Obama's Background / Vetting Discrepancies Continue at a Troubling Pace

I read about this FauxBama "birth certificate problem" a long time ago and was going to blog about it then, but said to myself "this certainly has to have been addressed and debunked at an earlier time. I mean, after all the guy was sent to Washington as a senator for criminy's sake".

So much for that I guess, as it now seems that Barack Hussein Obama Jr's birth certificate is turning out to be quite a third rate photoshop fakery according to a plethora of bloggers including the Canada Free Press and these folks at No Quarter, who I must admit have been known from time to time during this campaign thus far to not exactly be the bastion of literary accuracy when it comes to "Barack the Majik Negro".

However, they do have quite extensive posts regarding the rapidly fading Messiah FauxBama and his now appearing to be an illegitimate birth certificate, as it is scrutinized and compared to a known authentic version of another Hawaiian birth certificate that was provided to the NoQuarters Blog supposedly from the exact same governmental agency that indicates both should be identical but are not.

Both examples are pictured below for your own examination in order for you and I to determine if FauxBama's rookie campaign contingent actually had the temerity to attempt passing off a fraudulent birth certificate to America and the world with no compunction whatsoever, thus proving the well traveled theory that he and his campaign disciples truly believe they are they anointed ones, and that the average angry religious gun clinging American like myself and others have the collective intelligence of his favorite crack pipe or even less than that.

Attached is a copy of my recent letter to my former school colleague from Worcester College at Oxford University, Rupert Murdoch, concerning the issue of Obama's eligibility under the Constitution's hard clause, the requirement for "natural born" citizenship. Many people are wondering why the major media, including FOX, have largely ignored this controversy. Your reply to the question posed last week by Lester Kinsolving from World Net Daily on this subject was disingenuous.

Please answer the following five basic questions for the hundreds of thousands of petitioners asking for Barack Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, to release his actual birth certificate, not the dubious "Certification of Live Birth," (COLB) and for many other Americans who have increasingly begun to question whether they have been victims of fraud perpetrated by a political campaign and aided and abetted by a partisan press corps and incompetent judges:

1) Will you acknowledge that Obama has expended hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees to seal ALL records, birth, academic and his passport file, which would prove his eligibility to hold the office of President? Why would Obama pay this enormous legal bill if there is nothing to hide and his records are all genuine?

2) Will you explain why the public should accept an online COLB for a birth record, which would not be acceptable to obtain a drivers' license in most states in America (or play little league as Rep. Bill Posey has pointed out in introducing legislation to require proof of citizenship for future Presidential contenders), instead of an actual hard copy birth certificate (with hospital name and doctors signature that are NOT on a COLB), which the President could order at any time for a filing fee of approximately $12?

3) Perhaps you meant "we put it online" in the "royal we" concept, or were you personally involved in posting the contentious online COLB? Will you acknowledge that the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) is a record of birth not even used by the State of Hawaii's Department of Home Lands to establish Hawaiian ethnic identity – that the Department requires an actual Certificate of Live Birth, NOT the COLB? By way of background, this is the precise wording from this Hawaiian agency:

"In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL." Should the American public accept a lesser standard of proof for a Presidential candidate than applicants to Hawaii's Department of Home Lands?

4) Will you acknowledge that Sun Yat Sen, a Chinese national, was issued a COLB? Sun Yat-sen, former Emperor of China,was born on 12 November 1866 in Cuiheng, China, but had a Hawaiian birth certificate and was officially a citizen of the United States. The wording on Sun Yat-sen’s Hawaiian birth certificate reveals that as an adult, he “has made application for a Certificate of Birth and that it "appears" from his affidavit and the evidence submitted by witnesses that he was born in the Hawaiian Islands.” Perhaps this prominent example shows that the COLB is flawed as a guide to "natural born" status and shows why the HI Department of Home Lands requires a Certificate of Live Birth for its vetting purposes.

5) Will you acknowledge that both Barack Obama's paternal grandmother, Sarah Hussein Obama (per affidavit by Bishop McRae/Anabaptist Churches of North America), claims he was born in Kenya, that she was present for the birth, and will you concede that the Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S, Peter Ogego, affirmed in a radio interview in November 2008 that Obama was born in Kenya and that his birthplace there is well known?

I look forward to your prompt response. The Office of the President of the United States is arguably the most important political office in the world. The position demands the trust and confidence of the American electorate. The cynical dismissal of serious inquiries to legitimate this President in the eyes of his constituency shows contempt for the public and for the Constitution. Mr. Obama can end his personal controversy immediately – and should, by releasing to the public and the media his birth records, for examination in any courts in the land and by forensic experts.

I would relish the opportunity to engage in a public debate with anyone in the Obama Administration or any designee from his legal team, on the specific points in dispute concerning the COLB v. an actual long form or "vault" birth certificate and the other questions (Obama's travel to Pakistan in 1981 and similar disputes over his Selective Service registration) all of which have enflamed this dispute and lent credence to suspicions that Obama was, contrary to his campaign's claims, born in Kenya and therefore, is Constitutionally ineligible to serve as President.

More Obama fraud being uncovered day after day as it seems the blogger Texas Darlin, who's been all over the story along with many many others has discovered that Obama lied on his Illinois Attorney Registration record by omitting the fact that he went under the name Barry Soetero (that's little Barry to the left AKA the Exalted "All Seeing and All Knowing Barack Hussein of Obama") mostly during the schooling period in his life and has also used that name to travel to Pakistan as an adult:

What It Means
This AP photo is compelling evidence of the following assertions, which have been set forth on this blog:
1. Barack Obama had Indonesian citizenship
2. Barack Obama had the legal name Barry Soetoro

WOAI.COM: San Antonio News: "I have been reading for some time about Barack Hussein Obama's birth certificate controversy. At first I dismissed it because I thought there was no way the Democratic Party would allow someone who is not qualified to run for the office of President.

I now understand that at least half of the state attorney generals in the country will challenge Obama’s residency before certifying his nomination. Lawsuits will be filed to clarify Obama’s birth in the United States.

Until today I simply believed that Obama was born in Hawaii. After doing some research I found it is not so clear cut. Obama may have been born in Canada or even Kenya. The birth certificate he has provided as proof of live birth is flawed. The first one his election team provided had no certification seal. The second had the seal and fold marks.

There is also a “Barrack Hussein Mohamed Obama” born on 23 August 1961 in Canada -- which is where people are saying Obama was really born -- not Hawaii.

The Kenya rumor is one I cannot find anything on. At the time of Obama’s birth, his pregnant mother would have had a hard time getting all the immunizations needed to enter Kenya. So I don't believe this rumor is valid.

I do believe the Obama campaign may have a big surprise come nomination day.

My question here in the "No Bull Zone" -- have any of you heard anything on this topic? As I have said, I am really not sure, but there is smoke surrounding this topic and the Obama campaign had been extremely secretive about this issue. Could he have been born in Canada? Is the Hawaii birth certificate real, even though but it has no seal or signature. What say you? I am on the fence on this one.

A New Spin On The Obama Birth Certificate & Eligibility Argument, Still Being Ignored By The MSM

If your an avid internet surfer, blogger or blog reader you know that there has been much floating around the net regarding Obama's birth certificate, particularly the authenticity of one presented by the campaign to the left wing loony bin known as the Daily Kos that has been bantered about ad nauseum but completely ignored by the MSM. What a surprise there? not.

However a new spin is now being explored by a Hillary supporter posted below named Texas Darling that Obama isn't even using his legal name, as many know the all seeing and all knowing Obama has gone by a number of different names throughout his life to hide his Muslim background and upbringing is the way I and many others see the frequent name changing.

This avenue needs to be explored more only since Obama and his campaign has been so evasive regarding the issue, after all the left made such an issue about John McCain's eligibility if you can believe that, a war hero and 30 year senator, so why not someone with the middle name Hussein for cripe's sake?

Bids soar past $666,000 for Hussein Obama's Kenyan Birth Certificate

When I wrote this post this morning the bid was at 10,000 and as of 8 am cdt it's now at $666,000 the media will have to start reporting this soon today....

Somebody out there believes this certificate being auctioned on Ebay is for real, in fact I wouldn't doubt if the lead bidder was an agent for Obama himself trying to purchase the document as $15,000 isn't exactly chump change and Obama's already spent over a million dollars trying to keep his Kenyan birth a secret so what's another 15 or 2o g's to make sure this thing doesn't see the light of day.

Hopefully the person that does succeed in purchasing it isn't an agent of the Kenyan boy president/king so finally Americans can put to rest the rumors and finally focus on the removal of the usurping impostor and somehow repairing all the damage already done to the country and it's future by the election of an neglectfully vetted agent of Islam only interested in weakening the power of the United States the only way possible.

That being from the inside outward since from the outside in through an old fashioned military invasion is out of the realm of possibility even while under treasonous liberal leadership thanks to the second amendment, at least until they overturn that too.

In this latest and thus far most successful attempt at auctioning "the truth about Obama," the seller does not even mention the birth certificate, though his suggestion that the purchaser bring an expert to verify the "supporting evidence" allows potential buyers to reach their own conclusion:

"Feel free to bring along with you a forensic examiner to authenticate my dissertation," states the seller's latest auction page. "You may refuse payment should you find that my dissertation is without merit. Obama Kenyan Birth Cert Listed On EBAY?

This little tidbit is being circulated around the net this morning as a man is claiming to possess a certified birth certificate freshly delivered from a Kenyan Hospital long rumored to be Obama's original birthplace and named as such by his own paternal grandmother indirectly.

Of coarse it sounds incredulous to say the least but I do have one thing to say about it being placed on EBAY and that being is must be what the man is claiming it is, and he defends it with a somewhat reasonable story, or both he and EBAY could be sued for fraud I would think

Maybe and more than likely there's some legal language somewhere that keeps them from from liability, but one would think they would make him remove it if it was a complete POS HOAX to preserve their integrity.

As an American I was bombarded with questions in english (english is the official language of Kenya) on my feelings and opinions of a Kenyan governing the United States of America. The first several times I responded in saying that not enough time had elapsed since Barack Obama's appointment as President of the USA, and that I'd have to hold my official opinion until at least January 2010, a year in office might be sufficient for me to judge his ability to govern the USA.

Natuarally I thought that by "Kenyan" they were referring to Barack Obama's blood, being that his father Barack Obama Sr was a native of Kenya. After a day and a half of my being in Nairobi I learned that they were literally referring to President Barack Obama Jr as being born in Kenya, a native of Kenya. Now I started asking questions, did his father's Kenyan blood somehow entitle Barack Jr to the equivalent of a native Kenyan? No, not all, I was to find out. They were referring to Barack Obama Jr's physical birth on Kenyan soil.

Kenyans were amused at how gullible Americans could be when it came to obvious things like the fact that Kenyans overtly admit to Barack Jr's Kenyan birth, yet the Americans continue to believe that they know better.

I delved further and found that a birth certificate was on file at The Coast Provincial General Hospital at Mombasa.

I know several American expats that reside in Kenya. I asked the three that I could reach if they were aware of President Barack Obama's Kenyan birth. All three said that they were most obviously aware of his Kenyan birth. I was shocked. They went to further say that they weren't much concerned with it, after all they'd left the US to start a new life abroad and didn't have much interest in what was taking place in the States. Besides, they said, who would believe them anyway?

Along with my Congolese brother Andylenny (brother in heart, not blood) and a 1993 BMW with only one working door I was off to Mombasa to get myself a copy (certified I hoped) of Barack Jr's birth certificate.

Where's The Certificate "Eligibility debate explodes on White House 'dialogue' site"

Looks like Obama's Open Government Dialogue site is being commandeered by folks like myself who are using Obama's own website to help make people who for one reason or another are unaware of Obama's missing birth certificate issue aware.

And for once, it appears the actions are causing a rather large stir that hasn't been able to get any traction since the MSM has devoted themselves to shielding Obama's sycophants from the dark side of their hero, when coupled with the emerging WorldNet Daily Billboard campaign and bloggers again like myself and countless others who refuse to cave in to the name calling and pressures from liberal loons, the issue is now coming to the forefront.

Snopes Just Another Website Really...

I never really understood the left's obsession with Snopes.com as this infallible, all trustworthy and end to all arguments authority on the internet as it's simply run just like this blog you're reading now, run and edited by in their case a man and his wife which there's nothing wrong with at all, it's just that the left attaches this "Library of congress" authority to it which I and others find extraordinarily strange.

What really bother's me though is what apparently bothered Joseph Farah assigning a writer there at WND to write a story about the website when congressman and other supposed high level dignitaries and official reps of out government start using it as a source as to whether or not Obama is eligible to be the president as one lawmaker did the other day which infuriated me that they consider this everyday website as a more reliable or more factchecked than this blog or any other out there.

Especially citing it as a reason to investigate or not pursue an investigation into a potential violation of the public trust and or a landmark legal criminal case were it ever proved that Obama was indeed ineligible for office as many of we serious bloggers and authors out here contend, and much of them as dependable and and accurate a source of information as Snopes is.

Is Snopes.com infallible?:

White, who wrote, "I have yet to see a piece of writing, political or non-political, that does not have a slant. All writing slants the way a writer leans, and no man is born perpendicular."

Snopes even became the subject of an Internet myth itself, a widely distributed e-mail claiming it was owned by "a flaming liberal in the tank for Obama" and that TruthOrFiction.com was a less biased myth-busting website.

In response, the Mikkelsons claim to be as neutral as possible and reject the political activist label.

"We have no sponsors, investors
, or partners, nor do we have any affiliation or relationship (financial or otherwise) with any political party, religious group, business organization, or any other group or agency," states the Snopes FAQ page. "We pay all the costs of producing and operating this website ourselves and derive our income from the advertising it provides."

For its part, the TruthOrFiction website mentioned in some of the critical e-mails even produced a piece on the rumor that Snopes "is a secret tool of the Democratic Party to Promote Barack Obama," labeling the accusation as "fiction."

WND asked David Mikkelson what safeguards
might be in place to prevent bias from creeping into its articles.

"Our safeguard is the millions of readers (including major news organizations, government agencies, universities, and authors) who value our site's long-established reputation for fairness, accuracy, and reliability," Mikkelson responded. "We would not maintain such a reputation if we did not consistently apply objective standards in our reporting."

What about the sources Snopes uses?

Other critics question the process of how the Mikkelsons choose sources they consider definitive in determining truth.

Mikkelson told WND Snopes considers several factors in determining if a source is trustworthy, including the source's history of reliability, corroboration of other sources, tangible evidence and independent verification of the source's information.

The Mikkelsons admit, however, that Snopes is only as reliable as the sources it cites, and they invite readers to look for the truth themselves.

"We don't expect anyone to accept us as the ultimate authority on any topic, which is why our site's name indicates that it contains reference pages," states the Snopes FAQ page. "The research materials we've used in the preparation of any particular page are listed … so that readers who wish to verify the validity of our information may check those sources for themselves."

When Farah wrote about Snopes in his "Beware the Internet!" column, his criticism keyed in on the website's choice of sources.

Snopes was investigating claims that the Environmental Protection Agency was covering over safety concerns with compact fluorescent light bulbs. In determining the concerns a myth, however, Snopes cited as evidence the EPA.

"Notice the sources Snopes relies upon to conclude beyond any doubt CFLs don't pose a serious health threat to anyone," Farah writes, "the same government agency pushing CFLs. Where I come from (nearly 30 years of solid journalism experience), this is not considered good reporting. This is not considered the best way to seek truth and enlightenment or even objective facts."

In the case of reports and dozens of lawsuits arguing that Barack Obama may not actually be constitutionally eligible to serve as president, Snopes has determined that Obama – despite his refusal to release his long-form birth certificate (which names the delivering hospital, doctor and other specifics) to the press or the courts – is a natural born citizen and eligible to serve as president.

The hoax-buster's choice of sources in making the determination, however, has again led to criticism.

The Snopes conclusion refers to an image posted on another website, FactCheck, which in turn cites as documentation of Obama's Hawaiian birth a "Certification of Live Birth" that the Obama campaign posted during 2008.

Critics, however, have pointed out that the "Certification of Live Birth" posted online is not, in fact, the same as a "Birth Certificate," and COLBs have been issued by Hawaii to parents whose children are not even born in the state.

California lawyer Orly Taitz, whose work is on her Defend Our Freedoms Foundation website, has written to state lawmakers across the nation, confronting the Snopes explanation directly:

"The State of Hawaii, statute 338, allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to get a Hawaiian birth certificate. Mr. Obama has never presented any corroborating evidence that he was actually born in Hawaii. His paternal grandmother in Kenya and the ambassador of Kenya made statements that he was born in Kenya," she said.

"The image that Mr. Obama has posted on the Internet was not a valid birth certificate, but rather a limited value document, called Short Version Certification of Live Birth. The Certification of Live Birth does not name a hospital, name a doctor, have any signatures or a seal of the Hawaiian Health Department on the front of the document. This document is usually given to parties that don't have a proper hospital birth certificate and it is given based on a statement of one relative only. Even the state of Hawaii doesn't give full credit to these documents," she continued.

Taitz has suggested the records from the "Annenberg FactCheck" cited by Snopes be subpoenaed "as to how did they claim to have examined Obama's birth certificate and found it valid. Neither the state of Hawaii, nor Obama has ever released such birth certificate, and there is no evidence of Obama being born in any hospital in Hawaii."

While Snopes and its critics may be at odds over the sources Snopes uses – and thus in disagreement over how reliable the site may be in every case – they do agree on one principle:

"I've got to tell you, you can't believe everything you read on the Internet," writes Farah. "You've got to use common sense and discernment in sorting out the good from the bad."

"A Chicago activist who has asked the courts in Hawaii to unseal Barack Obama's birth certificate now is urging the state's Supreme Court to take action following a WND report documenting conflicting reports on the president's birth location.

'This court should take decisive action before the court itself becomes a part of a questionable pattern of behavior concerning a document that is obviously relevant to American history,' said a pleading posted on Andy Martin's website for submission to the state Supreme Court.

Martin previously asked the Intermediate Court of Appeals in Hawaii to order the release of the president's original birth certificate, explaining that state officials waived their ability to claim privacy or secrecy by previously commenting on the document.

His request came in a lawsuit against Gov. Linda Lingle and others that seeks an order making the document available to the public. The Obama birth cert issue isn't going away, and in fact over recent weeks the subject has been broached on almost all cable news outlets be it mocking it or simply asking the questions Obama won't directly answer. Just as Lou Dobbs has, as has Joseph Farah for the past year, finally Fox News at least touched on it in this report, not to mention the raucous Town Hall meeting disrupted by a fiesty woman patriot that R congressman Mike Castle didn't wtf to do with when engaged on the issue last week..

I mean, all we are asking is for Obama to simply put all this so called hyperbole and conspiratorial talk to rest by simply supplying the talked about ad nauseum dearth of hidden information American's deserve to see for themselves; the birth cert, the college records, the Selective Service Forgery and on and on they go.

Just like every other American must produce this litany of missing documentation on a regular basis in our daily lives when required by the government we supposedly run; nothing more, nothing less.

I Always Liked Alan Keyes And Here's Why..He Hates Obama

And as most conservatives know even though he lost his carpetbagging attempt at keeping Obama from using the Illinois senate seat as a launch pad back in 2004 he's been on and up his backside the entire way, and still is. I admire that tenacity and dedication because this man sees right through Obama's game from a true African American conservative prism and I value his opinion on Obama greatly.

Why you ask? Because I've been on Obama's ass for three years here and was going to be a part of Jack Ryan's derailed senate campaign as a family member is old college friends with Ryan, and we were all convinced he would've won the race then and still are today, if only the damn George Ryan Burned Illinois GOP didn't wuss out when scandal erupted regarding he and Ryans' Hollywood starlet ex-wife Jeri Lynn Ryan to protect their children from a typical Dem scorched earth campaign (a non scandal which by dem standards was a frigging tea party)

After winning the primaries handily they left Ryan to twist in the wind under this fake scandal drummed up by the party of no morality and their candidate Obama until he dropped out of the race to make way for Keyes, who as a Maryland resident never really stood a chance against the smooth talking Obama. And so thanks to them and their gutless actions that year of 2004 we now have president Obama, a boy sent to try and do a man's job, and he's failing already.

Keyes has been right about this fraud all the way down the line, and I, like he, will stick to principle and we will all come out ahead eventually, as Obama is an obvious usurper as Keyes calls him, and he's a danger to our republic like none before him. He must be derailed and now or this country will become a torn in 2 wreck.

WorldNet Daily"Alan Keyes, a 2008 presidential candidate who is also a plaintiff in one of the many lawsuits challenging Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, charged at a pro-life rally that unless Obama's social and economic policies are stopped, the United States as we know it is over.

Keyes' comments were part of an interview with a reporter from KHAS-TV at a fundraiser for the AAA Crisis Pregnancy Center in Hastings, Neb.

'Obama is a radical communist, and I think it is becoming clear. That is what I told people in Illinois and now everybody realizes it's true,' said Keyes, who ran unsuccessfully against Obama for the state's open Senate seat in 2004. 'He is going to destroy this country, and we are either going to stop him or the United States of America is going to cease to exist.'


Keyes also reasserted his belief that unless the question of Obama's eligibility to serve as president is answered definitively, America may face the startling crisis of an executive branch run by a 'usurper.'

'Is he president of the United States?' Keyes asked the reporter of Obama. 'According to the Constitution, in order to be eligible for president you have to be a natural born citizen. He has refused to provide proof.'"

"I'm not sure he's even president of the United States," Keyes continued, "neither are many of our military people now who are now going to court to ask the question, 'Do we have to obey a man who is not qualified under the constitution?' We are in the midst of the greatest crisis this nation has ever seen, and if we don't stop laughing about it and deal with it, we're going to find ourselves in the midst of chaos, confusion and civil war."

Keyes, who stated he refuses even to refer to Obama as president, labeled the man in the Oval Office as "somebody who is kind of an alleged usurper, who is alleged to be someone who is occupying that office without constitutional warrant to do so."

Keyes' comments included harsh criticism of Obama's policies on immigration, abortion, and the mortgage crisis. He concluded the interview by railing against the president's push for hundreds of billions of dollars in government economic stimulus spending.

"We are claiming that a bankrupt government can save a bankrupt banking system," Keyes said. "The fact that we have just elected an individual – who may or may not be qualified – and he presents silly ideas like this and says, 'Let's move forward now,' and we're all acting like the laws of economics have been repealed and we can actually afford to foot the bill with money nobody's got, this is insane.

"It's got to lead to the collapse of our economy," Keys declared, "and it's going to."

WND has reported on multiple legal challenges, including Keyes' case, that have alleged Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some claim he was not born in Hawaii, as he insists, but in Kenya. Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

The Keyes case is being handled largely by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, but others playing a key role in the legal actions include Orly Taitz of California as well as Philip Berg, both of whom already have had their arguments rejected as not worthy of hearing by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Here is a partial listing and status update for some of the cases over Obama's eligibility:

* * New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn't properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president.

* * Philip J. Berg, a Pennsylvania Democrat, demanded that the courts verify Obama's original birth certificate and other documents

* proving his American citizenship. Berg's latest appeal, requesting an injunction to stop the Electoral College from selecting the 44th president, was denied.

* * Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing

* * Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.

* * Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.

* * Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.

* * Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.

* * In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.

* * In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.

* * In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

* * California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters.

Obama better come to the conclusion that these suits will not go away and you can rest assured challenges are being drafted as I type and you read to the Stimulus plan being illegal due to Obama's likely ineligibility that he refuses to address.

Taitz told WND she had advised Easterling to obtain legal counsel before making any statements regarding the commander-in-chief, but he insisted on moving forward. His contention is that as an active member of the U.S. military, he is required to follow orders from a sitting president, and he needs – on pain of court-martial – to know that Obama is eligible.

Taitz said other legal cases questioning Obama's eligibility filed by members of the military mostly have included retired officers, and courts several times have ruled they don't have standing to issue their challenge.

Easterling, however, is subject to enemy fire and certainly would have a reason to need to know the legitimacy of his orders, she argued.

"Until Mr. Obama releases a 'vault copy' of his original birth certificate for public review, I will consider him neither my Commander in Chief nor my President, but rather, a usurper to the Office – an impostor," his statement said.

Easterling said he joined the Army at age 40 after working in Iraq as a contractor.

"I chose to work … to support my troops and then left that lucrative position when the Army raised its maximum enlistment age to 40. Upon completion of basic training, I entered Officer Candidate School and commissioned as a 2LT in August 2007. After completing the subsequent basic officer leadership
courses, I was assigned to Ft. Knox and shortly thereafter deployed to Balad, Iraq," he wrote.

"I implore all service-members and citizens to contact their senators and representatives and demand that they require Mr. Obama prove his eligibility. Our Constitution and our great nation must not be allowed to be disgraced," he wrote.

Taitz said Easterling is among the plaintiffs she is assembling for a new legal action over Obama's eligibility. Others include a list of state lawmakers who also would be required in their official position to follow orders of the president.

"My conviction is such that I am compelled to join Dr. Orly Taitz's lawsuit, as a plaintiff, against Mr. Obama. As a citizen, it pains me to do this, but as an officer, my sworn oath to support and defend our Constitution requires this action," he said.

Easterling was "saluted" in a forum on Taitz' website.

"Lt. Easterling, As a retired US Army SFC, I salute you sir as a true American patriot and hero! Thank you for your unselfish service to our country. It is rare to find someone today with such moral courage to do the right thing regardless of repercussions," said one contributor.

Said another, "For your voluntary service to our country, we owe you a debt we can never pay."

As WND reported yesterday, U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., said during a meeting with constituents in Cullman County he has never seen proof the new president was born in Hawaii.

"Well, his father was Kenyan and they said he was born in Hawaii, but I haven't seen any birth certificate," Shelby said. "You have to be born in America to be president."

WND has reported on multiple legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Obama Can't Even Pass The New Border Crossing Law Going Into Effect Demanding Birth Certificates!!

What a joke this is! We have border laws being put into effect demanding something from people that the suckers on the left of this country won't even demand from the lying, cheating lowlife fraud in fancy suits they call their Messiah, Barack Hussein Obama, the cheat with the missing birth certificate that he's now spent over 1 million dollars he sure didn't have until he ran for president keeping his true identity and birth origin hidden from the American People.

Talk about irony and ridiculousness of the government we now employ and the "you but not us" attitude these people like Obama now possess. If you’re planning a driving trip to Canada or Mexico, you’ll need to pack more identification in the New Year, thanks to a new U.S. law.

Starting Jan. 31, 2008, U.S. citizens — both adults and children — returning to the United States by land or sea from Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean must carry a document that shows their citizenship. Those who don’t have a passport must carry a birth certificate plus government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or school ID for young students, to show at border inspection stations. The new rule affects all vehicle and train travelers, cruise and ferry passengers, and private boaters.

In recent years, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency has urged travelers to carry a birth certificate and photo ID when traveling to those areas. The ID wasn’t a strict legal requirement, even though many travelers complied, but it will be law from Jan. 31 as the U.S. ramps up its border screening through what’s called the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (which grew out of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks).

U.S. travelers who don’t have proof of citizenship — either a birth certificate or passport — will face secondary screening and delays at border stations while their citizenship is checked, said Mike Milne, a spokesman for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency. Non-U.S. citizens who live in the U.S. should carry proof of legal residency and their citizenship documents. Poll Shows Most Americans NOW know of Obama eligibility questions

Half of America now knows about the Obama eligibility issues and the more people find out about it the better, as both parties of our government allowed this fraud to be elected for any one of a lengthy number of reasons why they would do such a thing that I can think of

The most apparent ones appear to be mistakenly thinking his ridiculous popularity would somehow win brownie points with long standing enemies, thus winning over naysayers like me and others who won't be bought off with lofty platitudes and empty promises like his and other misguided thinking which this present crop of criminals in Washington are now known for.

But to allow the constitution to be summarily overlooked and ignored makes all the members of Congress and the Supreme Court complicit in this fraud, and the time for them all to pay for this terrible misdeed and mistake to be corrected has now come.

"Editor's note: This is the second of a series of monthly 'Freedom Index' polls conducted exclusively for WND by the public opinion research and media consulting company Wenzel Strategies.

WASHINGTON – It may be the issue few in the media dare address, but a new scientific public opinion survey of a cross-section of Americans shows they are not only aware of questions about Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility for office, but almost half are either 'troubled' by the questions or believe he should release all relevant documents including his long-form birth certificate.

Asked if they are aware of the questions raised about Obama's constitutional eligibility for office, 51.3 percent answered affirmatively, while only 18.7 percent said no. Another 30 percent said they were unsure.

'Our polling shows that the questions surrounding Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president clearly strike a nerve across America, probably because it is a problem that everybody understands,' said pollster Fritz Wenzel. 'Every American citizen has a birth certificate, and once in a while we all have to produce them to get a drivers license or gain entrance to school. Everyone understands the simple rules – if you don't produce it, you don't get in. And while Obama did get in to the White House, nearly half the coun"

Among Republicans, 58.2 percent said they were aware, while 49 percent of Democrats acknowledged knowing about the questions. The higher the income of those questioned, the more likely they were to answer yes.

"There's not much variance across demographic groups on the question, with the exception of race, where whites were far more likely than blacks to be troubled by Obama's refusal to produce the original birth certificate," said Wenzel. "It is interesting to note that Obama's own age cohort – those in their 40s and 50s – were more likely than any other age groups to want the new president to prove he is eligible for the job."

When asked what their view of the questions was, 41.5 percent of respondents answered that Obama should release all relevant documents, including the long-form birth certificate. Another 7.8 percent said they were "troubled" by the questions.

Others (12.3 percent) said they were "not concerned," while 9.2 percent said the questions were not valid and 14.3 percent said Obama had met the requirements as a "natural born citizen." Another 8.5 percent said Obama had answered the questions to their satisfaction, while 6.3 percent said the requirements of the Constitution were simply outdated.

The WND/Wenzel survey was conducted June 6–10 using an automated telephone technology calling a random sampling of listed telephone numbers nationwide. The survey included 22 questions and carries a 95 percent confidence interval. It included 790 adult respondents. It carries a margin of error of +/– 3.5 percentage points.

Data from this survey also showed that a substantial majority – 56 percent – also wants Obama to release his educational records, which would yield more clues to his early life and citizenship. Among men, 62 percent said those school records should be released.

"These are questions that are not on the front pages right now, but they are far from going away – and people clearly want answers," said Wenzel. "As long as they go unanswered, they act like a low-grade fever that hampers everything Obama is attempting to do in office. And they could flare up at any time."

The questions were asked along with a series about personal freedoms.

"There's another interesting twist here – in that this survey showed that nearly half of American adults nationwide think personal freedoms have decreased under Obama," said Wenzel. "At a time when there is substantial unease over Obama's dramatic intervention in the U.S. auto industry and his promise of swift action to overhaul the national health care system, many want this man who is exercising such power to remake our country to prove once and for all that he is qualified to wield such power."
