This is terrible news as those damn 'coons can really be a pain in the arse man when they take up residence in these foreclosures!!
It's all the fault of congress who's caused this 'coon problem and they should be held responsible for the 'coon removal and relocation costs.
CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: City Hall: "Chicago’s foreclosure crisis has created a four-legged problem: raccoons as big as orangutangs and bolder than ever before.Wilma Ward told the City Council’s Health Committee today about her harrowing kitchen confrontation with a giant raccoon that invaded her home in the 200 block of South Hoyne.“I looked down the hallway and I saw a set of eyes, too. They weren’t low. I realized it was a raccoon because my neighbor had seen one around. There were two vacant buildings at the time across the back alley,” Ward said.“I came down the hallway, went into my bedroom and barricaded myself until morning because I know they’re nocturnal. The next morning, I went into the kitchen. I had the window up, but I have bars on my window. He or she had clawed the screen and squeezed through the bars in the kitchen. There were some corn curls in a bag on the counter. That was all over the floor [along with] some dry macaroni.”" continued here
They generally do have an attitude. You don't want to get one of these after you. I can't imagine living in a place where half or more of the structures are empty and uncared for.
ReplyDeleteI don't think anyone got the joke and I was all worried about a backlash...(not as edgy as I thought...they even have me thinking twice now)
