Yea, it's Obama's achievement. It's like saying the janitor that came in after the contest to clean up the stands, helped the home team win because they were worried no one would clean up after the game. What a joke, we've been expecting this for a while now.
Yea, Obama is to thank for everything accomplished good or bad in Iraq! He sure hasn't managed to claim a victory anywhere else, that's for sure, and for Joe Biden to come out and claim he and Obama (who again were ready to cut and run prior to and throughout the surge) are even remotely responsible for "All The Great Iraqi Achievements" is beyond an insult to all involved.
They didn't do shit, as the order to come home was signed before he became president as you heard Gibbs confirm in the video, so that argument don't dont fly in these non friendly skies.
