My plan would be 'the one's who leave voluntarily after a 3 month grace period get to take their 'booty' home with them' wherever the hell that is... which is 'a gift' in itself since everything they've earned while in America are 'ill gotten gains' since they didn't pay any income taxes and aren't citizens.
But after that, anyone with even a traffic ticket gets the big 'Gringo Steel Toed Sheriff Joe Boot in their pink pantied asses', right over the 'newly electrified' 40 foot high border fence I would install were I the president for a month.
Were we as a country to FIX this problem, which is obviously bankrupting individual states and thus the country, we'd be out of 'dire financial straights' practically overnight, and prosperous into the next millennium if we can keep the illegals out of here forever more, unless their needed on a case by case basis.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A protest march against Arizona's immigration law is scheduled for Saturday in Phoenix. Organizers expect more than 50,000 supporters from around the country.
Some are going to protest Senate Bill 1070, the illegal immigration law while others will be there to support it.
A group of more than 2,000 Southern California activists left Friday morning for the weekend demonstration against Arizona's controversial immigration law.
"People have been here in this country for many years, and all they want to do is adjust their status, so we need to address that issue," said protester Yenny Diaz.
They plan on taking everything they need including food and water so they don't spend any money in Arizona. These protestors also want the Obama administration to order immigration officials not to accept custody of illegal immigrants brought in under the new law.

We didn't promise them a 'damn thing' so I guess Obama should have 'asked' before promising 20 million Mexican criminals we're just going to 'overlook' all the 'crimes' they've all committed since swimming the Rio Grande and 'reward them all' for their 'bad behavior' as Obama promised for 'their votes'.

Well it's not a victimless crime we all know, as the categories of the criminal behavior of many of the country's 20 million PLUS illegal aliens run the gamut from DUI, to vehicular homicide, to rape to tax evasion, right through cold blooded murder such as American rancher Richard Krenz who's murder has brought us to the point have reached today.

But the financial costs to our limited emergency services robbing hard working, tax paying Americans of their 'deserved' share when 'in need' and are innumerable since we have no way of calculating how many are literally robbing each and every one of us blind each and every day. Don't believe it?
Look at these statistics from just one hospital located in the etropolis of Dallas Texas near but not even ON the border. 'Staggering' is a 'generous' description, as these numbers, verified at Snopes for those liberals who use 'factcheck' and 'Snopes' as their "be all end all" demonstrate that this is typical liberally distributed propaganda.
Lies and embellishments so they can help ACORN and other "rabblerousing community organizing" cabals steal elections for democrats as they did the last one, it's becoming more and more obvious each day that this president is a usurper working for 'everyone but' we, the American people.
Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas , Texas is a fairly famous institution and for a variety of reasons:
1. John F. Kennedy died there in 1963 2. Lee Harvey Oswald died there shortly after 3. Jack Ruby-who killed Oswald, died there a few years later.
On the flip side, Parkland is also home to the second busiest maternity ward in the country with almost 16,000 new babies arriving each year. (That's almost 44 per day---every day)!
A recent patient survey indicated that 70 percent of the women who gave birth at Parkland in the first three months of 2006 were illegal immigrants. That's 11,200anchor babies born every year just in Dallas!!!
According to the article, the hospital spent $70.7 million delivering 15,938 babies in 2004 but managed to end up with almost $8 million dollars in surplus funding. Medicaid kicked in $34.5 million, Dallas County taxpayers kicked in $31.3 million and the feds tossed in another $9.5 million.
The average patient in Parkland in maternity wards is 25 years old, married and giving birth to her second child. She is also an illegal immigrant. By law, pregnant women cannot be denied medical care based on their immigration status or ability to pay.
OK, fine. That doesn't mean they should receive better care than everyday, middle-class American citizens. But at Parkland Hospital , they do. " Parkland Memorial Hospital has nine prenatal clinics. NINE!!!
The Dallas Morning News article followed a Hispanic woman who was a patient at one of the clinics and pregnant with her third child---her previous two were also born at Parkland. Her first two deliveries were free and the Mexican native was grateful because it would have cost$200 to have them in Mexico.
This time, the hospital wants her to pay $10 per visit and $100 for the delivery but she was unsure if she could come up with the money. Not that it matters, the hospital won't turn her away. (I wonder why they even bother asking at this point.) "How long has this been going on? What are the long-term effects?
Well, another subject of the article was born at Parkland in 1986 shortly after her mother entered the US illegally - now she is having her own child there as well. (That's right; she's technically a US citizen.)
These women receive free prenatal care including medication, nutrition, birthing classes and child care classes. They also get freebies such as car seats, bottles, diapers and formula.
Most of these things are available to American citizens as well, but only for low-income applicants, and even then, the red tape involved is almost insurmountable.
Because these women are illegal immigrants, they do not have to provide any sort of legitimate identification - no proof of income. An American citizen would have to provide a social security number which would reveal their annual income - an illegal immigrant need only claim to be poor and the hospital must take them at their word.
Parkland Hospital offers indigent care to Dallas County residents who earn less than $40,000 per year. (They also have to prove that they did not refuse health coverage at their current job.. Yeah, the 'free' care is not so easy for Americans.)
There are about 140 patients who received roughly $4 million dollars for un-reimbursed medical care. As it turns out, they did not qualify for free treatment because they resided outside of Dallas County so the hospital is going to sue them! Illegal's get it all free! But U. S citizens who live outside of Dallas County get sued! How stupid is this?
As if that isn't annoying enough, the illegal immigrant patients are actually complaining about hospital staff not speaking Spanish. In this AP story, the author speaks with a woman who is upset that she had to translate comments from the hospital staff into Spanish for her husband. The doctor was trying to explain the situation to the family and the mother was forced to translate for her husband who only spoke Spanish.
This was apparently a great injustice to her.
In an attempt to create a Spanish-speaking staff, Parkland Hospital is now providing incentives in the form of extra pay for applicants who speak Spanish.. Additionally, medical students at the University of Texas Southwestern for which Parkland Hospital is the training facility will now have a Spanish language requirement added to their already jammed-packed curriculum.
No other school in the country boasts such a ridiculous multi-semester (multicultural) requirement.
(Sorry for the length, but this needs wide circulation particularly to our "employees" in Congress.)
Remember that this is about only ONE hospital in Dallas, Texas. There are many more hospitals across our country that must also deal with this.
In fact most people who hit a deer or run over some substantial garbage would even want to take a look or almost have to stop.
But nooo, not this lowlife illegal alien who just kept on going and we all know why, he was on his cell phone making phone calls back to South America planning his southern border escape into the Homeland laughing his ass off the whole time at how stupid half of America is and how he'd be getting away with possible multiple deaths were it not for a good Samaritan in this case.

A controversial law passed in Arizona giving state and local police the right to arrest anyone reasonably suspected of being an illegal immigrant is catching on nationwide, with lawmakers and others in several states considering similar legislation.
Concerned about the federal government's failure to secure the nation's borders, legislators and political candidates from Georgia to Colorado have introduced bills to beef up local immigration enforcement, have promised to do so or said they would support such legislation if offered.
"With the federal government currently AWOL in fulfilling its constitutional responsibilities to protect American lives, property and jobs against the clear and present dangers of illegal-alien invaders, state lawmakers … are left with no choice but to take individual action to address this critical economic and national security epidemic," said Pennsylvania state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe.
Mr. Metcalfe, a Republican who introduced legislation last week modeled on the Arizona law, said his bill would give "every illegal alien residing in Pennsylvania two options: Leave immediately or go to jail." continued
Many claim this is politics by republican governors who don't need or have Hispanic voting blocks stirring the pot up to get the feds to move which if indeed is the case I see nothing wrong with making the government do what they're supposed to do .

and the retired people who could use a few hundred extra bucks each
month scraping by on Social Security, along with all people entering
the work force for the first time.
They really want us all to believe that they're all "lettuce pickers"
and poor old "orange pickers" when that's just complete bullshit.

They're once again being mislead by the "Preacher from the Black Lagoon" who along with Jesse Moth Jackson have held blacks back for their own personal gain blaming the White Man for every problem under the sun since the very minute Martin Luther King was killed.

Just look at what they've done for the black community by driving through the Comiskey Cellular One Park area here in ChitCago with your top down on a weekend night at midnight, you can see and hear the fruits of their work alright, if you exit all in one piece without being shot at or arrested for being white in the wrong part -of town.

New Polling out today from around the country shows that indeed the AZ law is having national implications already, and contrary to much liberal ballyhoo out there, claiming this issue will harm the GOP with Hispanic voters in particular is all subversive bull.
All it really showed most of us out here that it just took a woman to do what used to be a man's job, and that is "protecting the country from hostile invaders", which all illegal aliens are in this American's opinion, ending the Free Party for the "over the border-Taco Bell crowd," is all it's done.
And frankly it appears that most people around the nation are damn happy about it and beginning to see they too can force their state lawmaker-breakers to protect their interests as well instead of Kow Towing to the loudest "foot stompers" in the room, who are usually the guilty parties.

I've also posted this link to a study done by an Arizona newspaper where these figures have been extrapolated from as you can see for yourself by clicking the pic, which I added to the article but didn't come with it per se to open a new tab with the study in it's entirety.
The top-line number shows 52% in favor, to 39% opposed for Arizona's
new law to require police to stop and check the immigration status of
anyone they believe could be in the country illegally -- a measure that
has caused the state to be accused of racial profiling by many national
commentators and politicians. The sample of Arizona adults has a ±3.9%
margin of error.
Among whites, the law is supported by a margin of 65%-28%. Among
Hispanics, though, support is at a mere 21%-69%, and among non-Hispanic
minorities the law is at 29%-63%. When broken down by part, Republicans
favor the law 76%-15%, Democrats oppose it 30%-58%, and independents
favor it 60%-30%.
The poll was conducted between April 15-25.
Interesting stuff and Americans are easily mislead by the media who cherry picks the good stuff in their worldview and leaves out the rest betting that the people will take their word for what they say, and maybe once there was a day when that was the case, but that day is long gone.
So don't be a fool by listening to that loud and incendiary "you're a racist" garbage all for wanting to take your own country back from those who've moved in right in your own backyards illegally who are stealing what belongs to you and your children.

GOP could gain by raising Arizona
The new hard-line Arizona immigration law that has sparked talk of boycotts and caused leading Republicans to fret about the party’s frayed relationship with Hispanic voters may indeed pose a long-term threat to the GOP’s prospects.
But in the here and now — and in many of the most competitive races that will determine control of Congress — the law appears to be a poison-tipped arrow in the Republican quiver.
New polling indicates broad public support for the measure and illustrates the peril embattled Democrats could face this November over the issue.
In the South and Midwest, where some of the most competitive congressional races will be fought, popular sentiment is overwhelmingly in favor of the controversial new law.
According to a New York Times poll released Monday, 69 percent of respondents from the South said that the law is either “about right” or does not go “far enough” and 66 percent from the Midwest said the same. Opinion is more divided in the Northeast and West, but nationwide, 60 percent of respondents said the Arizona measure is about right or doesn’t go far enough.
You won't see nor hear anything about this on the MSM today as these violent Latino's, 250 of them not 10, march down Santa Cruz Mainstreet USA doing what they do best, breaking the laws along with anything else that gets it their ways.

It was a harmonious but 'unpermitted and unsanctioned event,' he said, until some in the crowd started breaking windows and spraying paint on retail shops that line the downtown corridor.
Friend said he wasn't sure if the damage was caused by people marching in support of immigrants' rights, or if the group was 'infiltrated by anarchists.'
Anarchy signs were spray-painted on some of the buildings.
'They're a group of people who seem to fancy themselves as revolutionaries, but what they really are are a group of morons,' Friend said.
A fire was started in a coffee shop entryway but was extinguished once police cleared the way for firefighters, Friend said.
Eighteen businesses were damaged, with the cost of repairs estimated at between $50,000 and $100,000. No injuries were reported."

Texas lawmaker plans to introduce a tough immigration measure similar
to the new law in Arizona, a move state Democrats say would be a

Rep. Debbie Riddle of Tomball said
she will push for the law in the January legislative session, according
to Wednesday's editions of the San Antonio Express-News and Houston
Chronicle.
'The first priority for any elected
official is to make sure that the safety and security of Texans is
well-established,' said Riddle, who introduced a similar measure in
2009 that didn't get out of committee. 'If our federal government did
their job, then Arizona wouldn't have to take this action, and neither

and state law enforcement to question people about their immigration

This is the best thing to happen to America since I've been blogging, and I'm personally elated that other Americans besides loud bloggers such as myself who's been a member of Blogs for Borders for 3 years now fighting these Illegal aliens online and on the streets are "eschewing" the flagrant charges of racism and the assault ON OUR CHARACTER by the left and foremost this man child in the white house know to the world as Barack Hussein Obama..
In fact it's such a joke that liberals and illegals are complaining about producing documents. We all do it daily and here's a story of what happened to me last week.
Here's one I had to produce just the other day in front of my own damn house, yet I wasn't whining and crying because I'm proud to pull out my SSA card, my FOID card and my drivers license, for that reason I firmly believe anyone who isn't and won't simply cannot and doesn't belong here.
I'm so unworried about being asked for it I'll put the damn thing right here online .....(after some thought I decided I'm not gonna jeopardize my impeccable credit by even putting a redacted one up here) so here's my FOID card which one must possess a drivers license to even own.
You can see here I've been cleared by the Illinois State Police to own firearms 16 north of Chicago where they're illegal yet I won't go anywhere without it around these sanctuary city parts.
There.......... so if I can feel comfortable showing the universe I'm a legal firearms owner why should not any citizen with nothing to hide? This also means I'm also not a damn felon nor illegal, even though I look very Italian, especially in the summer around here, and am hassled by cops as well when I go downtown in my nicest cars.
This one I get pulled over in all the time...
Especially when I have the top down like so because I look like a mafia dago and the windows are blackeed out...and I know I do, I can't help it, it's my Italian heritage.
I've even been pulled over on the notorious and dangerous West Side of Chicago in a town called Maywood, which is known mostly for it's "crack stores" out in the open just "for being in a black neighborhood."
That is no lie, as I used to cut through there to get to the south side from the North side without taking the Kennedy expressway down Cicero Avenue, which cuts through the worst neighborhoods in the western hemisphere anyone who's familiar with Chicago will verify. Problem is it's also part of the city that has to be traversed and I got no problem with it, but cops do apparently and I know why.
I got stopped and simply asked what I was doing there, and I also proceeded to scold him, but then finishing by saying "now I know how it feels to be black in my part of the suburbs"... and I meant it.
So anyhow, here's the receipt for the traffic ticket I got 10 feet from my GOSH DARN FRONT DOOR in the front of the house, of which I took a picture from back and side here so you can see the stop sign as well.....
So I got pulled over at 4 in the morning right there just heading a few blocks down the street to go to Walgreen's to buy some milk and batteries for my wireless guitar transponder if you can believe that. I was very very pissed off at this cop, and even yelled at the man so much for pulling me over for rolling that sign he called backup, just so I could see past the bridge which blocks the view as you can see looking left or past the picture per se.
Everyone has to do it to see.
I said "Gosh dammit I live right there and you're gonna give me ticket, meanwhile Illegal aliens are running rampant right in the damn neighborhood and you people don't do anything to them? Chase them out of town because you're doing it to taxpayers like myself !!! %$%$#%^#%^#^%#%& !!!!
And that's lord honest truth as here's the receipt seeing I just "payed the thing the other day because it's too difficult for a crippled man like myself to get in and out of the Rolling Meadows IL Cook County courthouse , the same one they prosecute all the Chicago suburban crooks located about10 miles away to the west of us right across from Arlington Park Race Track.
But I didn't sue, you didn't see my whining and bitching, but now I am because I feel safe saying that we law abiding Americans are sick and tired of being sick and tired, having to work our asses off everyday so the government can treat us like Barney Frank's boyfriend every damn week on payday .
And why are we getting "dicked" around like this?
Because in every state of the Union we have grand larceny and theft to the trillionth degree going on in our hospitals and everywhere else, because we're being sucked dry by the illegal aliens amongst us from sea to shining sea of all races and religions, although 90% come through the southern border to "Mehico.
And these are the same liberals who don't want ID Cards and all this other garbage, and they don't because they lose 20 million votes if we demand drivers licenses at polling booths around the country and I've long maintained without that fraud democrats can't get elected anywhere.
Therefore if we boot all the illegals a larger fraud will come to light, and that will be "how many elections have been stolen around the country by the ballot boxes being stuffed with illegal votes" and I'd lay my beloved deceased mother's grave on that charge, God be my witness. That's the only explanation how such a radical group could get elected in this still majority Christian Judeo country no matter what the Obama State Media Cabal say.
So don't be confused out there all you folks who are here illegally by liberals and unions who are using you along with the black usual race baiters: "we have no problem with you coming back when you get your paperwork in order, waiting for your LEGAL return so that we can collect your taxes on your $100,000 a year tax free lawn care businesses and Food stands, along with all the other "silent" businesses under the radar mostly illegal aliens of all persuasions do to skirt the IRS".
And if you're a law abiding American you simply wouldn't have a problem with it. I don't it's quite obvious and my maternal and paternal grandparents where Italian and German Ellis Island Immigrants and lived in New York and Chicago slums before becoming successful, law abiding Americans first and foremost til their deaths.
Boo freaking hoo!! The way I see it, if You and I have to go through all the bull as a born and bred Americans, these foreigners and mostly Latino's who are doing all the complaining can do it too.
