Florida Residents Make Up For Stolen Toys Down In Florida

A community answered a Clermont pastor's call that they "open up their hearts" and delivered hundreds of toys to replace ones which were stolen earlier in the week.

This has actually happened a couple times this year I've heard about and it couldn't be a worse year, which "the bleeding heart liberals" would claim is the very excuse these lowlifes who stole the toys have to do what they did, and I say (*&&)^)*&%&*% with that.

There's no excuse for stealing children's toys, NONE, EVER.

Who Would Be Against Bans On Cells For Mass Transit Drivers On The Job? Unions of course.

How many people will die across the country and the world for that matter before people realize cell phones are killing people all over who are paid to operate Mass Transit Trains and buses with outright ban's being implemented in the wake of a rash of accidents and close calls nationwide.

11 people were just fired here in Chicago for yapping away on their phones while driving Commuter Trains and 13 more are on leave, but the unions are pushing back, essentially putting our right to safety over their right to be selfish by not agreeing to leaving cells in their lockers or cars during working hours.



I'm against big government, but kids and grownups meld into one when it comes to cell phone usage, and frankly the majority of Americans are sickening of the constant distractions and death resulting from these "conveniences" turned "necessity" by their massive "keeping up with the Jones's" advertising propaganda for the most part.

Most people do not need these things and they're just become a too often dangerous, major nuisance worldwide. And again, the biggest problem is that behaviorally, there's seemingly no difference between the so called "adults" and child users when it comes to obnoxious cell phone usage today.

Calling and asking for a ride from the "Po - Lice" up to the nearest food joint cause he wuz hungry thinking that would be funny while bounding around drunk off his ass.... meanwhile someone across town dies because the first responding person they need is busy screwing around with this jailbound moron.

And now he will get what he wanted in the first place, and that's three hots and a cot AT YOUR EXPENSE OF COURSE, so looking at it that way, maybe he's not so stupid after all.

And using these life tactics he'll fit in perfect with Obama's plan for America, that good old cradle to death nanny state care for those who can't or mostly WON'T do it for themselves and the people they bring into this world.

This kid is only 26 years old and already practically useless considering he's headed to jail for either being hungry, stupid or both...and that's very sad...

Mexico enacts 'personal use' drug law

USATODAY.com: "MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico has enacted a controversial law that decriminalizes possession of small amounts of marijuana, cocaine and heroin.

The law defines 'personal use' amounts for those drugs, as well as LSD and methamphetamines.

It says people found with those amounts will not face criminal prosecution, but that if caught a third time they will be required to complete treatment programs, though no punishment is specified to enforce that.

The law enacted Thursday says anyone caught with personal-use quantities of drugs will be urged to seek treatment for dependency. It takes effect Friday.

In 2006, the U.S. government publicly criticized a similar bill. Then-President Vicente Fox sent that legislation back to Congress for reconsideration."

(AP) - Three gravediggers and a cemetery manager unearthed hundreds of corpses from a historic black cemetery south of Chicago, dumping some in a weeded area and double-stacking others in existing graves, in an elaborate scheme to resell the plots, authorities said Thursday. All four were charged with felonies.

Frantic relatives of the deceased descended on Burr Oak Cemetery - the final resting place of lynching victim Emmett Till and blues singers Willie Dixon and Dinah Washington - in hopes someone could tell them their loved ones' remains were not among the pile of bones that littered a remote area of the property in Alsip, 12 miles south of Chicago.

Some found apparently undisturbed plots, but others wandered, unable to locate loved ones.

'This is a mess. We can't find our people,' said Ralph Gunn, 54, of Chicago, who filled out a report for authorities after a futile search for the headstones of his brother and nephew."

I'm not happy to see this conviction reversed, as this woman and her daughter were directly involved in the demise of this poor, fragile Megan Meir, practically pushing her off a cyber cliff after their humiliating My Space ruse took the little bit of wind out of that poor girls sails per se leaving her so humiliated and distraught she was driven to suicide.

Los Angeles Times: "A federal judge in Los Angeles on Thursday tentatively threw out the conviction of a Missouri woman for her role in a cruel Internet hoax on a teenage girl who ended up committing suicide.

The decision by U.S. District Judge George H. Wu, which will not become final until he files a written ruling, was a blow to prosecutors who had hoped to send the message that cyber-bullying is a crime. Wu had repeatedly delayed sentencing to consider a defense motion to dismiss the entire case.

U.S. Atty. Thomas P. O'Brien, whose office prosecuted the woman, said after the decision was announced that the law needed to be strengthened."

"We call it cyber-bullying and we don't have a law to address it," he said at a news conference.

O'Brien, who was personally involved in the case, has earned a reputation for aggressive prosecutions in the nearly two years he has headed the Central District of California.

His decision to prosecute Lori Drew, 50, surprised many because the suicide and MySpace hoax that led up to it took place in Missouri, where local and federal prosecutors had decided they could find no applicable statute.

O'Brien said his office determined that the case could be prosecuted in Los Angeles because MySpace is based in Beverly Hills.

Prosecutors here invoked a criminal statute more commonly used to prosecute hackers or defendants who have improperly accessed computers for financial gain, to charge Drew for her part in setting up a MySpace account in the name of a fictitious 16-year-old boy.

Today The Hammer Falls On Mad Money Madoff, Expect de facto life and A quick death

A person like this will most certainly not thrive in a prison environment to say the least, and the way the hammer of fate has been falling lately on celebrities of both the Angel variety and the not so angelic he might even drop dead at his sentencing hearing this morning, which might make many of his so called "victims" a little happier than they wake up today.

However, you can count me among the people who aren't exactly shedding tears for most of but not all the participants, because at the end of the day everyone involved in this entire pyramid was looking the fast and quick buck short and simple. And for the most part, anyone who lost a great deal of money was part of a select group of people who thought they were better and smarter than the rest of us pee ons, and simply made money off other people's hard earned money, and in most cases never earned a hard dollar in their high society lives.

With the only exception to the rule being the far off in the distance mutual fund Joe's and Betty's who lost everything they worked for only because greedy fund managers saw big bonuses with unrealistic and suspect returns, thus putting charities and other innocent people's life savings at unnecessary risk, when all should have known this was a scheme that was more than dirty.

So those selfish fund managers also bear much of the guilt in this entire greed filled pot of gold turned to coal scheme, so lets all hope at least some hard lessons were learned all around, and next time they will all collectively keep these two age old adages in mind;

If it seems to good to be true, than the chances are, somewhere down the line it is.

And never risk more money in any one investment than one can afford to lose. I learned those two phrases in the fifth grade as did most of these people as well, so their innocent Sargent Shultz 'I Know Nothing" routine is all bunk.

So today the civilized world says goodbye to Bernie Madoff and some prison somewhere gains a new playtoy for the caged up animals and it'll be funtime and would make a great reality show called:

Reuters: "NEW YORK (Reuters) - Admitted thief Bernard Madoff will leave his jail cell and be taken under guard to court on Monday morning to hear his punishment for running Wall Street's biggest and most brazen investment scheme.

A U.S. judge is expected to sentence Madoff, 71, to an effective life term in prison during an emotional court hearing starting at 10 a.m. EDT, in which some of his defrauded investors will describe the shock of losing their life savings.

The swindler, who pleaded guilty to a slew of crimes in the same Manhattan federal court in March, will 'speak to the shame he has felt and to the pain he has caused,' said his lawyer, Ira Lee Sorkin, who has suggested a 12-year prison sentence.

'Given the enormous amount of funds he has stolen and the number of victims, the sentence is going to be very, very high,' said Paul Radvany, a law professor at Fordham University in New York and a former federal prosecutor.

The 100 or so letters sent to the judge from customers and what 10 will say at the hearing could have 'a great impact' at the sentencing, Radvany said." more

Sources Say 'Extortion' Threat Was Behind GOP Senator's Admission of Affair With Staff Member -

"An influential Republican senator went public Tuesday about an extramarital affair he had with a member of his campaign staff -- a decision that FOX News sources say was prompted by a blackmail threat.

Two Senate Republican sources close to Sen. John Ensign of Nevada told FOX News that a former employee had asked Ensign for money in what both sources described as a case of 'extortion.'

The employee, Doug Hampton, worked in Ensign's Senate office, and his wife, Cindy Hampton, worked for Ensign's re-election campaign. Both ceased working for the senator shortly after the affair ended, the sources said, with Cindy Hampton receiving a severance package. The circumstances of Doug Hampton's departure remain unclear."

Ensign, a leading conservative mentioned as a potential presidential candidate, held a brief news conference Tuesday to come clean about the affair.

"Last year I had an affair. I violated the vows of my marriage," Ensign said. "It is the worst thing I have ever done in my life. If there was ever anything in my life that I could take back, this would be it."

Ensign spokesman Tory Mazzola said the affair took place between December 2007 and August 2008 with a campaign staffer who was married to an employee in Ensign's Senate office, however, it wasn't immediately clear whether the Hamptons were the couple in question. Ensign, 51, said he would not mention the name of the campaign aide involved in the affair. He described the woman and her husband as good friends.

"Our families were close," a weary-looking Ensign said. "That closeness put me into situations which led to my inappropriate behavior. We caused deep pain to both families and for that I am sorry."

Ensign made it clear he did not plan to resign. Ensign did not participate earlier Tuesday in a Senate vote concerning the ailing travel industry, an unusual absence considering the topic's relevance in his home state.

He took no questions from reporters at the news conference.

Ensign's wife, Darlene, also released a statement about the affair.

"Since we found out last year we have worked through the situation and we have come to a reconciliation. This has been difficult on both families. With the help of our family and close friends our marriage has become stronger," Mrs. Ensign said.

Nutjob Teen Accused of Soliciting Dad's Killing

I, like most kids, had my weak moments as a young teen with both my loving and wonderful parents while they were having an admitted selfish but apparently necessary divorce, which was my silly way of detracting them from themselves into paying more heed to my siblings and myself as the older child, seeing the detrimental effect their arguments were having on them and mostly on myself at the tender age of 13, which I soon grew out of thankfully in my sophomore year in high school.

HOWEVER, in all that time and the years I spent as a teen, I never thought of harming them in whichever situation regardless of having deadly guns of some variety in the house and knowing how to use them. We talked a lot and acted out in various non violent ways, but nor did I ever hear nor see any of my friends in two different high schools over two different states ever talk about, much less try to kill any of our parents for any motive whatsoever.

They would have killed us first if they caught wind of such craziness! (kidding but not, you adults over 4o know what I mean)

These kids are not only troubled, they are spoiled machines broken beyond repair. Victims of poor schooling, parenting and a society in the midst of full blown breakdown, thanks to a growing liberal and PC culture today. A society where kids are given ridiculous freedoms and rights they should not actually have for the most part, since first of all, they are children, entirely dependent on their parents, be they good or bad, for their very survival more so in our world today than they have ever been in past generations.

They're encouraged by these liberals to revolt and rebel towards authority more than ever at younger ages than ever today, and coupled with a violent music industry in the gangster rap culture along with a polluted Hollywood and video games destroying our culture in the name of entertainment gone wild, these kids are too stupid to realize the long term ramifications of their imbecilic acts, like this poor dumb child who claims she was being abused in one way or another undefined in this report below.

My Way News - "HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - Danielle Black wasn't shy about it: She told her peers she wanted her father hurt, maybe even dead.

So when Billy Lee Black was fatally stabbed in the alley behind their rented duplex on Halloween, it didn't take police long to question his 15-year-old daughter, who told friends her father had physically abused her.

Danielle, a smart but troubled sophomore at South Hagerstown High School, is charged as an adult with soliciting first-degree murder by asking a boy on her school bus to kill her father.

A judge was to decide Thursday whether to refer her to juvenile authorities or order an adult trial with the prospect of a life sentence. Danielle maintains she's innocent, said her lawyer, Mary M. Drawbaugh.

The boy Danielle first approached on the bus refused to get involved, police said, so she told him she would ask other friends, including one named Alec.

Alec Eger, police said, was a 20-year-old newcomer to Hagerstown whose dark charisma had impressed a crew of kids in the gritty West End of the city of 40,000, about 70 miles from Baltimore.

Bakersfield dad accused of biting out son's eye -Complete Drug Induced Wackjob

Anybody that's crazy enough to do what this person is accused of doing is simply an animal that needs to be caged if not entirely put down like the dog he is for attacking his own infant child by eating one of the child's eyes right out of his head and then proceeding to mutilate the second one, leaving the poor kid a disabled little boy that will need to be taken care of for the rest of his already terrible life.

I just can't believe the things we wake up to each day in this country and as a college educated man who's always been addicted to reading the daily newspapers since high school and through college and actually spending 5 years at the Chicago Tribune doing everything from printing to producing the daily newspaper never read the kind of things we're seeing more and more each day, usually somehow related to the abuse of illicit drugs. How else could you explain this sick son a bitch and his nearly as worthless wife and mother to this severely damaged young child..

Every Dog Has It's Day...Puppy More Loyal & Braver Than Most Of Today's Selfish Humans

Now for a human version that took place in Israel, late 2007 and it's happened in America too but I couldn't locate a video of the man on a sidewalk that people walked around for hours in one city here somewhere before the dog story got too old

In 2007 A video camera located at an intersection in Holon, Israel captured a traffic accident where a motorcyclist was hit by a truck and fell to the pavement where he lay for over a minute without any drivers stopping to help. The video shows the driver lying prone on the pavement as drivers simply maneuvered around him.

Pfizer Says "Let There Be Hard On's in Hard Times"

Just a little rant here .......

Here's something society sure cannot go without, we certainly must make it a priority that those out there who lose their health coverage are still able to bump fuzzies on the drug company's dime and that of the ill who pay their bills like myself as they make billions and billions hand over fist?

"So what" that so many people dying of cancer or suffering MS, ALS, etc etc cannot afford the designer therapies and drugs that I take that cost $2500 a month that Phizer and other companies offer and are left out of their free drug programs because we're not on welfare, or any of the other drugs citizens who are ill can't afford because they lost they're health insurance during these so called "trying times".

Times of which that our great grandparents laff at as we all sit here with our 52 inch LCD's and hopped up home computers, (the only country with fat poor people) seeing they sat in soup lines or starved to death while watching their friends, family members and colleagues jump out 20 story windows on Wall Street during the Great Depression.

Something that this not so unusual economic downturn was not until the damn government got involved since the Democrats were the ones that caused it all in the first place by forcing the banks to give homes to the undeserving folks without the means to support the homes they were given, no matter how despairing the media wishes to portray it, we are not suffering through the second coming of the depression.

It's nothing more than the Obama administration making the best of a bad situation as Rham Emmanuel and others have opined time and time again by saying "don't let a good crisis go to waste".

We can't live without a boner pill for a couple of months now can we?

I certainly hope in conjunction with this little publicity stunt they're providing free prophylactics, so these Obama economic casualties don't create more problems for themselves and us by impregnating their partners (the non homosexual recipients that is) right smack dab in the midst of "one of the worst economic times in modern history" according to Obama, to plan on raising a kid or 2, or even 8 like the pathetic 'Octo Mom"God forbid with no foreseeable income on the horizon, thanks to their free Viagra maintenance, no?

Just a thought or two on this publicity stunt, which many in government and publicity seeking pharmaceutical corporations who liberals hate by the way ...(that is when they're not the beneficiary of their kindness) don't seem to do so often nowadays.

My Way News - "TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Pfizer Inc. says it will provide 70 of its most widely prescribed prescription drugs - including Lipitor and Viagra - for free to people who have lost their jobs and health insurance.

The world's biggest drugmaker said Thursday it will give away the medicines for up to a year to Americans who lost jobs since Jan. 1 and have been on the Pfizer drug for three months or more.

The announcement comes amid massive job losses caused by the recession and a campaign in Washington to rein in health care costs and extend coverage. The move could earn Pfizer some goodwill in that debate after long being a target of critics of drug industry prices and sales practices.

The program also likely will help keep those patients loyal to Pfizer brands."
