I don't condone what this woman did to a random Muslim woman who appears was just walking around a local supermarket, but to elevate this below to a freaking felony only because this so called victim is a Muslim? SS

So then if the Caucasian woman tugged off the the scarf of another whitey it would be nothing, nothing nothing. see ya wouldnt wanna be ya" would be what the cops and prosecutors would say about this non event.

Chicago Breaking News: "A woman who allegedly yanked the headscarf of a Muslim woman in a Tinley Park supermarket two days after the Fort Hood shootings has been charged with a hate crime.

Bank teller Valerie Kenney, 54, of the 16500 block of Evergreen Ave., is accused of confronting Amal Abusumayah while she shopped at the Jewel supermarket at Harlem Avenue and 171st Street on Nov. 7, Tinley Park police say.

Abusumayah alleged last week that Kenney made a reference to the Fort Hood shootings while passing her in an aisle of the supermarket.

Minutes later, Abusumayah alleges, Kenney approached her from behind near the cash register and pulled on her headscarf.

Police arrested Kenney minutes later in the store's parking lot."

See I told ya!! Is that the biggest crock of  **** you ever heard? Akron police investigate black teen mob attack on white family

That's my headline up above. however, that's not at all what it says in the mostly innocuous headline from a day's news in this country nowadays but should, because it's the truth of what really happened to this man in Akron Ohio, and you can rest assured were the attack the other way around, you can bet the world media would descend on Akron Ohio like it was the summer home of Michael Jackson and Tonya Harding.

Here's what was said to this white man, his family and friends shown here in this picture from the story below

''This is our world'' and ''This is a black world'' as they confronted Marshall and his family.

prior to them all being administered a purely racially motivated beating from 50 some black teenagers, a crime that should be charged as one immediately, but yet hasn't, and probably won't. This story alone further signifying how racist and outright ridiculous the hate crime laws are against non homosexual non minorities.

They are essentially being charged twice for the same crimes that minorities and homosexuals commit equally as much, yet are never upcharged to the hate classification as are their white counterparts

Switch that scenario around making it's components a white suburban mob which attacks a black homosexual man and his family and gay friends shouting

"It's a white man's world, you're in my world now you fagot brother".......

Understandably so, the media would go into racial hatred overdrive on such a racist, and the Sharpton Jackson race baiting army would be in full attack mode literally invading the city with bused in protesters with pre fabricated signage and tv crews right in tow.

But not when the so called "white bread crackers" are the victims and on the other side of that coin. Not only is it mostly ignored it's not even being charged as a hate crime.

Akron police investigate teen mob attack on family

Ohio.com -Akron police say they aren't ready to call it a hate crime or a gang initiation.

But to Marty Marshall, his wife and two kids, it seems pretty clear.

It came after a family night of celebrating America and freedom with a fireworks show at Firestone Stadium. Marshall, his family and two friends were gathered outside a friend's home in South Akron.

Out of nowhere, the six were attacked by dozens of teenage boys, who shouted ''This is our world'' and ''This is a black world'' as they confronted Marshall and his family.

The Marshalls, who are white, say the crowd of teens who attacked them and two friends June 27 on Girard Street numbered close to 50. The teens were all black.

''This was almost like being a terrorist act,'' Marshall said. ''And we allow this to go on in our neighborhoods?''

They said it started when one teen, without any words or warning, blindsided and assaulted Marshall's friend as he stood outside with the others.

When Marshall, 39, jumped in, he found himself being attacked by the growing group of teens.

His daughter, Rachel, 15, who weighs about 90 pounds, tried to come to his rescue. The teens pushed her to the ground.

His wife, Yvonne, pushed their son, Donald, 14, into bushes to keep him protected.

''My thing is,'' Marshall said, ''I didn't want this, but I was in fear for my wife, my kids and my friends. I felt I had to stay out there to protect them, because those guys were just jumping, swinging fists and everything.

''I'm lucky. They didn't break my ribs or bruise my ribs. I thank God, they concentrated on my thick head because I do have one. They were trying to take my head off my spine, basically.''

After several minutes of punches and kicks, the attack ended and the group ran off. The Marshalls' two adult male friends were not seriously hurt.

''I don't think I thought at that moment when I tried to jump in,'' Rachel Marshall said. ''But when I was laying on the ground, I was just scared.''

Marshall was the most seriously injured. He suffered a concussion and multiple bruises to his head and eye. He said he spent five nights in the critical care unit at Akron General Medical Center.

The construction worker said he now fears for his family's safety, and the thousands of dollars in medical bills he faces without insurance.

''I knew I was going to get beat, but not as bad as I did,'' Marshall said. ''But I did it to protect my family. I didn't have a choice. There was no need for this. We should be all getting along. But to me, it seems to be racist.''

Akron police are investigating. Right now, the case is not being classified as a racial hate crime. There were no other reports of victims assaulted by the group that night.

The department's gang unit is involved in the investigation, police said.

''We don't know if it's a known gang, or just a group of kids,'' police Lt. Rick Edwards said.

The Marshalls say they fear retaliation at home or when they go outside. They are considering arming themselves, but they're concerned about the possible problems that come with guns.

For now, they are hoping police can bring them suspects. They believe they can identify several of the attackers.

''This makes you think about your freedom,'' Marshall said. ''In all reality, where is your freedom when you have this going on?''

Nursing Home Killer Reveals Class Citizenry Running Loose Who Should Already Be Known And Controlled Before Violence

People will comment that I'm crazy and maybe I am, but I'm sure as Cheyenne not crazy enough to grab my loaded guns and then going off against all civilized inches of bones and drops of blood within in my body and brain to go into a nursing home or any place else as a matter of, and start indiscriminately and intentionally killing strangers and perhaps including some former loved ones and or disaffected acquaintances as this man did this weekend and others do routinely in our society.

No matter what my problems, their problems or even some who may possibly deserve such a fate won't receive it anywhere but in my or their dreams or nightmares with me as the culprit or offending party again such as this man was over this past weekend.

The problem that lies within is the inability today in our society of making sure people like this known lunatic are reported, then evaluated and subsequently incarcerated or just re and re evaluated enough to make sure if not subjected to 24 hour professional observation and incarceration of sorts, they are at least monitored on a regular basis for medication issues, levels and or questions along with any other pertinent issues, as often enough as is required to make sure they are prevented from doing harm to themselves and or others around them.

So why is it when I was young (which wasn't so long ago yet seems like an eternity, 44 years old) did these things not occur as frequently if they even did at all as they do today? The only real comparative episode of such inexplicable yet explicable violence occurring in such a bizarre fashion was in August of 1966 when former Marine and otherwise indistinguishable Charles Whitman opened fire on students from Texas Tower in 1966 because of what was determined after the shooting to be an undiagnosed brain tumor.

Most often people who commit these acts are easily recognizable and treatable or if not used to be housed in places away from the rest of society where they received at least some treatment and usually could only bring harm to themselves and not innocent others as they regularly do today for one reason and one reason only.

Do gooder liberalism that grew out during the sixties of coarse (when else?) when they began to protest against the concept of involuntary commitment of mental patients as a violation of their civil rights (just like the vietnam war nuts that dominated the landscape as well who are now the insane running the asylum)that grew throughout the Carter administration and grew even more through Reagan's movement to lessen the burden of Federal government, thus shifting the fiscal issues to the states which led to the situation we now have today..

So blame them if anyone for these acts, since they are the ones that intitially demanded society stop treating and often simply warehousing the mentally ill and unstable thus enabling these poor tortured and now untreated people to regularly commit these types of acts against innocent others who have no connection nor responsibility for their condition other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

'We're certainly looking into the fact that it may be domestic-related,' McKenzie told The Associated Press.

The News & Observer of Raleigh reported Monday that Stewart's estranged wife is Wanda Luck, who works as a certified nurse assistant at the nursing home. Public records indicate she shared an address with Stewart in Carthage. Mark Barnett, a neighbor of Luck's parents, told the newspaper that Luck was working at the home on Sunday.

Police could not immediately confirm Luck's identity

An ex-wife of Stewart's, Sue Griffin, told reporters Sunday she had not had contact with him since they divorced in 2001 but that he had "violent tendencies." Griffin added she didn't know how her ex-husband was connected to the nursing home or why he would shoot people there.

The injured included a police officer hailed as a hero for shooting the gunman before more people could be killed.

Officials said 25-year-old Carthage Police Officer Justin Garner wounded Stewart with a single gunshot to the uppper torso while trading gunfire in a hallway. Garner himself was shot three times in the leg.

"I can’t classify it as anything other than heroic," McKenzie said. "If that’s not heroism, I don’t know what is. A lot more lives would have been lost if he hadn’t done what he did."

Griffin, Stewart's ex-wife, said Stewart had been recently reaching out to family members, telling them he had cancer and was preparing for a long trip and to "go away."

Griffin said she was married to Stewart for 15 years, and while they hadn't spoken since divorcing in 2001, he had been trying to reach her during the past week through her son, mother, sister and grandmother.

"He did have some violent tendencies from time to time," Griffin said. "I wouldn't put it past him. I hate to say it, but it is true."

Court records said Stewart was transferred from the custody of Moore County to the state Department of Correction, because he has a gunshot wound. He is not scheduled to appear in court until next week on eight counts of first-degree murder and a charge of felony assault of a law enforcement officer.

Stewart was not a patient or an employee at the nursing home and wasn't believed to be related to any of the victims, authorities said.

The Reverend Noble Samuel was driving to the studio when a car pulled over in front of him. A man got out and came over to ask him directions in Urdu.

Mr Samuel, based at Heston United Reformed Church, West London, said: ‘He put his hand into my window, which was half open, and grabbed my hair and opened the door."

He started slapping my face and punching my neck. He was trying to smash my head on the steering wheel.

Then he grabbed my cross and pulled it off and it fell on the floor. He was swearing. The other two men came from the car and took my laptop and Bible.’

The Metropolitan Police are treating it as a ‘faith hate’ assault and are hunting three Asian men.

In spite of the attack, Mr Samuel went ahead with his hour-long live Asian Gospel Show on the Venus satellite channel from studios in Wembley, North London. During the show the Muslim station owner Tahir Ali came on air to condemn the attack.

Pakistan-born Mr Samuel, 48, who was educated by Christian missionaries and moved to Britain 15 years ago, said that over the past few weeks he has received phone-in calls from people identifying themselves as Muslims who challenged his views.

‘They were having an argument with me,’ he said. ‘They were very aggressive in saying they did not agree with me. I said those are your views and these are my views.’

He said that he, his wife Louisa, 48, and his son Naveed, 19, now fear for their safety, and police have given them panic alarms. ‘I am frightened and depressed,’ he said.
