by appearing to compare Obama, the nation's first black president, to a chimpanzee that had been shot by police officers."

The cartoon references the mauling of a Connecticut woman by a chimpanzee who was later shot and killed by police.

In its caption, one of the officers says, "They'll have to find someone else to write the next stimulus bill."

Obama had signed the bill the day before the cartoon ran.

On its Web site Thursday, the paper offered a qualified apology, saying it was "most certainly not our intent" to express racism, but also accusing some of jumping at a chance to attack a paper they already disliked.

"To them, no apology is due," the paper wrote. "Sometimes a cartoon is just a cartoon -- even if the opportunists seek to make it something else."

But NAACP Chairman Julian Bond said that explanation rings hollow.

Race Cards Being Pulled Across the Country

We have 2 instances here today of the race card being pulled by African Americans in positions of power, both using Obama and race as an excuse to dismiss bad behavior in one case and in the other labeling opposition to the Porkulus or stimulus package as an "Affront To The African American community" or in other plain words, racism!

So in case number one directly below we have a South Carolina congressman of African American descent labeling governors across the nation and in the south particularly as "racists" because they are opposed to the flat out handout and welfare payoff to the liberal wish list and essentially the African American community called "Stimulus" as racism.. A flat out baseless charge as it's done to protect the preponderance of Americans who are tax paying and hard working citizens of all colors, religions, ideologies and creeds from generational theft by Obama simply handed over to the non working welfare class to garner future votes. How is that racism?

It's more like opposition to Socialism that Joe The Plumber warned America of that Obama vociferously denied or I should say lied about, that "speading of the wealth". So just because a little over half of the country was stupid enough to buy that shit, we're not footing the bill.

Maybe in this dreamworld set up by Obama's lofty promises topeople ignorant enough to think it would be smooth sailing right to the welfare office for a big raise opposition might be racism, when in reality it was nothing but political promises that are nothing more than billion dollar handouts, something 140 million Americans out here didn't sign up for, and therefore won't be silently paying for as long as we can help it.

Rep: Opposition to stimulus is slap in face:

"COLUMBIA, S.C. – The highest-ranking black congressman said Thursday that opposition to the federal stimulus package by southern GOP governors is 'a slap in the face of African-Americans.'

The Republican governors of Idaho and Alaska also said they had reservations about whether the money would come with too many strings attached, but Clyburn said he was particularly taken aback by southern governors who said they might decline it.

Race Card Part 2/ Darnell Cole, MATC College President Chucked for DUI

Instance two is a Black College president who was booted from his job because of receiving a DUI up in Wisconsin and of coarse out comes the race card when the college votes to get rid of the man when his supporters claim that he is just being fired for the DUI being the excuse!! Yes, I guess that would be the excuse, do they need another one? I don;t get the racism argument these people present. They argue that the board was wanting to fire him before this and this incident was the excuse they were looking for!!!

Cole Ousted as MATC President

Darnell Cole is out as President of MATC. The school board voted late Thursday to remove him from the post because of his drunk driving arrest from earlier this month.

Some, like those on the school newspaper, say the arrest reflects poorly on the school.

"The editorial board felt that it's not proper for him to continue on, that it's a really poor reflection on us as students and as a school as a whole," says MATC Times Editor Alexis Scheel.

Those who remained supportive of Cole rallied in support outside the school before the board meeting where he was ousted. Community Organizer Lamonte Harris believes Cole was targeted because of his race.

"I feel there are people who are only using this as a means to facilitate the removal of Dr. Cole, so if it wasn't this it would have been something else they would like to use."

Cole will be paid through the end of the month. His termination is effective as of Thursday night. Provost Vicki Martin will be asked to act as interim President.

Gov. David Paterson at the Gridiron: He said what?

The Gridiron dinner is an off-the-record dinner with journos and pols who sing songs, do skits and make fun of each other in the great wide open.

Paterson's speech was certainly no exception. Even though he became governor of New York in quite a surprising fashion, it’s not the governor title that he wants, apparently. Paterson's real goal, he said, is to follow in Barack Obama's footsteps and be President of the United States, because: 'Once you go black, you don't go back.'

He also joked about how he's receiving all these phone calls from people seeking to take HRC's Senate seat and played real voicemails from HRC, Chuck Schumer (who were in on the gag) and even himself.

Schumer: "Hi Dave. It’s Chuck Schumer. I thought I would let you know my view on the Senate race. I have one criteria above all. I would like a devout Evangelical. That way, there will be no competition for Sunday press conferences."

Hillary recommended that he not name a replacement, just have Schumer do both jobs. "Why does New York need two Senators, anyhow? I know it’s a stretch, but I promised him I’d ask you," her message says.

And Paterson's own message to himself ends with: "Actually, I was thinking. If Chuck Schumer held both seats, that would be counterveiling to the concept of one man, one vote. So we change the law to one ego, one vote."

Obama Lies Straight To Voters Circa Slick Willie During Debate With Ridiculous "Kill Him Claim"

"The agent in charge of the Secret Service field office in Scranton said allegations that someone yelled “kill him” when presidential hopeful Barack Obama’s name was mentioned during Tuesday’s Sarah Palin rally are unfounded.

The Scranton Times-Tribune first reported the alleged incident on its Web site Tuesday and then again in its print edition Wednesday. The first story, written by reporter David Singleton, appeared with allegations that while congressional candidate Chris Hackett was addressing the crowd and mentioned Oabama’s name a man in the audience shouted “kill him.”

News organizations including ABC, The Associated Press, The Washington Monthly and MSNBC’s Countdown with Keith Olbermann reported the claim, with most attributing the allegations to the Times-Tribune story.

Agent Bill Slavoski said he was in the audience, along with an undisclosed number of additional secret service agents and other law enforcement officers and not one heard the comment.

“I was baffled,” he said after reading the report in Wednesday’s Times-Tribune.

He said the agency conducted an investigation Wednesday, after seeing the story, and could not find one person to corroborate the allegation other than Singleton.

Slavoski said more than 20 non-security agents were interviewed Wednesday, from news media to ordinary citizens in attendance at the rally for the Republican vice presidential candidate held at the Riverfront Sports Complex. He said Singleton was the only one to say he heard someone yell “kill him.”

“We have yet to find someone to back up the story,” Slavoski said. “We had people all over and we have yet to find anyone who said they heard it.

Murtha: Western Pa. 'racist' but Obama should win

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "Rep. John Murtha said today in a prepared statement that he is sorry for making the comment that Western Pennsylvania is a racist area.

Yesterday Murtha told the Tribune-Review that 'Obama's got a problem with the race issue in Western Pennsylvania' and that the junior senator from Illinois could expect his skin color to cost him up to 4 percentage points at the polls on Nov. 4.

In his statement today, Murtha said: 'While we cannot deny that race is a factor in this election, I believe we've been able to look beyond race these past few months, and that voters today are concerned with the policy differences of our two candidates and their vision for the future of our great country.

Republican Bill Russell, who is taking on Murtha in the 12th Congressional District, said yesterday in a statement that Murtha was using the prestige and platform of public office to make wild, reckless statements about the people he represents.

Russell added that just because the people in Western Pennsylvania aren't embracing Obama's values and positions on issues like life, taxes and the Second Amendment doesn't makes us racist.

Racial Double Standards Abound in The New America

Another group effectively exploiting this is the Mexicans and their Illegal Alien shielding groups like Raza that use the same tactic to further their agendas at America's expense as a whole where it is acceptable to commit crimes against the Caucasians in this country, but when a minority is attacked in any way it is perceived as a race crime allowing the increasing of penalties in the court systems. An option always overlooked when crime is committed against whites.

Like this incident below in Boston that took place the other day where a Mexican attacked a white Fireman in Boston that could have claimed the life of the fireman that sadly is missing the hate crime charge that would have been applied were the crime and it's participants reversed.

Boston firefighter stabbed

"BOSTON — A Boston firefighter is mending from what could have been deadly stab wounds he suffered early yesterday morning when he was allegedly jumped in East Boston while off duty by a group of Hispanic males who told him they 'don't want any gringo here.' Though police are not classifying the incident as racially fueled, the Boston Police Department's Community Disorders Unit is investigating.

The 32-year-old jake, whose name officials were not releasing, is white. Ironically, the firefighter's life was likely saved because he sought refuge from his"from his alleged assailants at Engine 5 on Saratoga Street - the station house he's assigned to.

"Fortunately, those firefighters were not out on a call," said Boston Fire Department spokesman Steve MacDonald.

MacDonald said the firefighter had gone to Chivas Restaurant in Day Square to grab takeout when "six guys started exchanging words with him. He indicated he was just there to get a sandwich and that he was a firefighter. They pushed him."

The assailants say to him during the attack "'don't want any gringo here.'" and it's not a hate crime? What if a white guy said we don't want no ni**ers or spi**s here while attacking someone? Hate crime I'm betting.

Black Man Tells It Like It Is Regarding Black on Black Violence

Time for Jesse/Al and the people that follow them in blaming whites and the rest of America for their ills need to start looking in the mirror for a change towards taking control of their own lives and destiny before they become victims or perpetrators of the next black on black violent act like took place with Sean Taylor last week.

Jason Whitlock says as much in a column he penned a week ago that was reprinted over the weekend and before 4 suspects were rounded up and charged in the shooting that claimed Taylor's life in his own home.

No, we don't know for certain the circumstances surrounding Taylor's death. I could very well be proven wrong for engaging in this sort of aggressive speculation. But it's no different than if you saw a fat man fall to the ground clutching his chest. You'd assume a heart attack, and you'd know, no matter the cause, the man needed to lose weight.

Well, when shots are fired and a black man hits the pavement, there's every statistical reason to believe another black man pulled the trigger. That's not some negative, unfair stereotype. It's a reality we've been living with, tolerating and rationalizing for far too long.

When the traditional, white KKK lynched, terrorized and intimidated black folks at a slower rate than its modern-day dark-skinned replacement, at least we had the good sense to be outraged and in no mood to contemplate rationalizations or be fooled by distractions.
