It was a harmonious but 'unpermitted and unsanctioned event,' he said, until some in the crowd started breaking windows and spraying paint on retail shops that line the downtown corridor.

Friend said he wasn't sure if the damage was caused by people marching in support of immigrants' rights, or if the group was 'infiltrated by anarchists.'

Anarchy signs were spray-painted on some of the buildings.

'They're a group of people who seem to fancy themselves as revolutionaries, but what they really are are a group of morons,' Friend said.

A fire was started in a coffee shop entryway but was extinguished once police cleared the way for firefighters, Friend said.

Eighteen businesses were damaged, with the cost of repairs estimated at between $50,000 and $100,000. No injuries were reported."

The Associated Press: GOP ramps up attacks on SEC over porn surfing: "HINGTON — Republicans are stepping up their criticism of the Securities and Exchange Commission following reports that senior agency staffers spent hours surfing pornographic websites on government-issued computers while they were supposed to be policing the nation's financial system.

California Rep. Darrell Issa, the top Republican on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said it was 'disturbing that high-ranking officials within the SEC were spending more time looking at porn than taking action to help stave off the events that put our nation's economy on the brink of collapse.'

He said in a statement Thursday that SEC officials 'were preoccupied with other distractions' when they should have been overseeing the growing problems in the financial system.

The SEC's inspector general conducted 33 probes of employees looking at explicit images in the past five years, according to a memo obtained by The Associated Press.

The memo says 31 of those probes occurred in the 2 1/2 years since the financial system teetered and nearly crashed.

The staffers' behavior violated government-wide ethics rules, it says.

SEC spokesman John Nester said in a statement Friday that each of the offending employees has been disciplined or is in the process of being disciplined, and some have already been suspended or dismissed.

'We will not tolerate the transgressions of the very few who bring discredit to their thousands of hardworking colleagues,' said Nester, adding the agency has lately increased penalties.

The memo provides fresh ammunition for Republicans who suspect the timing of the SEC's lawsuit last week against Wall Street powerhouse Goldman Sachs Group Inc. News of the suit came as the Senate prepared to take up a sweeping overhaul of the rules governing banks and other financial companies.

The memo was written by SEC Inspector General David Kotz in response to a request from Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa. It summarizes past inspector general probes and reports some shocking findings:

_ A senior attorney at the SEC's Washington headquarters spent up to eight hours a day looking at and downloading pornography. When he ran out of hard drive space, he burned the files to CDs or DVDs, which he kept in boxes around his office. He agreed to resign, an earlier watchdog report said.

_ An accountant was blocked more than 16,000 times in a month from visiting websites classified as 'Sex' or 'Pornography.' Yet he still managed to amass a collection of 'very graphic' material on his hard drive by using Google images to bypass the SEC's internal filter, according to an earlier report from the inspector general. The accountant refused to testify in his defense, and received a 14-day suspension.

_ Seventeen of the employees were 'at a senior level,' earning salaries of up to $222,418.

_ The number of cases jumped from two in 2007 to 16 in 2008. The cracks in the financial system emerged in mid-2007 and spread into full-blown panic by the fall of 2008.

About 16 percent of men with Internet access at work admit to looking at online porn while at the office, according to a 2006 survey by Websense Inc.

Former SEC spokesman Michael Robinson said he shares the public's outrage about SEC staffers who enjoyed porn on the taxpayer dime when they were supposed to be keeping the markets safe.

'That kind of behavior is just intolerable and atrocious,' said Robinson, now with Levick Strategic Communications. He said he expects the head of the SEC, Mary Schapiro and her team, are 'very focused on' the issue.

Schapiro has been parrying GOP complaints about the Goldman Sachs lawsuit, which agency officials hoped would mark a new era of tougher oversight of Wall Street. They followed high-profile embarrassments including the failure to catch Ponzi kings Bernard Madoff and R. Allen Stanford.

Republican lawmakers also accused the SEC of being influenced by politics. The SEC's commissioners approved the Goldman charges on a rare 3-2 vote. The two who objected were Republicans.

Schapiro is a registered independent who has been appointed by presidents of both parties.

This reminds me of a story when I was in college, a buddy of mine, my best friend, name was Bob, calls me up one night at like midnight and says to me "I got some dough this weekend lets go to the "Candy Club" downtown and check it out man" which was an olden days stripper joynt here on Rush Street, and this is like back in 1985, sophomore summer college days..

We go inside and the usual crap that goes on in these places is goin' on, and in a little dirtier form than these so called "gentleman's clubs" are like today, they're a click up from Hooter's but not the Mustang ranch, alright? Well they used to be like the Mustang ranch here, just not advertising the full menu if you know what I mean...

So anyhow I turn down the offerings as I don't pay for that, never did, never will. But my dumb and horny buddy wasn't as lucky with the ladies took the bait and ended up getting screwed alright, out of about $500 on his credit card for what Slick Willie was getting for nuttin' under  his desk in the oral office...(impeachment aside, didn't mean nothing to him or his supporters)

The way it happened was it was supposed to be up in "Porky's Pen" per se (remember that scene from the movie Porkey's?)  and ended up being "nothing" in the wide open "Seinfeld booth" with the whole club staring at ya! Even if I did consider it I can't and don't do that stuff for public view thank you, not then nor now.... we made a helluva scene on the way out the door kicking over chairs and such, and might of ended up dead in the back alley if we couldn't run as fast as we did once we got out the door.

Anyhow, we're halfway home and Bob's all pissed off and I'm laughing at him, it's like 3 am and we're winging down the Kennedy headed back to "the burbs"  and this idiot THEN tells me the credit card was his dad's business AMX if you can believe that crap!!! I was rolling because his head was gonna roll when teh Wells Lamont Accounting Department got that bill, so he HAD to tell the old man he wasn't too forgiving..

The rest of the story ends up about what you would think happened Bob. (the a - hole ultimately blamed it on me somehow his parents buy that crap!! And his parents already hated me anyways, and that was that for the Bob and Ray show).

After living about 20 more years doing that kind of crap, he's dead now, although we did some pretty dumb shit together, it was fun and I miss him.

So the point of my story? Even these morons in the RNC are pulling crap we were doing back in high school and college in the shape this party is in at the national level with Barack Jr running the show into the ground, and these idiots want us to donate money?

This story I posted below is exactly the point that people are missing about this Woods incident, and that is that once he got into that car and hit the streets he became a problem to everyone, and not just a private incident, as the MSM propaganda mill is churning in and out..

There's no saying he wasn't hopped up on his pain pills which we still don't know and from this erratic nutty driving being revealed more and more he could have easily killed someone if not himself...And what about the ridicule of a woman violently attacking her husband by proxy beating the crap out of his 80,000 car? with a deadly weapon masquerading as a

The Hollywood Gossip: "Former heavyweight champion boxer Mike Tyson was detained at LAX airport Wednesday after getting into an altercation, according to various reports.

A photographer told investigators that in fact Tyson punched him in the face and tried to take the film from his camera. Tyson told investigators that a celebrity gossip photographer struck him in an apparent attempt to provoke him.

Both wanted to press charges against each other, so police placed both under arrest. The photographer was taken to a hospital with injuries to his face.

Tyson was taken by LAX police to the Los Angeles Police Department's 77th Street Division, where he was booked on suspicion of battery and released.

'He was very cooperative,' Lt. Aaron McCraney said. 'There were no issues.'"

Maybe society will luck out like it did when double murderer OJ Simpson was taken off the streets after slithering out of the double murder charges and see Mike Tyson sent back to prison again,  which would complete the full circle for him since he started out there and has been visiting every few years ever since.

So, since he likes it so much in jail and can't figure out how to stay out,  why not do the world a favor and take him off the streets for good before he kills someone besides himself by getting into fights with everything from women to photographers all over the world.... like this one just this morning....

By Thursday, she had dragged herself toward the front door. The son, Lacy Reid, called 911 after he found her there face down, malnourished and dehydrated.

She was taken to a hospital, where she suffered cardiac and respiratory arrest. She was listed in critical condition.

Reid, a porter at a nursing home, was charged with reckless endangerment. The district attorney's office says it doesn't have the name of his lawyer."

Michelle Obama's father buried at Burr Oak As Well

This cemetery desecration story at Burr Oak we've been ragging about for a week has a new twist to it today.

"First Lady Michelle Obama's father, Fraser Robinson III, is buried at Burr Oak Cemetery, the Alsip facility involved in a grave desecration scandal, according to a White House spokeswoman.

There was no indication whether Robinson's grave was among those disturbed. Camille Johnston, the first lady's communications director, disclosed that Robinson was buried there but declined to comment further.

And while I have no loved ones buried there and certainly can't feel the pain these folks are going through without a doubt, I pass this cemetery for decades and it's present situation makes all Chicagoan's look like a**holes and that I don't go for one bit.

First we have Al Capone, Richard Speck, John Wayne Gacy, Jeffery Dahmer indirectly, enough is enough .

And seriously, to now be hearing that Michelle Obama's late father Fraser Robinson is actually buried at this historic cemetery (although his particular gravesite is thankfully for the Obama/Robinson family not one of the disturbed or entirely desecrated graves of loved ones) brings this thing to deserved global attention if it wasn't already in all it's gruesome glory.

Fraser Robinson III was a pump operator for the water department in Chicago and a Democratic party precinct captain who battled multiple sclerosis. He died in 1991 from complications from multiple sclerosis,

A disease of which I myself have been dealt some very wicked blows I must say for 7 years now, rest his soul.

Incidentally, this picture of her dad and family shows she sure looks just like her mother back, then don't she? Holy cow, they're like twins.....and by the way, that's also the very same mother-in-law now shackin' up at the new and improved White House since the very first day, another story for another time.

No bail for Florida man charged after baby thrown from car

- CNN.com: "(CNN) -- A Tampa judge denied bail Wednesday for a Florida man charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 3-month-old child, who authorities say was thrown out of a moving car."

Richard Anthony McTear Jr., 21, was arrested Tuesday, hours after a confrontation at his former girlfriend's apartment in which he snatched the infant, Emanuel Wesley Murray, the Hillsborough County sheriff's office said.

The child's body was found about 4 .am. Tuesday on the side of Interstate 275 in Tampa, Florida, by a local television photographer on his way to work. The photographer, WTVT's Jason Bird, said he stopped when he spotted something by the roadside

"It had to be a baby doll but it was too big to be a doll," Bird told CNN affiliate WFTS in Tampa. "I almost passed out, I started shaking," said Bird.

A preliminary autopsy determined the child died of blunt trauma to the head, the county medical examiner's office said.

Police were called to the apartment of McTear's former girlfriend about 3:15 a.m. Tuesday. The mother, Jasmine Bedwell, 17, told investigators that McTear had hit her several times and threatened "to kill the both of y'all," the sheriff's department said in a statement announcing the charges.

McTear threw a car seat containing the child across the room during the fight, causing the boy to fall onto the apartment's concrete floor, investigators said. He then picked up the boy and drove off in his blue Chevrolet Impala, throwing the child out while on the interstate, the sheriff's department said.

Video on CNN affiliate WFLA TV showed McTear being led out of a Tampa police squad car after his arrest. He ducked his head as TV cameras surrounded him on his walk into a police building.

When asked by reporters if he had thrown the child out of the car window, McTear answered, "It's a dirty game. A dirty game."

McTear is not related to the child, said sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter.

McTear is facing additional charges of burglary with battery, felony battery, aggravated child abuse and kidnapping, the sheriff's department said.

Media Turns Binghamton Killer Into The Victim... "American's To Blame For His Rampage and Crappy English"

This story you'll find in it's entirety below these comments is unbelievable, as it paints the poor little Vietnamese immigrant forced into mean old killer because bad and uncaring Americans taunted him to kill as many people as possible because of intolerable racism!!

That's what I read when I saw this piece of liberal garbage this morning, who ever they interviewed blaming America, someone who claims that this nutjob dink from Vietnam kills 14 poor other immigrants who too struggling to learn the language of the country they chose to come and live. what a crock

And if this guy hated America so much as the article quotes him saying quite often to others, then why the fu** didn't he take his Vietnamese backside back to the jungles of Vietnam instead of whining and crying because as he says "people mocked his English", and then turns around uses that an excuse to murder innocent others after losing his job for whatever reasons they were and then the media gladly and gleefully uses that excuse for this act as an acceptable reason?

Jiverly Voong, gunman who killed 13 in Binghamton, hated U.S., felt 'degraded' over his bad English:
"The Vietnamese immigrant blamed for the upstate massacre of 13 people was depressed over losing his job and angry over taunts about his poor English, the Binghamton police chief said Saturday.

'He spoke very little or no English, and he was upset that people degraded him and disrespected him for that reason,' Chief Joe Zikuski said on the 'Today' show.

Jiverly Voong, who also used the name Jiverly Wong, slipped into despair after recently losing his job, the chief said - although neither his unemployment or his anger fully explained the cold-blooded rampage inside the American Civic Association.

'At this point, that's really all we have to hang our hat on,' Zikuski said. 'We spoke to his parents, his sister, and we're really not getting anything more.'

Voong, 41, of Johnson City, N.Y., used a borrowed car to block a rear exit before walking wordlessly into the immigrant center and opening fire."

He killed a receptionist and a dozen immigrants studying for a citizenship test before pumping a single bullet into his own head during the Friday morning rampage.

The conditions of four critically injured survivors - including the heroic wounded receptionist who called 911 - were getting better Saturday, according to Binghamton Mayor Matthew Ryan.

"There seems to be some improvement on some of them," Ryan said on the "Today" show.

The receptionist, who feigned death after she was shot in the stomach and then summoned police, was praised by Zikuski for her efforts.

"She's a heroine, and I believe she saved some lives," the chief said. "It is my understanding that as of very early this morning that she is going to make it."

Authorities said 37 hostages escaped unharmed after the bleeding receptionist crawled beneath a desk to dial 911.

Zikuski said there were indications that Voong intended to go down in a blaze of glory by shooting it out with police after his killing spree.

"The suspect may have been ready to confront the police upon our response," the chief said. "We theorize that when he heard the sirens ... he took his own life."

Well, if that's true then I say this......
