350 Mil Census Form Arrival And Completion Time?.......5 Minutes. Desk to Mailbox

I'm single so only had to fill one section and had to answer the simplest questions I've dealt with in a decade,  from the government at least.

But for those families who have 3 generations of people living there (illegals perhaps),  yes it could take a whopping half hour to complete if you can't read and write English, because there's no Spanish on this thing.Otherwise it would have been 40 pages long.

So, my conclusion is after 350 million wasted advertising this freaking thing that shouldn't require 10 grand to get it done, and assessing all the RIDICULOUS run up to this non event just to get Hispanics and all Illegals to return it  is the following......

Anyone who doesn't fill this thing out and return it the very next day like I just did is either...

(A) a Child Molester living somewhere they're not supposed to be, like near a school..

(B) Drug dealers with no job other than supplying the neighborhood with coke, crack, smack and weed..

(C) Flat out fugitives from justice from some crime or another or a string thereof that the authorities have active warrants out for their arrests...

(D) Terrorists that somehow managed to get 'inside the wire" per se and don't have all their fake identifications taken care of yet so they can continue to be anonymous until 19 of them hijack some airplanes and drive them into our largest skyscrapers in the US

and finally last but certainly not least....

(E) Illegal Aliens are the ones we need to find and weed out just like the terrorists in hiding....as they will never fill it out firstly because they can't read gosh damn English, and secondly for all the other obvious reasons.

So in this American's humble opinion, every home that doesn't return it should be visited by ICE and the ATF simultaneously as they'll make a freaking historic roundup killing guaranteed.

And finally one more thing.....look at the back of this thing and tell me how fuc**** stupid one has to be to actually need these instructions? I had my 5 year old nephew insert the thing perfectly without ANY ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER....

The proposal by Louisiana Republican Sen. David Vitter was aimed at excluding immigrants from the population totals that are used to figure the number of congressional representatives for each state. Critics said Vitter's plan would discourage immigrants from responding to the census and would be hugely expensive.

They also said that it's long been settled law that the apportionment of congressional seats is determined by the number of people living in each state, regardless of whether they are citizens. A separate survey already collects the data.

The plan fell after a 60-39 procedural vote made it ineligible for attachment to a bill funding the census."

“We’re seeing a growing criminalization of undocumented migrants and a hostile environment toward the immigrant, both the undocumented migrant and those who are in that country legally,” foreign ministry official Daniel Hernandez told a press conference on Friday."The most hostile areas for Mexicans, according to Hernandez, are Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma and South Carolina, places where immigration is relatively new.

“We’re especially seeing this new phenomenon in the south ... there are fewer Mexicans and a smaller consular presence and that makes criminalization tougher,” he said, without providing concrete examples.

He said, however, that there has been no increase in the number of cases of Mexicans seeking protection from discrimination.

In 2008, Mexican consular officials in the United States handled 118,000 cases related to human rights violations, people facing criminal charges and immigration, labor, civil and administrative matters, while there have been 64,000 such cases thus far this year.

Hernandez, meanwhile, said a total of 246 immigrants died during the first six months of 2009 while trying to cross into the United States illegally.

“There’s been a slight decrease in the number of cases compared with 2008,” he added, though he did not indicate by what percentage.

He also mentioned there were a total of 8,886 minors repatriated in the first half of this year, 85.5 percent of them boys.

An estimated 12 million Mexicans live in the United States, about half of whom are undocumented.

Report: U.S. aircraft repairmen not required to speak English

This should make everyone feel good as they board their next airplane flight as a newly released report from the English only advocacy group known as "English First" shows the US government does not even require that US airliner repairman speak proficient English in order to become a certified airliner mechanic.

Report: U.S. aircraft repairmen don't speak English

(OneNewsNow.com):An English language advocacy organization is praising the efforts of several congressmen who are trying to ensure that aircraft mechanics are proficient in English.

In an investigative report, WFAA-Television in Dallas has revealed there are hundreds of lower-level repairmen, working on commercial airliners, who do not have the English skills to talk to their English-speaking supervisors or read the repair manuals, which are written in English.

While English is the international language of aviation, it is currently not necessary for mechanics to be proficient in English to repair aircraft in the United States. But as a result of the WFAA investigation, 17 members of Congress, led by Brian Bilbray (R-California), have sent a letter to Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, asking for changes in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules regarding the English skills of mechanics.

Aloysius Hogan, a spokesman for English First, says the congressional letter raised some serious safety concerns. 'They cite that there is evidence to believe that a mechanic's inability to read a repair manual's instructions correctly may have figured in a crash that took the lives of 21 people,' he notes. 'That's scary stuff.'"

Hogan says they apparently wanted to save money. "It is potentially lower-level mechanics who, as Congressman Bilbray has pointed out, perhaps [were] hired with the mind to saving some money. But when the safety of the American people flying on these airlines is involved, it's important that [the mechanics] speak English," he contends.

English First supports the 17 members of Congress in calling on the FAA to require mechanics to demonstrate the same level of English proficiency it requires of international pilots as set by the International Civil Aviation Organization.

It May Seem Like It's Not America, But New Baby Names Paint Better Picture

I'm damn glad the top vote getters aren't Barack, Muhammad, Juan, Latifah or Oprah, at least not as of yet, as the top 10 Social Security baby name list has just been released from the SSA office showing biblical names still popular among most baby boys.

Frankly I have to say I was quite shocked at the results of the top ten boys and girls names according to their records of LEGAL BABIES born within our border and reported to the government at least and secondly if they are actually being truthful with us which is highly questionable at any time in history but especially now when one can be president without a birth certificate in this country as we've all discovered this past election.

Particularly considering everywhere I seem to go in this Chicagoland and it's surrounding areas nowadays, as the queens English seems to be the secondary if not tertiary language of choice to my and most true citizens' displeasure to say the least.

Then again, this list again doesn't claim to account for all the illegal and anchor babies born within our borders, so maybe my first inclination is right after all, but I sure as hell hope not.

Almost 1 of 2 new Americans in 2008 was Latino:

"WASHINGTON – Hispanics made up nearly half of the more than 1 million people who became U.S. citizens last year, according to a Hispanic advocacy group.

The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials said the number of Latinos who became Americans in fiscal year 2008 more than doubled over the previous year, to 461,317. That's nearly half of the record 1,046,539 new citizens overall in 2008, a 58 percent increase from 2007.

'Latinos who naturalize are eager to demonstrate their commitment to America by becoming full participants in our nation's civic life,' said NALEO president Arturo Vargas, whose nonpartisan group works to improve the citizenship process and increase Latino participation in civic activities.

NALEO based its findings on Homeland Security Department data on the number of new citizens last year who immigrated from predominantly Spanish-speaking countries.

In a report released in March, the agency attributed the record number of new citizens to the nearly 1.4 million citizenship applications it received in 2007. Most were from people who wanted to beat a $265 increase in the citizenship application fee, from $330 to $595.

But the department also credited "special efforts" by Hispanic media, community groups and a union with high immigrant membership, all of which urged eligible permanent residents to pursue citizenship.

In fiscal year 2008, 231,815 people originally from Mexico became citizens, up almost 90 percent from 2007. Increases in citizenship among Latino immigrants from other countries were: 39,871 from Cuba, up 160 percent from the previous year; 35,796 from El Salvador, up 109 percent; 17,954 from Nicaragua, up 120 percent; and 17,087 from Guatemala, a 109 percent rise.

Most of last year's new Hispanic citizens lived in California, followed by Florida.

Vargas cited the data to encourage the Obama administration and Congress to ease the cost of applying for immigration benefits.

Congressman Reprimands Father of Teen Killed by Drunk-Driving Illegal Alien for Calling Criminal Aliens 'Banditos':

CNSNews.com - – In emotional testimony before a House joint panel this week, a Virginia man recalled the death of his teenage daughter in 2007 – a death caused by an illegal immigrant who was driving drunk and who had been arrested twice before the crime, but was not deported.

“Two years ago this week, my 16-year-old daughter, Tessa, and her best friend Allison were killed as they were sitting at in intersection waiting for a red light to change,” Ray Tranchant said, as friends placed a photograph of Tessa Tranchant on an easel behind him.

Since his daughter’s death, Tranchant, a professor from Virginia Beach, has become an advocate for the enforcement of immigration law.

On Thursday, as Tranchant applauded local law enforcement in Virginia for its increased efforts to work with federal immigration authorities since his daughter’s death, he referred to individuals listed on the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s database of illegal aliens with criminal backgrounds as “banditos.”

That comment drew a rebuff from Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.)."“Mr. Tranchant, can I share with you as the father of two daughters, I thank you for bringing your testimony here, but I suggest to you that if we refer to people as banditos, as you referred to them in your testimony, it does not help to solve the problem,” Gutierrez said. continued here..

So nearly 10 million illegal aliens are costing Americans 90,000,000,000 billion dollars a year!! That is absolutely un friggin believable.

Mo. town outraged over killings, illegal immigrant:

"HANNIBAL, Mo. (AP) - A Hannibal police officer was finishing up mundane paperwork on a quiet Saturday morning when Manuel Cazares walked into the station, blood splattered on his hands and shoes.

Cazares put his hands out, crossed them, and told the officer to arrest him.

'I killed two people,' he allegedly said.

Details surrounding the allegations are far too common: an abusive relationship, a jilted lover, a sudden attack." But some in this Mississippi River community of 17,000 best known as Mark Twain's hometown aren't just outraged by the violence. They also question why Cazares was in Hannibal at all.

Cazares admitted after his arrest that he is an illegal immigrant from Mexico. The 32-year-old had several run-ins with law enforcement before the homicides, but officials had never questioned his legal status.

Now he is charged with two counts of second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the Feb. 28 deaths of his ex-girlfriend, 27-year-old Amanda Thomas, and 25-year-old Carl Patrick Epley.

"I don't know how this happens," said Tina White-Masengill, Thomas' sister. "My stepdad told police many times, 'I don't even think the guy's a legal citizen.'"

During his three years in Hannibal, Cazares managed to avoid detection, despite a few traffic violations and a property damage conviction after an arrest for allegedly beating up Thomas and tearing up her home. Thomas had a restraining order against Cazares, who got probation in the property-damage case.

Police say his name wasn't in a database maintained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Police and Cazares' boss also say he had authentic-looking identification, including a Social Security card. And police noted that Cazares speaks fluent English.

Cazares' attorney did not return phone messages seeking comment. Cazares is being held in lieu of $1 million bond.

Hannibal police declined several interview requests from The Associated Press, but said soon after the killing that they had received several angry calls, some with racial overtones.

Days after the killings, rocks were thrown through plate-glass windows at the Mexican restaurant where Cazares worked. The FBI decided against opening a hate-crime investigation after concluding that it was vandalism, not retaliation.

Hundreds of messages related to the case were posted on the Hannibal Courier-Post Web site, with several questioning why authorities hadn't been able to determine Cazares' legal status before. One suggested police should conduct raids to seek out other illegal immigrants.

"Of course we have folks who say that's unconstitutional and racial profiling so we have to ignore the problem until this sort of terrible tragedy takes place," the posting read. The newspaper eventually took down the postings.

At a news conference, police Capt. James Hark told reporters that tracking illegal immigrants is a federal responsibility. He said the department is sympathetic to the victims' families, "but, in retrospect, there's nothing in the system that would have prevented this from happening."

ICE spokesman Carl Rusnok said the agency seeks to work closely with local police to uncover illegal immigrants.

"When local law enforcement suspect that they have arrested an illegal alien on criminal charges, we encourage them to forward those suspicions to ICE, where we will make the appropriate determination whether that person is in the country legally or illegally, and whether he is deportable," Rusnok said.

The relationship between Cazares and Thomas had long been rocky, with Thomas seeking restraining orders in 2007 and again early last year. Marion County prosecutor Tom Redington said the first order was dismissed when Thomas failed to appear at a court hearing; the second was dismissed at her request.

Thomas made a third attempt around Thanksgiving and obtained a restraining order that was supposed to keep Cazares away from the small brick duplex where she lived with their 20-month-old son and a 7-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

Yet neighbors said they often saw Cazares in the area.

"We pulled up one night and he drives up the street with his car lights off and just sits there watching her house," said neighbor Charles Thomas, who is not related to the victim.

In early February, Thomas told police she thought Cazares was stalking her. White-Masengill said her sister played cell phone messages for police, including one in which he said, "No one can love you like I do."

Redington said he didn't have Cazares arrested immediately because of the "on-again, off-again nature of their relationship." He asked Thomas to obtain records that would show that Cazares had been calling her, but she never got the records.

According to court records, Cazares offered the following account of the killings in his confession:

Despite the restraining order, he and Thomas had spent the night of Feb. 26 together after she called him. He thought they would be together again the next night.

Instead, Thomas went out. At some point she met up with Epley, a friend from her nearby hometown of Monroe City.

Cazares fumed when a friend told him he saw Thomas outside a bar. He stayed up late drinking beer, then went to Thomas' home the next morning and found her with Epley.

Cazares said he went to the kitchen, found a knife and stabbed Epley before turning the knife on Thomas.

He then drove around in Thomas' car before using her cell phone to call his mother. He told her "that I loved her and that I did something that was not right and for her to take care of herself."

He said he considered suicide, but instead quietly turned himself in.

Study: Wages rose after immigration raids -

, March 19 (UPI) -- Wages and employment increased for legal workers after raids on six Swift & Co. meat-packing plants in several U.S. states in 2006, a study indicated.

Noting that the plants raided were back in production within five months, Jerry Kammer of the Center for Immigration Studies said there was 'good evidence' that the number of U.S.-born workers increased, concluding that the plants 'could operate without the presence of illegal workers,' The Hill reported.

The non-partisan center examined what happened after raids on Swift & Co. facilities in Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Texas and Utah, in which 1,300 undocumented workers were arrested. Another 400 workers without authorization to work in the United States were found through company screening.

The study estimated about 23 percent of the plants' employees weren't authorized to work in the United States, the Washington publication said.

Swift didn't provide information about how its workforce changed, Kammer said, adding that the meat-packer also recruits a large number of refugees who are legal immigrants.

'At the four facilities for which we were able to obtain information, wages and bonuses rose on average 8 percent with the departure of illegal immigrants,' Kammer said.

Kammer said Swift used pay increases and signing bonuses to staff the plants after the raids.

TheHill.com - "Hispanic Democrats will have their first West Wing meeting with President Obama on Wednesday morning to discuss immigration reform, according to Democratic sources.

The meeting is the first face-to-face sit-down between Obama and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) since the president was sworn in. Some in the CHC have recently expressed frustration that Obama has not talked more about immigration in his first two months in office.

Immigration reform is front-and-center on the group’s agenda."CHC is eager to hear the president’s ideas and proposals for tackling immigration reform, not only regarding a comprehensive reform bill that could provide a pathway to citizenship for millions of undocumented workers but also as it relates to rolling back Bush administration policies of raiding workplaces and detaining and deporting thousands of illegal workers.

CHC members came away from a recent meeting in the Capitol with Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano — a day after her Senate confirmation hearing — very encouraged that the workplace-raids policy would be fully reviewed and possibly altered.

Yet, CHC has expressed frustration that Obama has not yet gotten the message on how damaging the raids are to Hispanic communities across the country.

Justice Dept. Investigates Arizona Sheriff for Enforcing Immigration Law:

CNSNews.com -- The Department of Justice (DOJ) has launched an investigation of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in Arizona following requests by congressional Democrats and allegations by liberal activists that the department has violated the civil rights of illegal aliens.

Reps. John Conyers (D-Mich.), Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.), and Robert Scott (D-Va.) requested the investigation, and activists groups such as National Day Laborer Organizer Network and ACORN launched petition drives and rallies in support of the probe.

The investigation focuses on Sheriff Joe Arpaio and dozens of officers under his command who were trained through the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Agreements of Cooperation in Communities to Enhance Safety and Security (ACCESS), which partners federal and local law enforcement to enforce immigration laws. (The Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement division is known popularly as ICE.)

In a letter dated March 10, 2009, Loretta Smith, acting assistant attorney general at the DOJ, detailed what her department would be investigating:

"This is to inform you that the United States Department of Justice is commencing an investigation of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (''MCSO'') pursuant to the pattern or practice provisions of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994,42 U.S.C. §14141 ("Section 14141") and the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968,42 U.S.C. § 3789d ("Safe Streets Act"), and pursuant to the prohibitions against national origin discrimination in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-7 ("Title Yr') and the Safe Streets Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3789d(c)."

The letter continues: "The investigation will focus on alleged patterns or practices of discriminatory police practices and unconstitutional searches and seizures conducted by the MCSO, and on allegations of national origin discrimination, including failure to provide meaningful access to MCSO services for limited English proficient (LEP) individuals."

"In conducting the investigation, we will seek to determine whether there are violations of the above laws by the MCSO," the letter says.

Sheriff Arpaio's efforts to enforce immigration laws have been the focus of previous criticism, but Arpaio has defended his department and the results his ICE-trained officers have netted.

Concerning the DOJ’s investigation, Arpaio told CNSNews.com: “I will not back down. What I am doing is upholding the laws of the state of Arizona, and I will not be persuaded to turn my back on my oath of office as sheriff of this county.”

In an August 2008 press release, Arpaio's office detailed those results.

"While the Sheriff’s illegal immigration and human smuggling operations conducted on the streets and roadways here have netted nearly 2,300 arrests, another very successful effort to locate illegal aliens has been quietly happening inside Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s jails," the release said.

It continues: "Despite the growing criticism of the Sheriff’s illegal immigration fight by some valley politicians and activists, Sheriff Arpaio says 60 detention officers trained by ICE officials have conducted over 106,000 interviews and investigations of inmates booked into jail since April of 2007.

"In those 18 months, 16,000 inmates were determined to be illegal aliens. Either they have already been deported or will be deported after being tried and/or serving their sentences for crimes committed in the valley. The work being done be Arpaio’s detention staff is a likely contributor to the recent reduction in crime in the valley,” the press release added.

"That number of 16,000 represents a full one-third (1/3) of all inmates in the United States who have had holds placed on them after being identified by jail or prison officials as illegal aliens."

The press release goes on to say that 20 percent of inmates in the Maricopa County Jail are illegal aliens and that of those, 2,000 illegal aliens - 70 percent - were arrested for felony crimes.

Those felony crimes committed included the following: forgery, 12 percent; kidnapping, 10 percent; aggravated assault, 7 percent; driving under the influence, 7 percent; drug charges, 27 percent; robbery, 3 percent; murder, 3 percent; and theft, 4 percent.

The Democratic Congress members have also asked Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano to launch an investigation into the training provided by ICE.
