Media Turns Binghamton Killer Into The Victim... "American's To Blame For His Rampage and Crappy English"

And if this guy hated America so much as the article quotes him saying quite often to others, then why the fu** didn't he take his Vietnamese backside back to the jungles of Vietnam instead of whining and crying because as he says "people mocked his English", and then turns around uses that an excuse to murder innocent others after losing his job for whatever reasons they were and then the media gladly and gleefully uses that excuse for this act as an acceptable reason?

Jiverly Voong, gunman who killed 13 in Binghamton, hated U.S., felt 'degraded' over his bad English:
"The Vietnamese immigrant blamed for the upstate massacre of 13 people was depressed over losing his job and angry over taunts about his poor English, the Binghamton police chief said Saturday.

'He spoke very little or no English, and he was upset that people degraded him and disrespected him for that reason,' Chief Joe Zikuski said on the 'Today' show.

Jiverly Voong, who also used the name Jiverly Wong, slipped into despair after recently losing his job, the chief said - although neither his unemployment or his anger fully explained the cold-blooded rampage inside the American Civic Association.

'At this point, that's really all we have to hang our hat on,' Zikuski said. 'We spoke to his parents, his sister, and we're really not getting anything more.'

Voong, 41, of Johnson City, N.Y., used a borrowed car to block a rear exit before walking wordlessly into the immigrant center and opening fire."

He killed a receptionist and a dozen immigrants studying for a citizenship test before pumping a single bullet into his own head during the Friday morning rampage.

The conditions of four critically injured survivors - including the heroic wounded receptionist who called 911 - were getting better Saturday, according to Binghamton Mayor Matthew Ryan.

"There seems to be some improvement on some of them," Ryan said on the "Today" show.

The receptionist, who feigned death after she was shot in the stomach and then summoned police, was praised by Zikuski for her efforts.

"She's a heroine, and I believe she saved some lives," the chief said. "It is my understanding that as of very early this morning that she is going to make it."

Authorities said 37 hostages escaped unharmed after the bleeding receptionist crawled beneath a desk to dial 911.

Zikuski said there were indications that Voong intended to go down in a blaze of glory by shooting it out with police after his killing spree.

"The suspect may have been ready to confront the police upon our response," the chief said. "We theorize that when he heard the sirens ... he took his own life."

Well, if that's true then I say this......

Binghamton Immigrant Killer Situation Shows This : America Has Reached A Tipping Point....

And were I in charge, it would be "Close Immigration down to all", at least until all identifiable illegal aliens and possible terrorists are deported... Sorry folks, party's over, no more Mr nice guy.....

This country is boiling over right now as our politicians have intentionally created an environment that is becoming intolerable for hard working born and bred Americans like myself who are sick and tired of our culture being shitcanned for political correctness first and foremost.

Secondly I feel comfortable saying that watching our criminal leaders leave our front and back doors wide open has more to do with the country becoming bankrupt than any other BS reasons these crooks will admit to, mostly due to their absolute culpability for this time bomb ready to explode. Not to mention the fact that this attack could very well be terrorism and if you were to ask me it probably has something to do with it.

I don't buy that this supposed Vietnamese person, who I bet is a Muslim and they won't admit it, works at IBM with no English Skills...... No Fricking way.

And another fact is this.....the rooms at the Inn are full, and for us to remain a civilized and prosperous society, we need to close our borders to immigration at least temporarily like many European countries do, until we can get a handle on what deadly vermin is already lurking amongst us ready to explode like the immigrant did today at this immigration civic center after being layed off from his job.

Not exactly an end of the world situation for anyone, as if there's one thing any person should never end their lives over it is money, especially since our government today just prints it whenever they feel like it.

pressconnects.com | Press & Sun-Bulletin: "At least five people have been taken to Wilson Regional Medical Center in Johnson City, one in critical condition, two listed as serious. Another person was taken to Lourdes Hospital in Johnson City.

Both hospitals postponed all elective surgeries and called in extra personnel to staff their emergency rooms.

According to police reports, more than 40 hostages were in the building — 15 in a closet and 26 in the boiler room. Sharp shooters from the Binghamton SWAT team were poised outside the building at 131 Front Street. The Endicott police bomb squad is also at the scene.

Shortly after noon, about 10 people were released from the building, with hands on their heads. The police searched some of them. Around 12:40 p.m., another 10 were released from the rear of the building, clad in white sheets. They were shaken and hugged each other as they boarded a BC Transit bus. All are being considered suspects until they are cleared by police.

Police and ambulance crews began staging at Oak and Main Street, the site of the Binghamton High School, shortly after 10:30 a.m. today. Local apartments were evacuated and businesses, including a nearby nursing home, were placed under lockdown. The high school was also locked down.

One woman who worked as a secretary reportedly was shot in the stomach.

Congressman Reprimands Father of Teen Killed by Drunk-Driving Illegal Alien for Calling Criminal Aliens 'Banditos':

CNSNews.com - – In emotional testimony before a House joint panel this week, a Virginia man recalled the death of his teenage daughter in 2007 – a death caused by an illegal immigrant who was driving drunk and who had been arrested twice before the crime, but was not deported.

“Two years ago this week, my 16-year-old daughter, Tessa, and her best friend Allison were killed as they were sitting at in intersection waiting for a red light to change,” Ray Tranchant said, as friends placed a photograph of Tessa Tranchant on an easel behind him.

Since his daughter’s death, Tranchant, a professor from Virginia Beach, has become an advocate for the enforcement of immigration law.

On Thursday, as Tranchant applauded local law enforcement in Virginia for its increased efforts to work with federal immigration authorities since his daughter’s death, he referred to individuals listed on the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s database of illegal aliens with criminal backgrounds as “banditos.”

That comment drew a rebuff from Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.)."“Mr. Tranchant, can I share with you as the father of two daughters, I thank you for bringing your testimony here, but I suggest to you that if we refer to people as banditos, as you referred to them in your testimony, it does not help to solve the problem,” Gutierrez said. continued here..

Another Illegal Alien Kills, 100% Preventable Crimes, Yet Allowed to Continue

Every murder, every robbery, every DUI, every rape, every molestation, every new anchor baby, every assault, every drug sale, free emergency room trip committed by an illegal alien is a lot to give and a far too high price to pay by red blooded Americans who are the victims of all these totally preventable crimes all to fill some jobs that supposedly Americans won't do.

I don't know about you but I can't remember a time in my 44 years when the unemployment rate was negative or at zero and there was ever national emergency called to fill millions of unfilled jobs. I just don't believe there was ever a great call for employers to stop creating new jobs, do you? That's because there never was, and to the contrary as you can see from these quick stats.

The bottom line, which you need to know for your own bottom line, is that U.S. taxpayers are giving more than $9,000 a year in cash or benefits to each single immigrant, a third of whom are in the country illegally. That's $36,000 for each immigrant household of four. Because the U.S. has 37 million immigrants, legal and illegal, the national cost was more than $346 billion last year.

So nearly 10 million illegal aliens are costing Americans 90,000,000,000 billion dollars a year!! That is absolutely un friggin believable.

So in a time like this of severe recession this newly installed government wants to take it easier on illegal immigrants and continue to suck Americans dry of their hard earned money to educate, incarcerate, feed and bleed for these illegals who could be your killer, or the cause of your next car accident, stolen wallet or cell phone, or thieves of the precious public services that we can't even get for free. Mo. town outraged over killings, illegal immigrant:

"HANNIBAL, Mo. (AP) - A Hannibal police officer was finishing up mundane paperwork on a quiet Saturday morning when Manuel Cazares walked into the station, blood splattered on his hands and shoes.

Cazares put his hands out, crossed them, and told the officer to arrest him.

'I killed two people,' he allegedly said.

Details surrounding the allegations are far too common: an abusive relationship, a jilted lover, a sudden attack." But some in this Mississippi River community of 17,000 best known as Mark Twain's hometown aren't just outraged by the violence. They also question why Cazares was in Hannibal at all.

Cazares admitted after his arrest that he is an illegal immigrant from Mexico. The 32-year-old had several run-ins with law enforcement before the homicides, but officials had never questioned his legal status.

Now he is charged with two counts of second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the Feb. 28 deaths of his ex-girlfriend, 27-year-old Amanda Thomas, and 25-year-old Carl Patrick Epley.

"I don't know how this happens," said Tina White-Masengill, Thomas' sister. "My stepdad told police many times, 'I don't even think the guy's a legal citizen.'"

During his three years in Hannibal, Cazares managed to avoid detection, despite a few traffic violations and a property damage conviction after an arrest for allegedly beating up Thomas and tearing up her home. Thomas had a restraining order against Cazares, who got probation in the property-damage case.

Police say his name wasn't in a database maintained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Police and Cazares' boss also say he had authentic-looking identification, including a Social Security card. And police noted that Cazares speaks fluent English.

Cazares' attorney did not return phone messages seeking comment. Cazares is being held in lieu of $1 million bond.

Hannibal police declined several interview requests from The Associated Press, but said soon after the killing that they had received several angry calls, some with racial overtones.

Days after the killings, rocks were thrown through plate-glass windows at the Mexican restaurant where Cazares worked. The FBI decided against opening a hate-crime investigation after concluding that it was vandalism, not retaliation.

Hundreds of messages related to the case were posted on the Hannibal Courier-Post Web site, with several questioning why authorities hadn't been able to determine Cazares' legal status before. One suggested police should conduct raids to seek out other illegal immigrants.

"Of course we have folks who say that's unconstitutional and racial profiling so we have to ignore the problem until this sort of terrible tragedy takes place," the posting read. The newspaper eventually took down the postings.

At a news conference, police Capt. James Hark told reporters that tracking illegal immigrants is a federal responsibility. He said the department is sympathetic to the victims' families, "but, in retrospect, there's nothing in the system that would have prevented this from happening."

ICE spokesman Carl Rusnok said the agency seeks to work closely with local police to uncover illegal immigrants.

"When local law enforcement suspect that they have arrested an illegal alien on criminal charges, we encourage them to forward those suspicions to ICE, where we will make the appropriate determination whether that person is in the country legally or illegally, and whether he is deportable," Rusnok said.

The relationship between Cazares and Thomas had long been rocky, with Thomas seeking restraining orders in 2007 and again early last year. Marion County prosecutor Tom Redington said the first order was dismissed when Thomas failed to appear at a court hearing; the second was dismissed at her request.

Thomas made a third attempt around Thanksgiving and obtained a restraining order that was supposed to keep Cazares away from the small brick duplex where she lived with their 20-month-old son and a 7-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

Yet neighbors said they often saw Cazares in the area.

"We pulled up one night and he drives up the street with his car lights off and just sits there watching her house," said neighbor Charles Thomas, who is not related to the victim.

In early February, Thomas told police she thought Cazares was stalking her. White-Masengill said her sister played cell phone messages for police, including one in which he said, "No one can love you like I do."

Redington said he didn't have Cazares arrested immediately because of the "on-again, off-again nature of their relationship." He asked Thomas to obtain records that would show that Cazares had been calling her, but she never got the records.

According to court records, Cazares offered the following account of the killings in his confession:

Despite the restraining order, he and Thomas had spent the night of Feb. 26 together after she called him. He thought they would be together again the next night.

Instead, Thomas went out. At some point she met up with Epley, a friend from her nearby hometown of Monroe City.

Cazares fumed when a friend told him he saw Thomas outside a bar. He stayed up late drinking beer, then went to Thomas' home the next morning and found her with Epley.

Cazares said he went to the kitchen, found a knife and stabbed Epley before turning the knife on Thomas.

He then drove around in Thomas' car before using her cell phone to call his mother. He told her "that I loved her and that I did something that was not right and for her to take care of herself."

He said he considered suicide, but instead quietly turned himself in.
