Only in a land run by liberal loons would all it's liberally run state's be going bankrupt, but especially ones where criminals are supposed to be put to death according to this article below

But instead, thanks to liberals, the career criminal can only "hope and pray" for a death sentence, because not only will liberals "try their asses off" to keep them from dying for a couple decades with endless appeals, but will do it all "on the house".  That's mostly because "usually" the criminal is a lifetime scumbag, so he obviously has no assets,  and goes to prison to have a better place to live and that's the truth.

So they kill someone and live it up in prison instead of being a street bum outdoors laying in back alleys and sleeping in dumpsters.

However, if I were in charge, the death penalty would be the most expeditious process in the government, saving the state so much taxpayers' money,  that every state would emulate my program for death penalty cases. ANd this is, don't blink or you'll miss it.....1 Appeal and after that conviction, this is all the expenditures we'll be needing after each appeal which again finds them guilty.......

FOXNews.com - "Capital murder trials and death row boondoggles are wreaking havoc on budgets across the country as many states are now rethinking the death penalty, which is enormously costly and rarely imposed even after successful prosecutions.

Every time a killer is sentenced to die, a school closes.

That is the broad assessment of a growing number of studies taking a cold, hard look at how much the death penalty costs in the 35 states that still have it.

Forget justice, morality, the possibility of killing an innocent man or any of the traditional arguments that have been part of the public debate over the death penalty. The new one is this:

The cost of killing killers is killing us.

'There have been studies of costs of the death penalty before, but we have never seen the same reaction that we are seeing now,' says Richard C. Dieter of the non-partisan Death Penalty Information Center. 'Perhaps it is because governments are looking for ways to cut costs, and this is easier than school closings or layoffs, but it sure has hit a nerve.'

In the last year, four states — Kansas, Colorado, Montana and Connecticut — have wrestled with the emotional and politically charged issue. In each state there was a major shift toward rejection of the death penalty and narrow defeats for legislation that would have abolished it. In Connecticut, both houses actually voted in favor of a bill that would have banned executions, but the governor vetoed it.

Unlike past debates over executions, the current battles are fueled largely by the costs the death penalty imposes on states. The numbers, according to the studies, are staggering.

Overall, according to Dieter, the studies have uniformly and conservatively shown that a death-penalty trial costs $1 million more than one in which prosecutors seek life without parole. That expense is being reexamined in the current budget crisis, with some state legislators advocating a moratorium on death-penalty trials until the economy improves."  continued

Boy's 911 Call saves his Family: "Norwalk - A dramatic 911 call reveals a terrified 7-year-old boy begging emergency dispatchers to send police to his Norwalk home where three armed robbers were threatening his parents.

The boy called emergency operators early Tuesday after the gunmen broke into the home.

He said he was hiding in a locked bathroom with his younger sister while the suspects threatened his mother and father at gunpoint.

On the recording, he begs the operator to send police quickly, 'a lot of them... And soldiers too.'

When the suspects broke into the bathroom and grabbed the boy, he screamed and told them he called 911. The suspects fled without taking anything.

Los Angeles County sheriff's Capt. Pat Maxwell says the boy's brave actions helped avoid a tragedy.

The three men remain at large.

I'm not saying it.

Fox new is reporting the man 'had his doubts' about 911, so that's usually what folks who hold those beliefs are referred to as, 'Troofers',  for those out there who are unaware of the mocking characterization. One of which they don't happen to appreciate too much, and that's just too bad I'm afraid.

I know as much as anyone out there about 911,  and in my opinion this government in place right at this moment is far more capable and likely to pull of such an event. You'd have to really hate the country to do something of that nature for profit or any reason whatsoever, and that Bush administration wasn't full of America haters, however this one is .'s

So that's my beliefs on that and frankly I'm not re arguing the facts of that with anyone anywhere anymore at this late date 50 trillion articles, videos and a decade later. They see it their way we see it ours and both think their side is living in reality so that's that.

Believe me when I say I distrust and  as I dislike government intrusions as much as anyone out there, yet we've experienced none of the massive intrusions after 911 that are about to be imposed on us against our will by this rogue and far out of control Obama administration.

James Sabow, who was found dead in the back yard of his California home in 1991. The death was ruled a suicide but the case has long been the source of theories of a coverup.

The user named JPatrickBedell wrote the Sabow case was "a step toward establishing the truth of events such as the September 11 demolitions."   more

Woman Given Ticket By Patrolman For Not Speaking English...Good..

Lets see some more of these handed out left and right I say on the roadways.

I am alluding to the video you can view below about a story where a Dallas police officer cited a driver for being a non-English speaker according to this video from CNN that in turn uncovered the fact that 28 or 30 other times this has occurred and while CNN would like to make it into a racial thing it's simply the police misreading the law that does apply to commercial drivers in that state and others by the way I talk or rant if you will about below




There's more on this story here at Fox News that you can read about there, and according to their report this is not being done with the graces of the Dallas PD meaning the ticketing of non commercial drivers who can't speak English,  but IT SHOULD BE the law there and everywhere as far as I'm concerned, and you can read why in what follows:

First off, I'm sorry to be so hard core about this, but I've had it up to my neck with the ravaging of our beloved American culture with newcomers of all persuasions absolutely refusing to assimilate into our country by learning and participating in our customs. And their first and foremost  offense IS ALWAYS being the PROPER usage of our language at the workplace and elsewhere which nowadays is practically non existent.

This environment is forcing we legal and hard working Americans to constantly suffer through days and nights of miserable broken English accompanied with even worse comprehension everywhere we look, turn and listen throughout our days. So therefore it's not too much of a leap to go from "if you can't speak good enough English to communicate with police in any situation without an interpreter,  than you shouldn't be driving a car at the very least, not on our roads".

And the rationale for that would be because if  one can't SPEAK English they usually can't READ it either, which means road signage and warning signs just for starters,  and that's a dangerous brew for the rest of us out there every time they start one of their vehicles which are usually uninsured as well just to make matters worse.

"Just how dangerous can it be?" you ask?

For the answer to that question, Why not ask the surviving members of Reverend Scott Willis's family here in Illinois (a real reverend by the way) how dangerous it can be when a full 18 wheel rig is manned by a driver who can't speak nor understand English as drivers warned him of an iron bumper coming off his rig at 70 mph for mile after mile on a Wisconsin Interstate.

Warning of this rather large piece of impervious metal that eventually came to rest underneath the Willis' moving SUV igniting their gas tank before they could react causing a treacherous and deadly fire that KILLED SIX OF THEIR CHILDREN AT ONCE. SIX OF THEM, AND WHY????


ALL BECAUSE ONE MAN COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH!!

This was part and parcel of the Highway and license fraud that brought down lowlife Republican  governor George Ryan by the way, who was followed in office as we all now know, yet another crook and this one a democrat of course,  who's now become a professional  TV Whore by the way of all things, none other than Hot Rod Blagojevich

Thank goodness he's at least out of office,  but in all seriousness,  it  could very well be your family or mine  who next become the real victims of this major annoyance turned deadly slap in the face of all Americans in today's non stop 70 mph all the time society, so unlike the liberals would hope we all believe,  it's not a victim-less situation, we need to call an end to it, and an end to it right NOW!

Why such a dangerous person was out in public was a question many, including Washington Gov. Chris Gregoire, were asking as authorities searched for Phillip Arnold Paul.

Authorities at Eastern State Hospital, where Paul is a patient, are being criticized for allowing him to visit the fair despite his violent criminal past and a history of trying to escape.

'Why was he allowed to take such a trip?' the governor said Friday. 'Why did they go to a location that was so heavily populated with families?'" more

That's a damn fine question and when you get the answers Mr Governor it's time for some staffing changes no?

Kidnappers Met In Prison! See Anything wrong with that picture?

Yes there is at least in my worldview......like how in the hell an imprisoned man can meet then get to know enough to marry a woman while supposedly being incarcerated as punishment is beyond me in the first place and should to us all

I mean, many men out here can't even meet women to marry while on the outside, so should this be this easy to do while serving 10-20? If so, then I think it's high time to tighten the screws a little bit around the old prison yards, since the last time I checked it's SUPPOSED TO BE worse on the inside, NO?

Never Give Up Hope..Kidnap girl found miraculously alive after 18yrs

Thank goodness this story ends up somewhat right side up which is great as most we know don't end this way, as in fact this woman was written off for dead since age 11.

This is just one crazy story, and there sure is lots to be discovered in these coming days and months ahead for this mysterious reappearing kidnap victim from 18 years ago once she starts talking about and hopefully cashing in big time from her one would think mostly harrowing experiences..
