Don't get me wrong, I'm not a MJ fan in the least, but what this guy did to Jackson was something that many would have him killed for I would bet.
The Judas in this case was tabloid level journalist Martin Bashir. A slime ball who practically lived with Michael Jackson for months befriending him, only to cause him years of grief by selectively editing taped conversations that ended up being the story of the world for years. This resulted in Jackson's being charged for child abuses as we all know by a shady calculating family seeking the big payoff like that others had secured, which ultimately ended in his complete acquittal of all the erroneous charges, practically ruining the guy's entire life.
For this reprehensible behavior Bashir was rewarded with a job at ABC as a so called serious Journalist.

To me it was simply a Freudian slip which simply shows how much those men are pre occupied with sex (with men, women or both) and to have such thoughts even find their way into a speech made for public consumption instead of Penthouse Forum this must be fist and foremost on his mind.

It must be a drain having to obviously out up with it more than once is the implication of that statement. So will this boor who's made a living ruining other's lives be fired for this slap to the ass of all working women, particularly the ones forced to share working space with this fiend? One would think and hope so, particularly one Michael Jackson.
