Concerns Over Guam "Flipping over" Shakes Up the Web from Dimwit Dem Congressman

He says he was "using a metaphor" which to me is BS because frankly, since I don't understand a freakin' word he says about anything during this rambling dialogue that sounds like a ten minute scene from "Grady on Sanford and Son".

Yahoo! Buzz: "On April 1, anything suspiciously bizarre or interesting is to be taken with a shaker full of salt. Still, a recent comment from Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) has many wondering if he's misguided on gravity and geography or just a very gifted deadpan comedian.

At a March 25 meeting of the Armed Services Committee, of which Rep. Johnson is a member, the esteemed congressman had an interesting discussion with Robert Willard, commander of the United States Pacific fleet. The topic: Guam. Specifically, how an influx of Marines and their families may cause the tiny island to 'tip over and capsize.'

The comments were delivered without a clear hint of sarcasm or irony, however Rep. Johnson is now insisting through a comment issued by a spokesperson that he was simply using a metaphor.

'I was using a metaphor to say that with the addition of 8,000 Marines and their dependents -- an additional 80,000 people during peak construction to the port on the tiny island with a population of 180,000 -- could be a tipping point which would adversely affect the island’s fragile ecosystem and overburden its already overstressed infrastructure.'

Maybe so, but Admiral Willard responded to the question with the utmost sincerity. His answer to Rep. Johnson's concerns over Guam capsizing like a lily pad playing host to an obese frog (our words)...

'We don’t anticipate that. The Guam population, I think, currently about 175,000, and again, with 8,000 marines and their families, it’s an addition of about 25,000 more into the population.'"

Is that the dumbest damn headline you've ever seen in your life?

Warns against walking in front of moving trains? Just because some "dumb as dirt" lady (with her three year old godchild in her arms that was also killed because of her dumb ass) did it here last weekend, doesn't mean the entire population is as freaking stupid as she obviously was.

Then again, nowadays maybe there are a lot more of these dumb f***s than we think surrounding us everywhere we turn.

Just when you thought that headline was ignorant enough, look at the stupidity in the caption under this video that says .......

Oh my freakin ***, how damn dumb are the people around us today?  When I was a kid in the 70's the only people who walked in front moving trains were committing suicide. If you do this just once you deserve to die, as much as I'm not a believer of evolution Darwin's theory seems to be proving itself more and more each day I guess.

Why take a chance? A desperate plea from Metra about people who try to beat the train. Metra gave CBS 2 video of a weekend case. As Kristyn Hartman reports, it shows how a split second decision can be deadly.

With the warning bells and lights, you know a train is coming your way. But that doesn't stop drivers who don't want to wait.

'You also see people running across the tracks, trying to make the trains as well,' said frequent passenger Roderick Martin.

Another passenger, Paul Antonou, explained why he's done it.

'People are in a hurry, you know,' he said.

Martin described it as a news story waiting to happen.

Woman Loses Fingers in Attempt to Feed Bear at WI Zoo / Duhh......

Someone should tell this woman that they don't put these things up at zoo's for the hell of it.

The Democrat last night rolled out her second TV ad of the general election race for US Senate. It's a hard-hitting spot -- particularly for a front-runner -- that accuses her Republican opponent, state Senator Scott Brown of Wrentham, of being in 'lock-step' with the national GOP, complete with photos of former president George W. Bush and former vice president Dick Cheney.

There's just one problem. That state she wants to serve? Massachusetts? It's spelled like this at the end of the 30-second spot: 'Massachusettes.' As in, 'Paid for by the Massachusettes Democratic Party and authorized by Martha Coakley for Senate.'

As you might expect, Republicans are having loads of fun with this today. If she can't spell her own state, they quip, how can she work for it on Capitol Hill?"

If she cannot oversee her own commercials which misspell her own state in a TV AD how the hell can she be ready to represent a state in Congress? Because the democratic party is filled with these chair holders and "hand me down candidates" that's why. If not for an uproar we'd be seeing a Kennedy filling this seat, the only problem is the one's left not already placeholding in other states in between trips to rehab (Rhode Island) haven't accomplished very much in politics,  other than being a Kennedy.

I would bet her campaign ad company isn't even based in the state as I couldn't believe anyone with a job in graphics in the state up there wouldn't know how to spell it....(illegals excepted of course, which that state is full of too... in fact one probably aided in composition of the ad apparently)

I bet a third grader could spell it if they live in the state.

Even better than that, go there to look at all the moronic liberals defending this woman up and down no matter what. With them party first country last.

No one expects a congresswoman to "spell correctly"? That's the typical Obama voter answer, so typical and demonstrative of how the country has become filled with dumbed down MORONS, I call them ObaMorons...

If they can't spell the content of and oversee their own gosh damn television ads, what do they get involved with, besides promising bribes for votes?  Apparently not much in this case and for that reason alone she's unqualified.

Here's another video from their debate that took place on Monday night where he corrects the moderator who calls the seat "the Kennedy Seat" and the man Scott Brown politely reminds him who's seat it is .... It's "The People's seat" Dammit....and these democrats don't know that because their voters are ill informed rubber stamps looking for handouts and voting for which ever democrat is handing out the most "free shit", which isn't free to we working taxpayers, especially we disabled ones who still work for a living...

I ignored this "Jersey Shore" joke of a show until now,  the story about this lout that layed a full roundhouse punch into the face of this poor woman (pic low left, vid below) who by the way actually appeared on Jay Leno last night if you can believe it, in his "Battle of Celebrity Imbeciles" segment of idiots along with 2 others from that dumb show.

She didn't do herself any favors with this, although she is fun to laugh at.

And frankly. and after hearing and seeing her for a couple minutes, I'd take her back to have checked again for brain damage,  unless she's always that goofy.

Anyhow, as for this guy (because he can't be called a "man") ....a year of grabbing his ankles at the Chicago Cook County Jail would straighten him out I'm sure, although he's already looking to avoid the Jersey version by using the old "celebrity and wannabe's PR handbook" excuse number one .....

coupled with a lame apology today, trying to make sure he's not working for this woman for the rest of his life paying her legal and medical bills, which he should do without even being asked.

Lemme tell you something about people who claim that lame excuse, they're lying their asses off. I'm a recovering everything, and I've never been so trashed in 40 years I didn't remember what I did, the night before, never.  However,  there were a number of times I wanted to forget, yet be "damn certain" none ever included doing that to a freaking woman.
