Navy SEAL Found Not Guilty of Assaulting a Suspected Terrorist

A Virginia military jury found a Navy SEAL not guilty Thursday on all charges he punched an Iraqi suspected in the 2004 killings of four U.S. contractors in Fallujah.

"I'm really happy right now," Matthew McCabe, the Navy SEAL, told Fox News shortly after hearing the outcome of the court martial. "It's an amazing feeling. I'm on cloud nine right now.""

McCabe, a special operations petty officer second class, called the proceedings "troubling at times," adding "having your career on the line is not an easy thing to handle.

McCabe was the third and final Navy SEAL to be prosecuted in the case. He had faced charges of assault, making a false official statement and dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee. Now it's time for whomever brought these bogus PC bs charges to be court-martialed along with the same who brought erroneous charges against the innocent Haditha soldiers, probably as innocent as their contractor brethren at Blackwater the left has had a field day destroying.

Charges solely based on lies from Iraqi's and a rogue soldier who obviously had it in for these three men now entirely exonerated without prejudice.

Liberals Have Blood On Hands as Arizona deputy shot by illegal immigrants Friday Night!!

How sick sad and apropos this would happen just this weekend as another freaking illegal kills another American law enforcement man.

My Way News : "PHOENIX (AP) - A veteran sheriff's deputy was shot and wounded Friday after encountering a group of suspected illegal immigrants who apparently had been hauling bales of marijuana along a major smuggling corridor in the Arizona desert - a violent episode that comes amid a heated national debate over immigration.

State and federal law enforcement agencies deployed helicopters and scores of officers in pursuit of the suspects after the deputy was shot with an AK-47 on Friday afternoon, and the search continued into the night. Deputy Louie Puroll, 53, had a chunk of skin torn from just above his left kidney, but the wound was not serious. He was released Friday night from Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.

The shooting was likely to add fuel to an already fiery national debate sparked last week by the signing of an Arizona law aimed at cracking down on illegal immigration in the state.

Puroll was found in the desert after a frantic hourlong search, suffering from a gunshot wound, Pinal County sheriff's Lt. Tamatha Villar said. The 15-year department veteran had been performing smuggling interdiction work before finding the bales of marijuana and encountering the five suspected illegal immigrants, two armed with rifles.

'He was out on his routine daily patrol in the area when he encountered a load of marijuana out in the desert. He obviously confronted the individuals and took fire,' Villar told The Associated Press. 'I was speaking with him just a bit ago, and he's doing fantastic.'

The deputy was alone about five miles from a rest stop along Interstate 8, about halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. The area is a well-known smuggling corridor for drugs and illegal immigrants headed from Mexico to Phoenix and the U.S. interior."

Back up the buses for these damn illegals and let's round them up since they can't even comply with the demands of a cop they'll kill most unarmed Americans just as soon as piss on them, and they do at about the rate of 5-600 murders a year across America.

Freaking smugglers, boy it's a good thing the deputy sheriff didn't shoot the fleeing felon in the ass, or he'd be in jail like wrongly imprisoned border hero's and agents Ramos and Compean, who Bush and his buddy Johnny Sutton,  the former U.S. attorney who prosecuted the agents and defended the case, used criminal testimony bought and paid for by the US government  to prosecute their own damn agents.

Bush's biggest and most glaring mistake in 2 terms that will never be forgotten by true Patriots which ultimately led to their sentence commutation and Sutton's resignation, so were right about that all along as well.

Another interesting point is that Pot has now  been made practically legal in 14 states, and yet trafficking is at an all time high (just like more Americans than ever thanks to those laws), and their predictions of eliminating the black market look like bullshit too. I sit here each day and I think how many Americans are sitting around with a bong or joint in their hands all day claiming it's medicine. It's just a funny picture to this MS patient.

So just like the Iraq war and it's companion war against MUSLIM terrorism,  the liberals again have chosen the side of the enemy, this time on our own soil, and this deputy's blood is on their hands.

As will every killing, kidnapping and rape from heretofore, since it is they who collectively are against the arresting and deportation of illegal aliens and that means ILLEGALS of all races, creeds and religions. No papers no dice.

Furthermore, any republicans opposing the Arizona law are dangerous and need to be reconsidered at this juncture as that's a RINO position,  and that goes for the new loverboy of the right, Marco Rubio, who's come out pretty publicly, also mis characterizing the law as much as the left has which was pointed out by Ann Coulter tonight.

Which is terribly disappointing .... but I predicated it here a couple weeks ago on this blog strangely enough.

By the way, El Goober Mayor Philip Gordon, who is the idiot, bleeding heart Hispanic mayor of Phoenix is near the top of the the "dumbest assed politician heap" I've ever seen in my entire adult life,  and the interviews he's given on Fox news show he doesn't give a damn about anyone who isn't Mexican. All his solutions and worries are for how this effects the illegal aliens, not his non Hispanic constituents, ones that aren't even Americans he puts above us.

One day he's suing the next day he isn't,  and then he is again. Duh.

And he should be run out of office for allegiances to Mexico shouldn't he? Harry Reid punts on ILLEGAL immigration - (We'll see how long)

Politico left out "ILLEGAL" so I added it to the headline for them.....

First off lets take note of the most well known and powerful undocumented ILLEGAL alien who sits high on the hog usurping the office of the presidency, none other than Chairman MaoBama himself. 

We can't talk about illegal aliens without putting him at the top of the list from now on. Perhaps this is why he is so anxious to placate the illegal lobby, so that's one less charge when the dominoes finally fall.

Keep the heat on these people in DC as I don't give a damn the "Immigration Lobby" wants a bill crafted by "the end of the month"  because we've wanted the illegals deported since we discovered their coming over the border like a foreign army.

One that's allowed to pour over the borders with hardly any pushback, aside from the "whack an Illegal" game our border patrol agents are forced to play down on the border by the lackadaisical feds who care more about placating big business and food growers than Americans. (that is when they're not arresting the agents for shooting drug runners in the ass..Ramos Compean)

At least in 7 months we know this left wing Illegal alien loving group (not that Jorge Bush was any better)  is finished in politics, and the next one we bring in with more scrutiny than ever had better start listening to US instead of these "below the border, pain in the ass, high paid, Illegal alien lobbyists trying to con Washington into rewarding them all for what?

Reid told thousands of activists during a rally in Las Vegas over the weekend that the Senate would act on immigration reform “now,” raising expectations among his Latino base that Congress would suddenly take up the politically charged issue.

But asked about the bill’s status Tuesday, Reid backed away from the pledge to act on it immediately.

“We have a lot of work to do,” Reid said. “We won't get to immigration reform this work period. We won't get to the Supreme Court justice this weekend. We have lots of things to do and I've spent most of the caucus today [discussing with my members] the things we have to do and how we're going to do them.”"  continued

This below is a letter, form letter of coarse that the lazy RNC hasn't even bothered to change mind you since 2006 and probably long before. I was so angered upon receiving the most recent fundraising request letter from the Republican National Committee, this particular one signed by you, that I have decided to reply.

You may be asking yourself what is it that upset me so much? Well, imagine my surprise when I open up the envelope from the RNC and read the very first paragraph which stated:

I don’t want to believe you’ve abandoned the Republican Party, but I have to ask… Have you given up?

Quite frankly I was insulted, because it is myself who has been asking the same question of the Republican Party… Has it given up?

No, it is not I who have abandoned the Republican Party, but it is the GOP who sadly has abandoned myself and many other Conservatives like me.

This week a man we all knew was what is referred to as a RINO finally came out of the closet like so many other liberal so-called American's, a man who most of the Republicans on Capital Hill called one of their best friends and a positive for the conservative cause!

This is the face of the Republican Party?

In the past ten years the Republican Party has slid more and more to the left, to such a point that except for only a handful of issues it is extremely difficult to tell the difference between a Republican and a Democrat these days.

Thanks to so-called Republicans we have seen:

• The Federal budget as well as the Federal Government in general balloon to proportions so gigantic in just three short months under the direction of the most liberal president in name only who by the way is unconstitutionally serving in office due to the fact that this man refuses to respond to America's call to provide a legitimate birth certificate. Something that went unchallenged by the present crop of Republicans which alone caused me to surrended my RNC credentials.

• Two brave Border Patrol Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean spent an inhumane amount of time being falsely incarcerated under the Bush administration and yet only a small handful of spineless congress bothered to do anything about that abomination until we citizens spent hundreds of thousands of dollars petitioning their release which of coarse finally came just this past month.
  
  Instead of receiving praise for a job well done received jail sentences while the scumbag, drug trafficking, illegal they took down receives deals from federal prosecutors.

I’m sorry, but I cannot reward Republican Party for its bad behavior by giving it my hard earned money.

Maybe if the RNC decides to:

• Fight to seal our nations borders nice and tight,
• Round-up, arrest and deport law breaking illegal immigrants.
• Apply heavy handed punishments to companies and individuals who support and employee illegals,
• Stand up to Al Gore and the lunatic global warming zealots,
• Make a commitment, to start tapping into our Nations crude oil deposits and drill in places like ANWR
• Make a commitment to building new refineries here in America.
• Make a commitment to ending all pork barrel spending,
• Make a commitment and a true effort to DECREASE the size of the Federal Government
• Make a commitment to decreasing taxes and simplifying the tax code,
• Make a true commitment to standing by the time honored and true Conservative principles of Liberty, Personal Freedom and Individual Responsibility.

I might consider parting with my money, but not until I see the GOP as a whole abandon its decade long swing to the left, and realign itself as a true Conservative Party, and not until I see the GOP apologize and make amends to Conservatives like myself whom it has abandoned.

Ramos, Compean freed from prison, With Bush Gone Time To Prosecute Johnny Sutton

Great to see Ramos and Compean moved to a halfway house towards release in March after a year and a half of solitary confinement and illegal incarceration caused by an illegal prosecution led by a rogue and out of control federal prosecutor.

The person that needs to now be behind bars is the prosecutor, Johnny Sutton, and the scum drug runner and dealer that caused the entire incident in the first place.

Incredibly I just heard the wife of one of the gentleman in the background here on Glenn Beck's show and their lawyer indicating that her husband incredibly wants to return back to serving and protecting with the border control. That's certainly an attitude that I would not possess after being screwed so severely and thoroughly as these two men were. In fact I'd be readying a multi million dollar civil rights lawsuit and they would and should win never having to work again.

Good for him and men and women like him who work to keep us safe while the government works to do just the opposite

Ramos, Compean freed from prison:

WND "Convicted former Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean were released from federal prison this morning and are en route to join their families in El Paso, Texas.

Characterizing Ramos and Compean's incarceration as a 'political prosecution,' Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, called for a congressional investigation into alleged prosecutorial misconduct by El Paso U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton under the direction of Bush administration Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.

Poe also called for an investigation into the alleged role of the Mexican government in demanding that Ramos and Compean be prosecuted.

'As soon as President Bush commuted Ramos and Compean's sentences, the Mexican government registered a large protest,' Poe noted.

'In their protest, the Mexican government admitted their involvement in the case without specifying what their involvement was,' he added.

Congressmen lobbied for agents at 11th hour:

WorldNetDaily: "Members of Congress on both sides of the aisle lobbied White House counsel and President Bush personally on behalf of border agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean in a series phone calls and face-to-face conversations that continued through the 11th hour of the administration, WND has learned.

A key meeting in the lobbying effort leading up to President Bush's decision to commute the sentences was an hour-long phone conversation Jan. 9 orchestrated by Rep Steve King, R-Iowa.

The conference call included Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, who was recruited by King because of his extensive career as a judge and prosecutor in Texas.

Participating for the White House were Kenneth Lee, legal counsel assigned to review recommendations from the Department of Justice Pardon Attorney, and Jeff Lungren, special assistant to the president.

Ramos and Compean have been in solitary confinement in federal prison since Jan. 17, 2007, serving 11 and 12 years respectively for a 2005 incident in Fabens, Texas, during in which they fired on a drug smuggler as he fled back into Mexico after bringing 750 pounds of marijuana into the U.S. near Fabens, Texas.

King and Poe argued the mandatory minimum 10-year sentence Ramos and Compean were given under U.S. Code Section 924 (c) was severe.

WND has learned a key final-hours strategy coordinated by many of Ramos and Compean's congressional supporters was to defuse attacks on Johnny Sutton, the El Paso U.S. Attorney whose office conducted the prosecution. The lawmakers, instead, focused attention instead on the unfair nature of the 10-year mandatory minimum sentence.

Last week, 31 of the 34 current members of the Texas congressional delegation, including both senators, sent a letter to President Bush asking for him to commute the prison sentences.

As WND reported last week, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., issued a press statement detailing several statements in which Sutton himself expressed concerns that the 10-year mandatory minimum sentence was severe. The trial prosecutor in Sutton's office, Debra Kanof, decided to charge Ramos and Compean under 924 (c) after the agents rejected her plea bargaining offers.

Sutton served as the criminal justice policy director for then-Texas Gov. George W. Bush from 1995 to 2000.

There IS A GOD!! Ramos And Compean Sentences Commuted Thanks To Conservative Pressures Put On Bush

I am so elated to see this happening that I have personally penned a thank you letter to George W Bush Who I was contemplating abandoning as a result of his inaction on the case of these two honorable Border guards who deserve a Hero Parade when they are released. I have donated funds through Grassfire and WorldNet Daily since day one and it's money that was the best spent I've ever put out.The Best!!!

I've dedicated 31 posts to this subject since the agents were arrested straight through last week which can all be seen and read here.

My latest donation resulted in these ribbons being sent to which I was getting ready to install in the corner of this blog, and was to hopefully encourage others to do so as well, like the Israeli support ribbons we all see on the right wing blogs that this blog used to carry until the script no longer functioned with this present banner I've been using. Thank goodness I can sh**can that idea, and again thank God above that Bush heard our prayers, and may these poor men and their families libve happily ever after in spite of this malpractice of Justice by Prosecutor Johnny Sutton, a Bush appointee and rogue prosecutor who should be imprisoned himself for this rogue illegal prosecution.

Bush commutes sentences of former US border agents:

"WASHINGTON (AP) - In his final acts of clemency, President George W. Bush on Monday commuted the prison sentences of two former U.S. Border Patrol agents whose convictions for shooting a Mexican drug dealer ignited fierce debate about illegal immigration.

Bush's decision to commute the sentences of Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean, who tried to cover up the shooting, was welcomed by both Republican and Democratic members of Congress. They had long argued that the agents were merely doing their jobs, defending the American border against criminals. They also maintained that the more than 10-year prison sentences the pair was given were too harsh.

Rancor over their convictions, sentencing and firings has simmered ever since the shooting occurred in 2005.

Ramos and Compean became a rallying point among conservatives and on talk shows where their supporters called them heroes. Nearly the entire bipartisan congressional delegation from Texas and other lawmakers from both sides of the political aisle pleaded with Bush to grant them clemency.

Bush Really Screws Ramos & Compean & Their Families For Protecting Us Too Well

This is president Bush's most boneheaded move of his entire presidency and I am simply absolutely disgusted with this development of leaving these two agents off his pardon list that includes scum far beyond the level and magnitude of what these fine agents were charged with.

In a normal thinking society these men would be receiving medals of valor instead of prosecution and prison for what they did, shooting a Mexican piece of human garbage in the ass who was fleeing, hence resisting arrest after being caught smuggling 700 lbs of dope across our southern border.

As I've maintained all along here on this blog should Bush take this course of action, I will no longer show public support for this president against the endless army and onslaught from the mentally deranged loons on the left, something I've done religiously since the inception of this blog as well as working and contributing on and to both his successful runs for president.

Leaving these men in prison for 11-12 years for a law not intended to be used against law enforcement personnel in the first place is an abomination and definitely meets the criteria of cruel and unusual punishment, and is entirely unforgivable, period.

If I were a drug enforcement agent or particularly a border agent today I would tender my resignation as I would not put my life on the line for a country and government that protects filthy foreign scum like they've done in this case over it's own heroic agents. No way Jose, It's not worth it and I truly hope that agents do leave in droves to protest this action and inaction by Bush to correct this disgraceful and overzealous prosecution.

Bush springs drug dealers, leaves border agents to rot:

WorldNetDaily President George W. Bush today added a convicted methamphetamine dealer, a cocaine distributor and two marijuana suppliers to the list of drug operators he's pardoned while in office, bringing his total of drug suppliers who have been pardoned or had their sentences commuted to 36.

He's also pardoned more than a dozen thieves, seven embezzlers, an arsonist, several mail thieves, a man who violated the Neutrality Act and eight Thanksgiving turkeys, but there's been no clemency for U.S. Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean, who were convicted of shooting at a fleeing drug smuggler.

Andy Ramirez, of Friends of the Border Patrol, long has been involved in the Ramos-Compean case, and said the questions just start piling up.

"First and foremost is the question that has to be asked, 'Why is the president dug in so deep' on Ramos and Compean?" Ramirez said. "Look at how many members of Congress have sent him letters, and have held hearings.

"You really have got to start to wonder … does this doper (in the Ramos-Compean case) lead to somebody really big?" he said.

Joe Loya, the father-in-law for Ramos, said he, his daughter and grandchildren were "devastated" by word that Ramos and Compean had been denied clemency on the latest list of presidential actions.

"We were praying for a miracle. We just don't understand where the connection is when drug smugglers are getting pardons and commuted sentences, yet two agents who are not criminals, who were just doing their jobs, are in isolation," he told WND by telephone as he traveled to visit his son-in-law in jail on Christmas Eve.

"George Bush could redeem himself," he continued. "Ninety-five percent of our support is coming from Republicans. He certainly has nothing to lose.

Bush Still Sticks It To Ramos & Compean

I've stood beside Bush on many of his most unpopular decisions mostly involving the military, the war against on or whatever they call it this week terror, but his complicity in the continued imprisonment of Border Agents Ramos and Compean are beyond the pale. His undying love for illegal aliens has always ruffled my feathers and were I a member of the Border Patrol I would hang up my guns and tell the government to take the job shove it up Bush's ass.

How Bush himself has been such an impediment to the stopping of illegals flooding the country moving it towards third world nation status for a decade now will be the most harmful of things that Bush has done to this country while in office, and the treatment of these border agents was just icing on top of that cake adding insult to injury. And to think he was supposed to a conservative. Just imagine what the country now faces on this front with an illegal alien of Kenyan descent now soon moving in to the white house it appears, that is unless the Supreme Court steps in on December 5th and puts the kibash on Obama's theft of the presidency thanks to the support 0f 51% of Americans who never bothered to ask for him to provide a birth certificate during the entire campaign, idiots they are.

God help us all along with Ramos and Compean, men who still have one more chance it's believed for Bush to correct this travesty of justice by his homeboy Johnny Sutton who prosecuted these men with the word of a convicted drug smuggler brought over the border for the prosecution as one of his last acts as president. Here better damn well correct it or his legacy will be that much further damaged than it already is.

What scum on both sides in this and the only good and true Americans involved in the whole damn case are behind bars.

Ex-El Paso Border Patrol agents' sentences not commuted by Bush

- El Paso Times: "WASHINGTON - President George W. Bush has granted pardons to 14 individuals and commuted the prison sentences of two others, The Associated Press learned Monday.

Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean, the two former Border Patrol agents who were found guilty of discharging a firearm during the act of a crime, an offense that includes a mandatory 10-year sentence, were not on the list.

'We keep praying. We got millions of supporters all over the nation,' Ramos' father-in-law, Joe Loya, said in an El Paso Times interview Monday. Loya said there could be more pardons issued by President Bush before Christmas.

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans ordered Ramos and Compean to be resentenced after the appeals court dropped a tampering-with-evidence conviction. The dropped conviction did not change their overall sentence.

The new round of White House pardons are Bush's first since March and come less than two months before he will end his presidency. The crimes committed by those on the list include drug offenses, income tax evasion, bank embezzlement and violation of the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.

Bush has been stingy during his time in office about handing out such reprieves.

Including these actions, he has granted a total of 171 and eight commutations.

Ramos And Compean Nightmare Still Continues

What's happened to these border agents has now crept into the inhumane and absolute travesty of justice unmatched in our history in the despicable treatment of these fine officers of the law and protectors of the borders.

After mountains of appeals to lawmakers from the public supporting agents Ramos and Compean, all pleas have gone ignored or denied, even by the president we've all supported through thick and thin all these years. In his case we all must admit it's been mostly on the thin side and as far as his border policies for the eight years he has been president are concerned he should be impeached for extreme dereliction of duty as commander in chief at this point.

President Bush let us all down in countless ways and although he's stuck to his guns and principles as far as the war on terror goes he's been truly AWOL on the border issue and in many cases appears to care more about the plight of illegal Mexicans than Americans.

All we can do right now is keep pounding on our desks sending emails faxes and scathing rebukes to all involved in this tragedy, so if you please here's another petition on behalf of the agents and their struggling families for justice, please take the time to at least the petition and if at all feasible send the poror families some help or let them know we're out here as committed and grateful Americans trying our tails off to secure the release of these two husbands and fathers.

Hopefully This Agent Doesn't End Up In Jail Like Ramos and Compean

Having shot a Mexican chucking rocks over the border at agents , I'm sure the Mexicans and some whiny liberal association will be protesting this action for sure.......On the other hand it'll put an end to the rock throwing at least for now, that's for sure.

Nowadays protecting the border can be a dangerous proposition as we know, especially when one does their job too good like agents Ramos and Compean did, who are still rotting away in a US jail for shooting a fleeing drug dealer in the a** who later worked in cahoots with a  crooked di**less US prosecuter only to later end up in jail himself for continuing his drug running acrioss the US Border.

This has been the biggest disgrace of the Bush  and his administration, letting these agents sit in jail for this, an absolute disgrace. And if he doesn't pardon them before his term is up this should be a mark on his legacy that should bever be removed.

 Border Patrol agent wounds man near Mexican border:

My Way News -  "SAN YSIDRO, Calif. (AP) - Authorities say a U.S. Border Patrol agent shot and wounded a man throwing rocks at agents near the U.S.-Mexico border in the San Diego area.

San Diego police Sgt. Kerry Tom says a group who had crossed to the U.S. side threw rocks at agents Tuesday night. Tom says the agents tried unsuccessfully to disperse the crowd by firing pepper balls.

One man was hit and fled into Mexico. He was found at a hospital and arrested by Mexican authorities. Details on his condition were not available.

A message left with a Border Patrol spokesman Wednesday morning was not returned."

One Less Reason To Support Mike Huckleberry For President?

Yesterday I blogged about a story appearing in the Washington Times that indicated that Mike Huckleberry had made it known to Jim Gilchrist of Minuteman Fame announcing that he would make his first order of business as a newly elected president scrapping the ridiculous anchor baby amendment to the constitution. The one that single handedly gives all illegals a major incentive to make a run for the border and get pregnant as quickly as possible upon doing so.

It now appears that Huckleberry is denying that he made such a statement, even after Gilchrist went to great lengths to make sure he didn't misquote or misrepresent what the Huckster was telling him because he like I and many others couldn't believe that Huckleberry would want to piss off the illegal voting block by making such a statement.

And sure enough, he is doing a major backstroke on that statement and hanging Gilchrist out to dry covering his own ass like a good duplicitous politician must do when they promise something they can't deliver and might cost them some votes from the newly coveted "Taco Bell Make A Run For The Border" constituency.

But Huckabee denied it.

Gov. Mike Huckabee issued a statement today denying a report that he wants to amend the Constitution to prevent children born in the U.S. to illegal aliens from automatically becoming American citizens.

The Time said Gilchrist also received a promise from Huckabee that his first act as president would be to pardon imprisoned Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean, who are serving 11- and 12-year sentences for shooting a fleeing drug smuggler at the Mexican border.

Gilchrist said Huckabee explained his positions in a half-hour conversation last week while campaigning in Iowa.

"I read back my notes to him twice, and I told him I did not want to put words in his mouth," Gilchrist told the Times. "The guy looked me right in the eye." continued

Politicians are very good at that, particularly those Arkansas Governors it appears. After all, who could forget Slick Willie wagging his finger as he looked America straight in the eye and said, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms Lewinsky"....

I truly hope that everyone wakes up to the Huckleberry phenomenon that is a left wing media creation and is the Democrats wet dream for the republican nominee I'm sorry to say. You know if the media is behind him something is wrong, terribly wrong.

Now Here's A Great Idea, But.....

I'm not quite certain I want to elect the guy just to see this constitutional amendment re amended, but if he manages to make it to the nomination I'll be pulling the lever for ol' Huckleberry.

He also has a good stand on the Ramos_Campean situation, promising to make a pardon of them his first act as president, but let's all hope and pray they don't have to wait that long to get out of jail after being railroaded in there in the first place. This is president Bush's most glaring failure as president next to his love for illegals letting this unconstitutional conviction continue to stand this long .

The former Arkansas governor thinks the case against U.S. Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean was railroaded, Mr. Gilchrist said. Ramos and Compean are serving lengthy prison sentences for shooting a fleeing drug-smuggling suspect in the buttocks.

"I would make it my first act as president to pardon agents Ramos and Compean," Mr. Gilchrist said Mr. Huckabee told him. "I regret that they have spent yet another Christmas locked up in a windowless cell like animals and unable to be free and with their families."

Mr. Gilchrist, who campaigned with Mr. Huckabee in Iowa last week, said Mr. Huckabee explained his positions in a half-hour conversation on the campaign trail.

U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton Next Behind Bars?

After the light fully shines on the bogus arrests and subsequent prosecutions of U.S. Border agents Ramos and Compean, Bush's little buddy Sutton should do time himself in a federal prison as a marked man living in solitary to protect him from the general population, just as these innocent border agents have done throughout 2007 thanks to his malicious prosecution.

The case was rigged from the start for the jury to come to a predetermined conclusion using the testimony of Mexican drug dealers like the piece of dirt pictured below Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila, who's third arrest smuggling drugs into the US should take down Sutton for good and free the 2 agents by Thanksgiving.

If Bush doesn't pardon these men immediately in light of this new revelation, and I say this as a very ardent supporter of most of his policies, he too should be charged with dereliction of his duties and be impeached immediately as Dana Rorbacher called for early on in this affair.

Two Border Agents Imprisoned on The Word Of This Slime

That would be our US Border Agents Ramos and Compean and Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila, a man just arrested who was actually and incredulously used as credible witness by a US Attorney supposedly looking for the truth to imprison those fine upstanding guards for shooting a fleeing Mexican illegal in the a** while he made a run for the border attempting to bring across a load of drugs...... marijuana to be more precise.

Wrongly Accused Olympic Bomber Found Dead

That would be the infamous Richard Jewell who was wrongfully accused by the government we all remember for the Atlanta olympic bombing in 1996 later to have been determined done by totally wacky right wing extreme extremist Eric Rudolph.

They say diabetes may have contributed to the death, but lets wonder how much the stress of what he went through at the hands of over zealous federal prosecutors did to the poor man's health. The same type of Johnny Sutton type prosecutors putting our US border agents Ramos and Compean through a similar ordeal.

He was only 44 years old.

Richard Jewell dies

ajc.com: "Richard Jewell, the Centennial Olympic Park security guard once suspected — but later cleared — in the bombing of the park during the 1996 Summer Games, was found dead Wednesday in his home in Meriwether County. He was 44. County coroner Johnny Worley said Jewell's wife discovered him dead in their Woodbury home at about 10:30 a.m., and he was pronounced dead by Worley about 45 minutes later."

Worley said an autopsy would be performed by the GBI to determine how Jewell died, but added there was "no suspicion of foul play.

"He had been having some pretty serious medical problems," Worley said.

He said Jewell had been diagnosed with diabetes in February and had a couple of toes amputated.

"He had been going downhill ever since," Worley said.

Jewell returned to his job as a deputy with the Meriwether County Sheriff's Office over the summer, "but only for a couple of days," according to Worley.

Jewell was initially lauded as a hero after a bomb went off at the July 27, 1996, Olympic celebration. He called attention to the suspicious knapsack that held a bomb and helped evacuate the area.

But days later he became the FBI's chief suspect, as The AJC and other media outlets reported.

The FBI later cleared Jewell of any wrongdoing. He was never charged with a crime.

Eric Robert Rudolph pleaded guilty to the bombing in 2005 and is serving life in prison for it and other attacks.

After he was cleared, Jewell sued the Journal-Constitution and other media outlets for libel, arguing that their reports defamed him. Several news organizations settled, including NBC and CNN.

Tom Tancredo Campaign Email Update

Aside from his dark horse run for the presidency, which sadly for America has almost no chance making it (except with the small groups of real conservatives that are aware of his record and stances on nearly everything that coincide with the way America should be but isn't), he is working very hard on two very important problems most other politico's are avoiding at all costs right now.

Those being that he's been all over this administration on illegal immigration from the very start, not when politically expedient like most of the others, and number two is the Ramos & Compean border agent situation as well. It looks as though his most recent effort may be nearly guaranteeing their eventual release thus protecting the people that protect us when the rest of the government seemingly is doing everything they possibly can do not to.
