I heard they're changing their name from the Eagles to the Beagles in order to pay homage to all the dogs Michael Vick killed for sport in a deal with PETA to keep the protesters at bay for being the first team to drop their morality clauses so they can "Show Vick The Money"Alright, I made that up, but in all seriousness, I and everyone else knew at the outset of this fiasco the man would likely be snatched up by some team or another once he walked from his token prison sentence...
One who would have to believe there's not yet another man on the planet ANYWHERE who doesn't have the violent and nasty background that he now does as a result of his dog fighting related prison stint that can do this job better and without the drama than Michael Pitbull Vick can nor is more deserving than he?
There's about 1000 college quarterbacks who would beg to differ I'm sure, and the NFL and Eagles have really lowered themselves on this one...I'm all for second chances, maybe starting somewhere else than stepping right into a multi million dollar payoff minutes after his release from prison perhaps?..
What a role model..I couldn't think of anyone better on the planet who deserves millions and millions of dollars for the privilege of playing a boys game for a living than this POS.
