As an MS patient who spent a few years in and out of wheelchair myself I would personally like to locate this sob in a dark alley now that I'm able bodied again....what kind of inhumane POS would steal something like a wheelchair from a person who's already been robbed of much life?
I can't for the life of me imagine where a lowlife like this becomes such scum other than inside the walls of a prison which then indicated they were already scum, and if ever given one wish, I would remove these people from the face of this earth and most of societies problems would disappear overnight right along with them.
