Congressman Plans to File Complaint Against Anti-Obama Doctor

Here' s what happens to a Doctor who doesn't put on his knee high jack boots and goosestep along with the ObamaCare Mandatory participation or else "free health care" who we blogged about the other day who has the nerve to tell people who voted for Obama that he would prefer they go somewhere else for their so called "free health care".

And frankly, Hippocratic oath or no oath Dr's should be able to see whoever the hell they wanna see, and they do in the sense that they turn away Medicaid pt's and so would I, so why not people who weren't smart enough to tell the man they were voting for and elected president was a freaking off the charts black liberation Marxist?

There's no law against discriminating against people because of their political persuasion, and frankly it's their own fault and there's about 100,000 other Dr's they can go to besides him. So I'd tell Congress to go to hell.

Congressman Plans to File Complaint Against Anti-Obama Doctor:

FOXNews.com -"An outspoken U.S. congressman is planning to file a complaint against the central Florida urologist who posted a sign on his office door warning supporters of President Obama to find a different doctor.

A spokesman for Rep. Alan Grayson, who angered Republicans last year when he said they wanted sick Americans to 'die quickly,' told FoxNews.com that Florida Democrat is helping a constituent who was affected by the sign to file a complaint next week with the proper authorities. Grayson will also file additional complaints with all relevant boards or agencies, Grayson spokesman Todd Jurkowski said.

The notice on Dr. Jack Cassell's Mount Dora practice says, 'If you voted for Obama, seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years.'

Cassell told Fox News on Friday he wasn't refusing care to patients but wanted to educate them on how the new health care law would affect them  continued

My Way News -"WASHINGTON (AP) - Buyers, beware: President Barack Obama says his health care overhaul will lower premiums by double digits, but check the fine print.

Premiums are likely to keep going up even if the health care bill passes, experts say. If cost controls work as advertised, annual increases would level off with time. But don't look for a rollback. Instead, the main reason premiums would be more affordable is that new government tax credits would help cover the cost for millions of people.

Listening to Obama pitch his plan, you might not realize that's how it works.

Visiting a Cleveland suburb this week, the president described how individuals and small businesses will be able to buy coverage in a new kind of health insurance marketplace, gaining the same strength in numbers that federal employees have.

'You'll be able to buy in, or a small business will be able to buy into this pool,' Obama said. 'And that will lower rates, it's estimated, by up to 14 to 20 percent over what you're currently getting. That's money out of pocket.'

And that's not all.

Obama asked his audience for a show of hands from people with employer-provided coverage, what most Americans have.

'Your employer, it's estimated, would see premiums fall by as much as 3,000 percent,' said the president, 'which means they could give you a raise.'

A White House press spokesman later said the president misspoke; he had meant to say annual premiums would drop by $3,000.

It could be a long wait.

'There's no question premiums are still going to keep going up,' said Larry Levitt of the Kaiser Family Foundation, a research clearinghouse on the health care system. 'There are pieces of reform that will hopefully keep them from going up as fast. But it would be miraculous if premiums actually went down relative to where they are today.'

The statistics Obama based his claims on come from two sources. In both cases, the caveats got left out."

Well as they say "Caveat Emptor" which means "buyer beware", and in this case the buyers were the American people, and what was being sold was a "bill of goods" now named Barack Hussein Obama, who's the first Muslim born president and the first to have a number of aliases.

That alone among about 10,000 other reasons known before and now after the elections was reason enough to be skeptical of his abilities to run a 350 million person filled country effectively, regardless of what was on paper about his many academic accomplishments.

Now the "Bill of Goods - Affirmative Action" President is still selling America this bill of goods, known the world 'round today as ObamaCare. And in this morning's news surprisingly from AP just verifies what we conservatives have been arguing all along.

It will cause premiums to rise for those of us already insured instead of his bald faced lie that it would decrease them in double and even yesterday triple digits, something of which I reamed in this post here.So it looks as if Americans even in the year 2010 are still convinced even though they know better that there's a free lunch waiting for them courtesy Barack Hussein Obama.

Here's what he said that was either incredibly stupid, a misread or typed number on TOTUS, which we know Obama never leaves home without nor ever speaks his own words,  or just another flat out lie, which are all equal possibilities with this guy. In fact he's one of the few people who can do and be all those at once:

So he lies about that too, because health insurance IS available for citizens who can't get it as the link above just proved. It just costs up the ying yang to get it, like everything else in America today worth a damn.

And the only reason for that is lawsuits against doctors filed by people like Obama himself and his POS buddy John "Scum of the earth" Edwards. 

Tort reform and deportation of all illegal aliens solves all the problems in the medical field overnight,  and everyone on earth who doesn't swig Obama's poison KoolAid knows it.

Is it that most of them don't care because most don't work for a living outside of working for the government or so called "education" or not at all? Seems that way to me, because any taxpayer sees the blood on the floor and it's dripping from their elected leader's hands because just shy of the majority didn't vote for this shit and we're getting more than angry..

But critics by Sunday were heavily questioning Nelson's motivations, given that the abortion restrictions he sought and won did not satisfy several major anti-abortion lawmakers and groups and that it took a major federal payoff to his state to seal the deal.

Critics were calling it the "cornhusker kickback" and the "Nebraska windfall," lobbing accusations of political deal-making at Nelson.

"It's pretty obvious that votes have been bought," Sen. Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., said.  continued

President Obama told ABC News’ Charles Gibson in an interview that if Congress does not pass health care legislation that will bring down costs, the federal government “will go bankrupt.”

The president laid out a dire scenario of what will happen if his health care reform effort fails."“If we don't pass it, here's the guarantee….your premiums will go up, your employers are going to load up more costs on you,” he said. “Potentially they're going to drop your coverage, because they just can't afford an increase of 25 percent, 30 percent in terms of the costs of providing health care to employees each and every year. “

The president said that the costs of Medicare and Medicaid are on an “unsustainable” trajectory and if there is no action taken to bring them down, “the federal government will go bankrupt.”

“This actually provides us the best chance of starting to bend the cost curve on the government expenditures in Medicare and Medicaid,” Obama said.  continued

He spews all that obvious bs, and yet expects Americans to believe he's serious when his trial lawyer buddies aren't being included in the mix, when in fact anyone who follows news can tell you the only 2 reasons health costs are out of control are these:

(A) TORT REFORM.. out of control lawsuits which in turn mean out of control doctor insurance premiums, particularly for specialists.

(B) And number two which isn't far behind number one is the Illegal Aliens sucking up ALL OUR resources intended for born and bred English speaking and American custom practicing legal citizens.

That's it, nothing more needs to be addressed, and that's why American's have abandoned this false flag health care issue.  As it's nothing more than a tool to redistribute the wealth of middle America and our top earners in order to foot the bills with no strings attached for the often lazy, uneducated and poor, caused simply and for the most part these reasons only....

Rasmussen Reports ObamaLosiCare Bottoming Out At 34% "For It"..(Basically Congress)

Health Care Reform - Rasmussen Reports™:

"Just 38% of voters now favor the health care plan proposed by President Obama and congressional Democrats. That’s the lowest level of support measured for the plan in nearly two dozen tracking polls conducted since June.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 56% now oppose the plan.

Half the survey was conducted before the Senate voted late Saturday to begin debate on its version of the legislation. Support for the plan was slightly lower in the half of the survey conducted after the Senate vote.

Prior to this, support for the plan had never fallen below 41%. Last week, support for the plan was at 47%. Two weeks ago, the effort was supported by 45% of voters.

Intensity remains stronger among those who oppose the push to change the nation’s health care system: 21% Strongly Favor the plan while 43% are Strongly Opposed.

Rasmussen Reports is continuing to track public opinion on the health care plan on a weekly basis. Next week’s Monday morning update will give an indication of whether these numbers reflect a trend of growing opposition or are merely statistical noise."

You may just want insurance to cover you in case you get hit with some big-time medical problem, but many state laws will not allow an insurance company to sell you 'major medical' coverage without all the add-ons that politicians and special interests have come up with.' Does a single mother struggling to make ends meet, yet wanting to protect the well being of her children, really need to pay for baldness coverage (pun intended) in her health plan?" continued

"The US Senate will vote today on whether or not to allow floor debate on the 2,074 page health care reform legislation that has been crafted behind closed doors and without any opposition support.

A few notes from the bill:"

1. The word "tax" is used 183 times.

2. The new taxes take effect in January 2010, but the benefits will not begin until 2013, conveniently following the 2012 election.

3. Senator Landrieu (D-LA) secured $100,000,000 in funding for her state to be included in the bill. Landrieu has said for more than a week that she was undecided on her vote but yesterday mentioned to the AP that she may be leaning toward progressing the bill toward debate. continued

My Yahoo!: WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama made a last-minute personal appeal to Democrats to pass landmark health care legislation Saturday as the House opened debate on a bill to expand coverage to millions of the uninsured.

Emerging from a closed-door meeting with the president, Speaker Nancy Pelosi predicted passage of the bill later in the day, adding, "We will pass health care reform."

"He came here to say, `This is what we said we would do in the campaign. Let's do it,'" Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said after the meeting

Obama made his trip to the Capitol complex as abortion rights lawmakers voiced anger at a last-minute concession granted to foes of the procedure, who were given a vote on their proposal for stronger restrictions on abortion coverage.

"There is a risk" that some in the Pro-Choice Caucus would vote against the legislation if the stricter curbs are adopted, said Rep. Diana DeGette, D-Colo.

The bill would cost $1.2 trillion over the next decade. It would provide health coverage to tens of millions of Americans who don't have it now, require most employers to offer it to their workers and prohibit insurance companies from denying coverage based on a person's medical history.

"The status quo is unaffordable and unsustainable. Health care reform benefits all of us," said Rep. Allyson Schwartz, D-Pa., as debate opened on the House floor.

House passage of the bill is crucial if Obama is to accomplish his top domestic priorty and fulfill the biggest promise of his campaign last year. But the legilation still faces multiple hurdles and a Senate vote on it might not occur until next year.

That way,  when it collapses the economy among other unintended consequences of  this screwed up attempt at buying votes in exchange for free health care for mostly people who don't need it ....(taking it from those who already do, and I know because I'm one of them) the conservatives can remain free from voter's ire on both sides when they shut it down eventually do to it's astronomical costs and fraud.

Study: Amtrak loss comes to $32 per passenger, And They Wanna Handle Health Care??!!!!

Just look at Amtrak for the reason why we should keep them as far away from our Health Care as we cam can manage as we know anything the government runs ends up in the red.

And just who is it that ALWAYS gets the bill for these gargantuan mistakes with our money?  Well, In Amtrak's case it's you and me to the tune of about $32 freaking dollars for EVERY  SINGLE PASSENGER that rides the rail daily which includes the Vice President before he became the Vice President ...EVERY SINGLE ONE we subsidize up their trip again chipping in close to $32 per passenger!!

FOUR TIMES THEIR ESTIMATES BY THE WAY...!!! 41 of 44 Amtrak rail routes LOST MONEY. last year, so in other words if they were a private entity they would be bankrupt. This is what happens when the government thinks they know what the people want better than WE THE PEOPLE. Amtrak is a great way to travel when you're on vacation and like seeing the countryside but it's obviously not what the majority of the people want..

So what do they do?

Shove it down your throat and make you pay for soemone else's trips everyday, that is of course unless you ride it daily or whenever,  then you're getting a deal .....thanks to us.

So just imagine for a second or so if they're as brutally wrong with their Obamacare estimates  ( 1 Trillion hahahaha) as they were with this Amtrack cost estimate. (which WE KNOW DAMN WELL THEY ARE), that means the total could come to 5 or 6 trillion dollars IF WE"RE LUCKY!!!

FIVE OR SIX TRILLION DOLLARS A YEAR for this Utopian ObamaCareBonanza....Money WE DON'T HAVE.

Obamacare bill costs projected to be $829 billion (no laughing now)

If you believe this report on the costs or at least projected (hahahahhhahahahahah) costs of Obamacare, I really feel sorry you folks, I truly do.... but there's some other bad news we need to break......the tooth fairy does not exist anymore, and yes Virginia, there will be a Freedom Tower someday.....

In reference to the story below I like in the headline how they use the words "pegged" like these numbers are a sure thing...that's why you'll notice I changed it to "projected" in my headline, because we know darn well  that's not even accurate...

I don't care if they have 50,000 number crunching geeks (not a slam, I'm a comp geek) as they pictured in the in the story from the Reuters Wing of the Obama Information Ministry,  (which I too included in their excerpt), there's no way on God's green earth they can expect us to believe Universal Obamacare will balance the budget and provide coverage for 95 % of eligible people, which means everyone, 350 million plus the ones pouring over the border once people figure out how to get on the gravy train...

AKA "Why should I pay when so and so doesn't have to syndrome"....While illegals and others get easy no fault no ask coverage,  this will be more like it folks when the rubber hits the road for the aging baby boomers,  and I know as an MS Patient for 8 years..

I wouldn't want this government or any other taking care of me, I'd still be in and out of a wheelchair......

U.S. | Reuters: "WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. Senate Finance Committee health plan would cost $829 billion and cut the budget deficit by $81 billion over 10 years, nonpartisan budget analysts said on Wednesday in a report that could bolster President Barack Obama's healthcare reform drive.

The preliminary estimate from the Congressional Budget Office also said the bill would reduce the number of uninsured people in the United States by about 29 million by 2019.

The bill would meet Obama's push for a healthcare plan that does not increase the budget deficit, according to the CBO. The estimate could ease the way for committee approval of the measure in the next week.
