Coming from Buffalo Grove IL, 20 miles NW of King Richard Daley's
Fiefdom AKA Chicago,Illinois,USA the land of the free because of the brave..
Here's one of my first posts and observations on a then potential Obama presidency in Feb 07/ I'm no prophet believe you me..... it was all common sense far too many today simply 'lack',
George Mason explained, “(T)o disarm the people (is) the best and most effectual way to enslave them.” Noah Webster elaborated: “Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed
These people have incredible video of illegals, Armed terrorists, you name it invading the country each second of every day..
4,419 U.S. troops have died in 7 years of war in Iraq.
They died for us, for the Iraqi's first taste of freedom and to settle some old scores, and frankly in this American's opinion, those people there owe them their asses and us their oil for the next 25 years for asses kicked and 'Mission Accomplished', but thanks to the liberals we'll never see a dime of that sort of payback money.
This day would have happened 5 years ago if the liberals in this country would have kept their mouths and keyboards shut, and supported the war effort like every American sans Vietnam has done during our entire history for the 6 years before bonehead Obama was elected as they have since, as we have the entire time, from the night it started with Shock and Awe.
But they didn't and here we sit 5 years later and almost 4500 military men and women lighter since 911.
It's not so wonderful a gift, but we thank them for all they've done, apologize to them for all they lost, especially their fallen comrades and their families who have suffered untold and immeasurable sacrifices, and we prey they don't have to do it all again in this lifetime.
Even though Iraq had no direct connection to 911 aside from one meeting and the harboring of some Al Queda, our government were the boneheads that created Saddam, so finally after 911 it was up to us to kill the monster before he piled on the 'fun', and our finest in the world military did just that, delivering Saddam and his sons' heads on silver platters to the Iraqi's as promised.
So, perhaps we'll just nuke em next time, because there will be a next time we can rest assured, as long as Islam exists in this world.
Welcome home when you get here, God Bless you all, and the United States of America.
And to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible (until the Woodstock liberals came along) with liberty (same thing) and justice for all. (social justice if you're a NAACP peep)
Last U.S. combat convoy has left Iraq "Mosul, Iraq (CNN) -- The last U.S. brigade combat team in Iraq has left the country, a move that helps U.S. President Barack Obama reach his goal of 50,000 troops in the country by September 1.
Their departure leaves about 56,000 U.S. troops in the country, according to the U.S. military.
Capt. Christopher Ophardt, spokesman for the 4th Stryker Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, said the last of the 4,000 members of the unit crossed the border into Kuwait early Thursday.
A few hundred members stayed behind to finish administrative and logistical duties but will fly out of Baghdad later Thursday, Ophardt said
Much of the brigade departed more than a day ago, but the announcement was delayed for security reasons.
Their departure comes more than seven years after U.S. combat forces entered, though their departure does not signify the end of all U.S. combat forces in the country. continued at CNN.com:
Listen to the bumbling Gump Gibbs try and explain exactly how this is Obama's great achievement when he was against the surge first of all, and Biden along with the entire liberal movement was ok with a "cut and run like hell" strategy right in the middle of the war.
Yea, it's Obama's achievement. It's like saying the janitor that came in after the contest to clean up the stands, helped the home team win because they were worried no one would clean up after the game. What a joke, we've been expecting this for a while now.
Yea, Obama is to thank for everything accomplished good or bad in Iraq! He sure hasn't managed to claim a victory anywhere else, that's for sure, and for Joe Biden to come out and claim he and Obama (who again were ready to cut and run prior to and throughout the surge) are even remotely responsible for "All The Great Iraqi Achievements" is beyond an insult to all involved.
They didn't do shit, as the order to come home was signed before he became president as you heard Gibbs confirm in the video, so that argument don't dont fly in these non friendly skies.
Larry thanks Joe for the stock tip the last time he was on, both made a killing ;)

Democrat Vice President Joe Biden with Larry King on CNN 2-10-10
Who knew?
Thank goodness, Vice President Joe Biden went on CNN to chat with Larry King Wednesday night. So many think things are not going so well for the Democrat administration, as The Ticket chronicled here.
Many Americans recall the ex-Sen. Biden's Democratic primary plans to give in to Iraq's fractious factions and carve the country into three territories. And even more probably recall Biden's boss' plan to halt the Iraq war years ago. As long as it got started anyway without the permission of the then state senator.
Plus, of course, Obama's vehement opposition to the 2007 American troop surge of you-know-who from Texas that Obama knew for certain was only going to worsen sectarian strife there. (See 2007 video here.)...." more

Playing politics with the lives of our soldiers, the lives and possible freedom of the Iraqi people while defending Saddam and his murderous regime, democrats would have deprived the Iraq people the freedom they now have today thanks to our brave military and President George W Bush..
Freaking traitors, every last one of them who are now miraculously leading this country into failure and the abyss, just as they wished during the Iraq War.....
Remember this feckless Freaking traitor Harry Reid?
This is what Dems bring in the form of leadership when the Chips are down and in the face of danger.
Spineless Moron.....
Oh and what about this one, remember this treasonous Leftywitz golden oldie dragging a decorated General into congress to call him a liar and a traitor!!!!
And then there was Her Royal Thighness, failure of a wife of the new millennium, Shrillary Clinton calling the Surge a Failure, the president a liar and pissing on General Petreaus?
Let us not forget the former Marine Jihad Jack Murtha accusing our own soldiers falsely as it turned out of killing women and children deliberately in cold blood in Haditha. ALL FALSE CHARGES His Traitorous remarks come at 1:30 into the video
Then of coarse we bring you the moron of Morons, the guy who's now in the White House trying to take credit for all the sacrifice and balls shown by our military, their leaders and George Bush.
A real leader who, against the advice the spineless world and treasonous democrats in the throes of 911, charged right into the enemies backyards to take the fight from New York back to the Middle East...
These Democrats ARE ALL TRAITORS TO THE MILITARY, TO THE COUNTRY and most of all to you and me IN A TIME OF WAR..
Carter and Slick broke the protocol and long held tradition of attacking former presidents, so I'm damn glad to see president Bush lay a smackdown on Chairman MaObama for his unending attacks on his administration. If he doesn't get out there and defend his decisions and let the moronic masses on the left know what really went on during his administration the left will rewrite in into their own version of history as they do to everything else.
He needs to be on the record every week as Obama destroys the country with his all star criminal dem 111th congress r4ubber stamping each other's daggers in the American constitutional heart.
In fact, he and Cheney should go on a tour together, ripping and shredding Obama and his Central Government to remind those blaming lefties who really created all the problems Bush faced.
In addition, all the problems Obama's replacement will be facing when whoever that is takes over for the Chairman, as his rogue socialist policies will finally awaken those still half sleeping Americans into finally demanding Obama for starters reveal his birth history, which will lead to his removal from office sooner than later since we all know where that leads..
Go W go.
Bush takes swipes at Obama policies
Washington Times: "ERIE, Pa.| Former President George W. Bush fired a salvo at President Obama on Wednesday, asserting his administration's interrogation policies were within the law, declaring the private sector not government will fix the economy and rejecting the nationalization of health care.
'I know it's going to be the private sector that leads this country out of the current economic times we're in,' the former president said to applause from members of a local business group. 'You can spend your money better than the government can spend your money.'
Repeatedly in his hourlong speech and question-and-answer session, Mr. Bush said he would not directly criticize the new president, who has moved to take over financial institutions and several large corporations. Several times, however, he took direct aim at Obama policies as he defended his own during eight years in office.
'Government does not create wealth. The major role for the government is to create an environment where people take risks to expand the job rate in the United States,' he said to huge cheers." more
Wish there were a tape to post of that ( I'm sure there will be later) ...... and for all those in the media who doubted Bush's place in history, Obama's already making him look better and better each day.
Even the worst attack dogs on the left are already wishing Obama had more Bush in him instead of the "I am the world's King Metrosexual" attitudes he's exuded thus far.
Finally Bush takes some swipes at Obama policies

George W. Bush delivers first major speech since leaving White House
He says enhanced interrogations prevented attacks, saved lives, which they did
Former president: "I made the decision, within the law, to get information"
Bush also defends his TARP, says he won't criticize President Obama
Thursday President Bush gave his first major homeland speech since leaving the White House January 20th in deference to the Obama Socialist Party in front of a friendly Michigan group where he openly answered questions from the audience for over an hour unlike his presidency where the liberal media Jackals were only interested in tripping him up with "gotcha this" and "gotcha that" questions.
He spoke about the legal enhanced interrogations administered to the most dangerous members of Al Queda, whom the left has taken to protecting and defending to the delight of America's enemies, who have now fled their caves since Obama has signaled that the coast is clear for them to do so a number of times and ways since taking over.
Said "Former president: "I made the decision, within the law, to get information" which is what he was paid to do, and after 911 through Jan 20th nobody can say he could have done it better since his record at home was undefeated, and as we all know they only have to connect once while our good guys have to stop every curve and knuckleball the radical Muslim's threw his way, which he did with flying colors.
I wish there were some video of these exchanges, but of coarse there aren't as he's far too smart to give the Obama run media and their blogging armies a months worth of free ammo, so the only place I found thus far reporting this incredible was CNN, which I've posted a piece of below.
FOXNews.com: "Former President George W. Bush defended his decision on Thursday to allow harsh interrogations on the terror mastermind behind the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, saying he did what was necessary to prevent what his advisors believed was another imminent attack. Describing the decision to use waterboarding on Khalid Sheikh Mohammed after his capture in March 2003, Bush said the idea was first cleared with his lawyers in order to 'take whatever steps that were necessary to protect' the American public.
'The first thing you do is ask, what's legal? What do the lawyers say is possible?' he said. 'I made the decision, within the law, to get information so I can say to myself, 'I've done what it takes to do my duty to protect the American people.' I can tell you that the information we got saved lives.'
In an apparent reference to former Vice President Dick Cheney, who has recently spoken out against the Obama administration's decision to end the use of harsh interrogations, Bush cautioned, 'Nothing I am saying is meant to criticize my successor. There are plenty of people who have weighed in. Trust me, having seen it firsthand. I didn't like it when a former president criticized me, so therefore I am not going to criticize my successor. I wish him all the best.'
The often-tearful meetings he had with relatives of fallen soldiers were 'in some ways... very hard and in some ways, it was very uplifting,' the Texas Republican said in a speech to The Economic Club of Southwestern Michigan at Lake Michigan College.
Bush, the nation's 43rd president, spoke to 2,500 people about 'the fog of war' that followed the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, the economic downturn and his return to life as a regular citizen.
'It was a roller coaster of emotions, it really was,' Bush said of the terror attacks. 'I think about it now at times but I definitely thought about it every day as president.'
He talked about the economy, blaming 'a lack of responsible regulation' in the lending industry for the recession and said that the Federal National Mortgage Association, known as Fannie Mae, and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., or Freddie Mac, shouldn't have engaged in certain financial practices.
'I don't want to sound like a self-serving guy, but we did try to rein them in,' Bush said.
He also said he believes he was right to depose Iraq president Saddam Hussein and that it may lead to the spread of democracy throughout the Middle East.
The audience, which gave Bush a warm welcome at his arrival, cheered when he said he wanted to be remembered as a president who 'showed up in office with a set of principles and he was unwilling to sacrifice his soul for the sake of popularity.'
Mark Brewer, chairman of the state Democratic Party, disagreed.
'I think it takes a lot of gall for him to come into Michigan without acknowledging the damage that his policies have done to the state,' Brewer said. He did not offer any specifics.
About eight people protested Bush's appearance outside the venue, carrying signs that called him a murderer and a traitor. The speech Thursday was one of the first made by the former president since leaving office in January.

What's the one thing Obama spent more time doing than anything on Memorial Day?
Playing golf. A round of 18 holes = an entire afternoon.... and the way he plays he's probably still on the back nine here at 7pm cdt fighting the coming darkness.
That's more time than he spent with soldiers today, despite dropping the obligatory wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown after a breakfast at the white house, sending a few wreaths around the cemetery rather than placing them at the Confederate Soldiers' Tomb and the African American soldiers tomb, then it's off to polish the old golf game after only picking the game up in the past year.. What a guy.
I've played all my life but, I think today's a day to leave the clubs in the trunk, that's just me.
Just look at this dork, this is you're president, the guy that the lunatic fringe thinks is the world's savior and theirs. What a joke♠
Obama plays golf after Memorial Day observance:
The Associated Press: "WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama hit the golf course after marking his first Memorial Day as commander in chief.
The president's motorcade took him to Fort Belvoir in Virginia. That's where he went for a game of golf more than a week ago.
Obama grabbed his clubs after he participated in Memorial Day observances at Arlington National Cemetery. He laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns and, in brief remarks, saluted the men and women of America's fighting forces as 'the best of America.'
It was not immediately clear who joined the president for the round of golf."
Probably some other sucky players and dumb asses with nothing better to do as the president on Memorial day than play a selfish round of golf while North Korea is blowing up Nukes and the world is basically burning

If imitation is indeed the sincerest form of flattery, then there is no doubt Obama is nothing more than BUSH II going by his adoption of all the Bush terror ideas and policies that all his wackjack supporters called illegal for, what now, 7 years?
This Krauthammer piece from Friday is so good and funny I'm going to spend a week or so copying and pasting quotes from it on liberal blogs and websites like they've been doing for nearly a decade now while I also laugh my a&& off at how badly these people were suckered by the false Messiah and his Chicago cronies.
So I'm reposting this article on Memorial day to show proof of the vindication of George Bush's administration by the illegal Obama administration so if Bush was so BAAAAAAD than Obama really must suck since he's now adopted most of Bush's policies.
Suckers!!
Obama Adopts the Bush Approach to the War on Terrorism
Charles Krauthammer - washingtonpost.com: "'We were able to hold it off with George Bush. The idea that we might find ourselves fighting with the Obama administration over these powers is really stunning.' This Story
-- Unnamed and dismayed human rights advocate, on legalizing indefinite detention of alleged terrorists,
the New York Times, May 21
If hypocrisy is the homage that vice pays to virtue, then the flip-flops on previously denounced anti-terror measures are the homage that Barack Obama pays to George Bush. Within 125 days, Obama has adopted with only minor modifications huge swaths of the entire, allegedly lawless Bush program." The latest flip-flop is the restoration of military tribunals. During the 2008 campaign, Obama denounced them repeatedly, calling them an "enormous failure." Obama suspended them upon his swearing-in. Now they're back.
Of course, Obama will never admit in word what he's doing in deed. As in his rhetorically brilliant national-security speech yesterday claiming to have undone Bush's moral travesties, the military commissions flip-flop is accompanied by the usual Obama three-step: (a) excoriate the Bush policy, (b) ostentatiously unveil cosmetic changes, (c) adopt the Bush policy.
Cosmetic changes such as Obama's declaration that "we will give detainees greater latitude in selecting their own counsel." Laughable. High-toned liberal law firms are climbing over each other for the frisson of representing these miscreants in court.
What about disallowing evidence received under coercive interrogation? Hardly new, notes former prosecutor Andrew McCarthy. Under the existing rules, military judges have that authority, and they exercised it under the Bush administration to dismiss charges against al-Qaeda operative Mohammed al-Qahtani on precisely those grounds.
On Guantanamo, it's Obama's fellow Democrats who have suddenly discovered the wisdom of Bush's choice. In open rebellion against Obama's pledge to shut it down, the Senate voted 90 to 6 to reject appropriating a single penny until the president explains where he intends to put the inmates. Sen. James Webb, the de facto Democratic authority on national defense, wants the closing to be put on hold. And on Tuesday, Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said, no Gitmo inmates on American soil -- not even in American jails.
That doesn't leave a lot of places. The home countries won't take them. Europe is recalcitrant. Saint Helena needs refurbishing. Elba didn't work out too well the first time. And Devil's Island is now a tourist destination. Gitmo is starting to look good again.
Observers of all political stripes are stunned by how much of the Bush national security agenda is being adopted by this new Democratic government. Victor Davis Hanson (National Review) offers a partial list: "The Patriot Act, wiretaps, e-mail intercepts, military tribunals, Predator drone attacks, Iraq (i.e., slowing the withdrawal), Afghanistan (i.e., the surge) -- and now Guantanamo."continued

Life on the Obama love circuit can be short lived as The Liberal's newest favorite conservative is about to find out this week.
Especially after he steps in a big pile on his way out of Obama's Guest House and back into the Friends of Terrorists doghouse admitting this morning on Face The Nation that he too is all for the newly coined "Enhanced Interrogation Methods".
That old method of terrorist persuasion which I still prefer to call the "old fashioned Gitmo Shower" if you please.
AKA that notorious method of so called "torture" called "Waterboarding", that is of coarse according to the Friends of the UN for life, Netroot Nut "down with American Imperialism"crowd, who hates anything and everything devised by or utilized during the Bush administration that made the poor enemy in the war against terror the least bit uncomfortable and also happened to keep the country terrorist and terror free for 7 years.
A spotless after 911 record already tarnished under the Obama Administration by the Pirate Attacks and a Terror cell uncovered last week in New York..Won't be long before one slips by thanks to Obama listening to the loons on the left in dismantling the anti terror apparatus left to him by president Bush and Dick Cheney, our friends at the CIA FBI and last but not least our awesome Military men and women whom the left seem to still despise as much as they ever did.
