A Democratic Nut Named Philip Berg has filed a lawsuit to challenge Obama's citizenship from his unorthodox childhood and made his first appearance publicly in this regard on the often times goofy Coast To Coast Program Friday night which I listened to in it's entirety.
These present lawsuit claims have been on the internet for months and months in different forms and variations, with his speculation being that the GOP was simply waiting to raise these issues in court finally after the big Obama coronation fiasco in Denver this week.
Apparently this self confessed Hillary supporter isn't waiting around any longer and is pushing the suit now to avoid a complete Democratic meltdown if Obama is nominated and then has to withdraw if these claims can be finally proven or otherwise.
I agree with much of what the suit says as wacky as this all seems because Obama has been quite evasive as has his campaign where it pertains to proving these multiple claims to be false, especially since the campaign had the audacity to question Senator McCain's eligibility for the presidency due to his somewhat unorthodox birth circumstances that somewhat resemble Obama's strangely enoug, which the US Senate unimaously ruled to be moot and ruled McCain a natural born citizen.
Now it's Obama's turn, what the hell is he hiding?

This man Philip Berg featured in the video below many can and will dismiss as a basic nut of a different flavor who believes in 9-11 conspiracy theories and such, a person who has even filed numerous lawsuits to that effect feeling the government was somehow complicit and or entirely responsible for9-11. I am not not a believer of his goofball theories in that arena but have to say his latest endeavor I am a believer in as are millions of other patriotic law abiding Americans.
He as a lifelong Hillary supporting democrat filed a federal lawsuit just a week before the democratic national convention that in theory was supposed to get Obama into a federal court to finally put to rest the hundreds of thousands of internet pages & rumors devoted to this, which as I stated above I happen to believe claiming his ineligibility for the high office and any other for that matter in this country.
I hold this belief is because as a Chicagoan I am all to familiar with Obama and his propensity for embellishment and downright lying to Illinoisans and now the world about his unconventional to say the least upbringing and entire past, continuing right down to the citizenship argument that he has for years now refused to put to bed unlike his opponent John McCain.
In spite of his lifelong service to country in one way or another he was actually challenged by this slimy shi* filled Obama campaign on the very same issue. One to which he honorably complied and quashed immediately with the proper paperwork that none other than the US Senate validated with a resolution confirming McCain's eligibility for the office.
My question is, "where the hell is your paperwork Barry?" The same thing we went through with John Kerry who vowed to release his medical records for years and years which he never has to this day. Hiding something gentlem... forget that as they aren't gentleman and never will be, they're both lying scum who have no problem shafting the American people for their own benefit and needs.
Obama has stalled this proceeding already once in court with legalese BS which can only mean one thing, he is indeed technically not a citizen of the country thanks to his unusual parents who didn't follow proper channels if immigration on their treks around the Muslim world with baby Barack in tow, and he is now aware of this probably just an honest oversight all these years back then by again his selfish hormone raging mother because this issue never came up before though it should have since after all he is a Senator.
My argument also continued that he is likely now hoping once elected the democratic congress he will likely be working with will simply rewrite the offending provision for the " good of the country and repairing an innocent oversight" that right now would keep him out of the office if answered to, and he's just too close to the prize now to throw it all away, and I'd bet the farm with utensils on that one in Vegas or anywhere and everywhere if such a line existed.
This would have been so easy to eliminate by the campaign as an issue, so for what reason could there be all this avoidance and obfuscation on their behalf even when faced with a federal lawsuit to provide a few documents to we the people to verify he's eligible for the presidency.
In this new video released very recently as I'm just seeing it now and I'm on top of this stuff like stink on a monkey, Berg explains what I just did and makes very much sense as to why thiss question needs to be answered by Obama, if not asked by McCain in the next and last debate since we know the moderator who's name escapes me at this moment never will.

WND A lawsuit that accuses Congress of failing to investigate President Obama's birthplace before approving the Electoral College vote giving him the presidency has been amended to include additional claims of rights violations, including unequal treatment, because Congress did such an investigation into GOP candidate Sen. John McCain.
The case was brought by Apuzzo on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. It names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
Apuzzo told WND that Congress last year raised the issue of whether McCain was a "natural born" citizen, a requirement set out in the U.S. Constitution for the president, because of his birth to U.S. citizens in the Panama canal zon
According to a report in the Washington Post, the Senate unanimously declared McCain to be a "natural born" citizen, meeting the demand of Article 2 of the Constitution, which states, "no person except a natural born citizen … shall be eligible to the office of president."
The report, however, pointed out that such a statement was opinion only, and the constitutional question actually isn't so simple. It quoted Catholic University associate law professor Sarah Duggin saying the document is ambiguous.
"Ultimately there has never been any real resolution of this issue. Congress cannot legislatively change the meaning of the Constitution," she told the newspaper, saying a constitutional amendment or a U.S. Supreme Court ruling would be the way to reach a determination.
However, even though his clients wrote to Congress requesting a similar review of Obama's birthplace, they were refused.
"The question is: Why do you do it for McCain, but not Obama," Apuzzo told WND.

Damn, I can't believe they've cracked the code, I though we really had a sneaky plan to talk behind their backs in code since the hand signals get so tiresome to use, especially that middle finger code we use for a-holes like these nimrods.

Lesson number two, free email services like Yahoo, MyWay and the others are truly garbage security wise, and anyone of any stature whatsoever still using them for sensitive personal communications and the storage of their highly secret information like their celebrity filled address books, all kinds of passwords and banking information are sadly uneducated in the ways of the internet. Do not send nor store anything you consider sacred and private on public email servers as they are not secure and should anyone haev the want or need the information can be gleaned quite easily by experienced, malicious and mischeivous hackers as was the case here.
Now for what should be done to the people who (A) hacked out the information, and (B) the people who disseminated it should be severe prosecution in the most public way, along with a tripling of the strength of invasion of privacy penalties, possibly into the realm of class x felony status, 15 to 20 year prison sentences for the illegal entry into the electronic property of others.
That will immediately stop the tactics being used by the Daily Kos netroot nuts where this action without a doubt originated and was disseminated I'd bet the farm and you can bet that the SS and FBI are allready subpeoning Markos Moulatsis's server logs and will be sniffing around him like a hound humping a leg..

America’s Election HQ: "In the latest of a series of invasions into Sarah Palin’s personal life, hackers have broken into the Republican vice presidential candidate’s private e-mail account, and a widely read Web site has published screen grabs from it.
An article Wednesday in Gawker.com posts family photos and snapshots of e-mail exchanges the Alaska governor had with colleagues. Gawker says the-email account has since been shut down, but it will leave the images up on its site for all to see.
“Here are the screenshots of the emails saved before the account went dark, along with the contact list. It’s newsworthy and we will not be taking it down!” the site declares."
Rick Davis, campaign manager for John McCain, released a statement calling the publication a “shocking invasion of the governor’s privacy and a violation of law.”
“The matter has been turned over to the appropriate authorities and we hope that anyone in possession of these e-mails will destroy them. We will have no further comment,” Davis said.
The article boasts about the lengths to which the reporter went to verify the account, saying he or she even called a phone number listed for Palin’s teenage daughter, Bristol, which apparently went to her voicemail. The site also listed dozens of contact e-mails from the account.
Both WIRED and Gawker reported that members claiming to be with a group known as Anonymous took credit for hacking into Palin’s account. Screen grabs were published on other Web sites and then deleted, Gawker reported.
They reportedly came from a Yahoo e-mail account Palin uses — one separate from another private account that was publicized in The Washington Post last week.
Gawker complained that Palin has since “deleted” the account, and suggested she was trying to “destroy evidence.”
Palin has faced scrutiny for using her private account to do government business. The Washington Post reported last week that a local Republican activist is trying to get Palin to release more than 1,100 e-mails she withheld from a public records request. The appeal reportedly questions why Palin and her aides shift between public and private e-mail accounts.
A spokeswoman in the governor’s office in Alaska declined to comment Wednesday, referring questions from FOXNews.com to the McCain-Palin campaign.
“Primarily we’re referring people to the campaign because honestly people wouldn’t be asking these questions if she wasn’t a candidate for [vice president],” spokeswoman Kate Morgan said.
The Palin family was subjected to intense scrutiny after she was selected as John McCain’s running mate on Aug. 29. Reporters descended on her home town of Wasilla, Alaska, as the media focused on her unwed teenage daughter’s pregnancy.

First off a 52 to 47 % popular vote total isn't a landslide or even near it, so that's one good thing to take in from the loss orchestrated and carried out by the US Media, although as we know close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades, which Barack Obama's best friend and unrepentant domestic terrorist turned college professor (oxymoron)♠ William Ayers can tell you all about when he's named Homeland security chief.
I'm not gonna be as eloquent as John McCain just was on TV tonight and yes, as much as I hate to say it as Obama was too. I'm gonna tell it like it is starting with this; Obama's victory tonight proves to all the doubters and naysayers around the world and especially here, that any frigging thing is possible in this country, especially if you can convince more than half of it that you're the man with nothing to show for it but smoke, mirrors and hyperbole.
Hopefully these promises he made will grow from here and not shrink from this monumental and historical racial divide crusher he's now delivered. His short record leans towards the latter and his loud rhetoric and hyperbole is just that until he accomplishes even a sliver of the crap that he promised during this campaign and in this speech tonight.
Now for the not so fluffy truths; Obama didn't win this election, McCain lost it mostly by kissing up to the f'ng liberals who's votes he was never gonna get in the first place as they only loved hi0m when he was dicking republicans, and by sucking up to the Hispanics with that damn immigration abortion who took a big collective taco filled dump on his front yard tonight for all the effort he's given that community over the years, so maybe now he'll believe the wall is a better idea although that dream will never be accomplished now.
It was bound to happen as Republicans of the old guard kept playing the game by the old rules as they ruined the Republican brand with no less than 15 scandals involving congressmen and senators, basically blowing a mandate they had for about 14 years starting with Gingrich's Contract with America through Bush's unpopular but achievement filled yet achievement ignored presidencies. Right up to the point tonight that a man with hardly any world experience whatsoever who's never even held down a full time job nor ever busted his ass in one single day of his life is now sitting in the oval office while our enemies laugh their camel chafed asses off in their caves of doom. That all equals one pissed off electorate who took it out on McCain and republicans tonight
Hopefully, not only seven years after 9-11 has America now thrown the victims of that that God forsaken day to the trash heap and memory hole with Obama's election as he readies to now sit down with the enemies of America setting no pre conditions as he said early on in his campaign and ran from as well, right along with all the other liberal "Kum Ba Yah", "we are the world" and "please love us Europe" policies that will in 4 years make this once proud and great country the pathetic AIDS infected laughing stock of the world if it isn't already.
The One Good thing about Obama's election is that this must finally mean the end of all the whining and crying from much of the African American community that a black man or black woman, or at least in Obama's case a half black man, can't do anything he or she wants to do in this country due to racism and discrimination. That is no longer true and hasn't been for a long time now and this achievement solidifies that argument for good.
Another sad thing in all this to be human about it all is that Obama's white grandmother, from the race he denounced by the way in his books and remarks in this campaign that he is genetically linked to but seems to dislike so much who died just one day before seeing all the hard work and money she and her husband spent raising this man did pay off in a big way. That makes me just as sad as much as his election does.

New York Post: "IF JOE the Plumber were Jawad the Suspected Terrorist, civil-liberties activists would stampede the halls of Congress on his behalf.
Liberal columnists would hyperventilate over the outrageous invasions of his privacy by Ohio state and local employees.
The ACLU would demand the Big Brother snoopers' heads.
And Democratic leaders would convene immediate hearings and parade him around the Beltway as the new poster boy/victim of unlawful domestic spying.
But because peaceful American citizen Joe Wurzelbacher is an outspoken enemy of socialism, rather than an enemy of America, the defenders of privacy have responded to his plight with an impenetrable cone of silence.
After the last presidential debate, during which John McCain invoked Joe the Plumber's anti-socialism shot heard 'round the world, several taxpayer-subsidized employees in Ohio immediately rifled through government databases in search of damning information.
The Columbus Dispatch identified Helen Jones-Kelley, director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, as one of the dirt diggers. She also happens to support Barack Obama and contributed the maximum amount to his presidential campaign.
On Wednesday, Jones-Kelley admitted that the records checks on Wurzelbacher that she approved were far more extensive than she first acknowledged.
In addition to pawing through his child-support papers, the agency "also checked Wurzelbacher in its computer systems to determine whether he was receiving welfare assistance or owed unemployment-compensation taxes."
Jones-Kelley argued that plumbing the plumber's information was no big deal because the agency always checks up on citizens who come into public light.
Democratic Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland quickly pooh-poohed the civil-liberties infringements and denied any nefarious political motives. If that doesn't send a chill up your spine, you don't have a spine.
In addition to Jones-Kelley, investigators have uncovered at least three additional suspicious uses of state computer systems to access Wurzelbacher's data.
Toledo police-records clerk Julie McConnell has been charged with gross misconduct for accessing the Law Enforcement Automated Data System to retrieve Wurzelbacher's address. She reportedly did it as a favor to a reporter.
Authorities also say the Cuyahoga County social-services office was compromised and an outside contractor with access to the state attorney general's test account similarly searched Wurzelbacher's data.
Moreover, his driver's-license and vehicle-registration information were obtained from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
I contacted the ACLU twice this week for comment about this rampant plundering of Joe the Plumber's records. Like the Genesis song goes: No reply at all. (That was the same reply the ACLU gave me two months ago when I asked if they had any reaction to the Chicago gangland tactics of a MoveOn spin-off group that announced it was trolling campaign-finance databases and targeting conservative donors with warning letters in a thuggish attempt to depress Republican fund-raising.)
For the last seven years, these left-wing privacy champs have lobbied on behalf of foreign enemy combatants.
The ACLU fought unsuccessfully to kill the Bush administration's post-9/11 effort to monitor terrorist communications in the United States. The New York Times, Los Angeles Times and USA Today went ballistic over the government's bank surveillance program to trace terrorist financing.
Those same papers fumed earlier this year when State Department contractors illegally sifted through the passport files of Obama (and Hillary Clinton and John McCain). Obama mouthpiece Bill Burton intoned after the passport scandal: "Our government's duty is to protect the private information of the American people, not use it for political purposes."

Spreading the wealth means government gets bigger, special interests grow fatter, while your paycheck gets leaner. More for big government, less for you. Just as you suspected, Barack Obama's wrong for you.'Then the spot diverts into another attack on 'congressional liberals.'

I try to refrain from using non family type introductions and headlines like the one above as I have nieces, nephews and others who do like to look at their uncle's blog, and I try to not offend the sensibilities of any other Americans and their families on these pages too much unless the future of oru very existence is at stake as it is in this election due to the extreme bias this year like never before in the MSM.
However, in the last couple of days the developments coming from the scum filled Obama campaign leave me no resort to respond in kind as an angry citizen because as a Christian conservative I am sick and tired of the pummeling this movement and religion takes day after day from the absolutely despicable left wing of this country. This group being encouraged and supported by Barack Hussein Obama himself as well as the way out of control US Media had gone way too far and must be addressed in language they can understand.
These attacks on who has now come to be known as Joe the Plumber and now Cindy McCain are so far out of bounds the left can never be forgiven for their rancid unprecedented behavior in these past few weeks and one can only hope this low level discourse costs them the campaign and then we'll get down to dealing with the aforementioned scum in the aftermath.

Government computers used to find information on Joe the Plumber:
The Columbus Dispatch : "'State and local officials are investigating if state and law-enforcement computer systems were illegally accessed when they were tapped for personal information about 'Joe the Plumber.'
Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher became part of the national political lexicon Oct. 15 when Republican presidential candidate John McCain mentioned him frequently during his final debate with Democrat Barack Obama.
The 34-year-old from the Toledo suburb of Holland is held out by McCain as an example of an American who would be harmed by Obama's tax proposals.
Public records requested by The Dispatch disclose that information on Wurzelbacher's driver's license or his sport-utility vehicle was pulled from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles database three times shortly after the debate.
Information on Wurzelbacher was accessed by accounts assigned to the office of Ohio Attorney General Nancy H. Rogers, the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Toledo Police Department.
It has not been determined who checked on Wurzelbacher, or why. Direct access to driver's license and vehicle registration information from BMV computers is restricted to legitimate law enforcement and government business.
Paul Lindsay, Ohio spokesman for the McCain campaign, attempted to portray the inquiries as politically motivated. "It's outrageous to see how quickly Barack Obama's allies would abuse government power in an attempt to smear a private citizen who dared to ask a legitimate question," he said.

Natural Born Citizen: "Today, the United States Supreme Court scheduled the case - Leo C. Donofrio v. Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey - US Supreme Court Docket No. 08A407 - for a conference of the nine Justices.
If four of the nine Justices vote to hear the case in full review, oral argument may be ordered. The conference is scheduled for December 5, 2008, ten days before the meeting of the Electoral College.
The case originally sought, pre-election, to have the names of Barack Obama, John McCain, and Roger Calero removed from New Jersey ballots, and for a stay of the 'national election' pending Supreme Court review of whether those candidates were eligible under the Constitution as natural born Citizens, as is required by Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States.
Leo Donofrio brought his case from a lower New Jersey court to the NJ Supreme Court - was denied - and then he filed an emergency stay application in the United States Supreme Court on Nov. 3, 2008, before the Honorable Associate Justice David Souter. Justice Souter denied the emergency stay application on Nov. 6.
Leo Donofrio renewed the application, as per Supreme Court Rule 22.4, to the Honorable Associate Justice Clarence Thomas by way of Express mail on Nov. 14. The application arrived at the Supreme Court on Nov. 17 and was submitted directly to Justice Thomas.
On Nov. 19, the case was docketed for full conference of all nine Justices and scheduled for December 5, 2008. It is not known at this time the exact details of how the case came to be 'DISTRIBUTED for Conference'." continued
