Well all they had to do to actually get this thing moving was to wait for Dead Ted The Swimmer to finally make that "final mad dash from the scene of his crimes", since of course he and his family were the sole objectors to the project complaining it would "ruin the view" from their multi million dollar Hyannis Port estate.
Which of course was entirely earned from Daddy Jo the Rum Runner's ill gotten prohibition monetary gains as a nationwide "hooch" smuggler.
So, in his honor, seeing that he indeed was a lover of the water as we all know from Chappaquiddick, this monument will be constructed at the site of the Nantucket Sound Windfarm, which will indeed be visible from the Kennedy "compound" ( if they're still calling a plain old house that dumb word now that the partriarch of Camelot BS is gone) as a tribute to the wind obstructionist now enjoying eternity at the Beelzebub fat farm in hell.

Ted Kennedy dead, Wind Farm Wins Approval
Narcissistic views on News/Politics: "The Obama administration Wednesday approved what would be the nation's first offshore windmill farm, delivering a major victory for the wind energy industry after years of delays. The Cape Wind project, approved by Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, would occupy a 25-square-mile section of Nantucket Sound and generate enough energy to power over 200,000 homes in Massachusetts. But the project could still face financial and legal challenges.First proposed in 2001, the Cape Wind project has been watched closely by other offshore developers. Offshore projects already are operating in Europe, while analysts expect the U.S. to see some development in the coming decade, focused mostly in the Northeast."
It is about time this happened. These damn (Excue the profcanity.) liberals. See them cry about global warming until they are asked to put up windmills in their backyards (Average people don't get a say, it is just done.).
