Obama OKs First Tax-Funded Abortions Under Health Care Law : Not my money, EVER

Well we knew this was bullshit when they jammed this illegal bill down American's throats and I can assure you of one thing. .....this American will not pay taxes EVER again until this shit is repealed. And this also shows Obama's executive order was worth about the same as the paper we wipe our tails with, while he uses the constitution for that.

"Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- The Obama administration has officially approved the first instance of taxpayer funded abortions under the new national government-run health care program. This is the kind of abortion funding the pro-life movement warned about when Congress considered the bill.

The Obama Administration will give Pennsylvania $160 million to set up a new 'high-risk' insurance program under a provision of the federal health care legislation enacted in March.

It has quietly approved a plan submitted by an appointee of pro-abortion Governor Edward Rendell under which the new program will cover any abortion that is legal in Pennsylvania.

The high-risk pool program is one of the new programs created by the sweeping health care legislation, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, President Obama signed into law on March 23. The law authorizes $5 billion in federal funds for the program, which will cover as many as 400,000 people when it is implemented nationwide.

'The Obama Administration will give Pennsylvania $160 million in federal tax funds, which we've discovered will pay for insurance plans that cover any legal abortion,' said Douglas Johnson, legislative director for the National Right to Life Committee.

Johnson told LifeNews.com: 'This is just the first proof of the phoniness of President Obama's assurances that federal funds would not subsidize abortion -- but it will not be the last.'

Italian Baby boy survives 2 days after aborted murder left to die in "comfort room", as Obama's Illinois Law Allows!

This happens in Italy and there will be murder charges, but not in Obama's Illinois were his law allows this to happen daily/  See below.

Telegraph: "The 22-week infant died one day later in intensive care at a hospital in the mother's home town of Rossano in southern Italy.

The mother, pregnant for the first time, had opted for an abortion after prenatal scans suggested that her baby was disabled.

However, the infant survived the procedure, carried out on Saturday in the Rossano Calabro hospital, and was left by doctors to die.

He was discovered alive the following day – some 20 hours after the operation – by Father Antonio Martello, the hospital chaplain, who had gone to pray beside his body.

He found that the baby, wrapped in a sheet with his umbilical cord still attached, was moving and breathing.

The priest raised the alarm and doctors immediately arranged for the infant to be taken to a specialist neo-natal unit at the neighbouring Cosenza hospital, where he died on Monday morning.

Italian police are investigating the case for 'homicide' because infanticide is illegal in Italy.

The law means that doctors have had an obligation to try to preserve the life of the child once he had survived the abortion.

The Italian government is also considering an inquiry into the conduct of the hospital staff.

Eugenia Roccella, the under-secretary of state in the health department, on Wednesday night promised a government inquiry into the incident."

This is the very same thing Obama voted to allow to happen here in Illinois while  he was here screwing up Illinois' black communities  more than they already sadly were.

Abortion is murder, always has been and always will be, anyone participating or advocating them are accessories to murder and God will judge them and hopefully not us as well for not doing enough to stop it.

This is good to see because as it turns out Stupak and his gang are indirect baby killers, and that's the truth.  Drop me into that senate chamber and as much as I hate people that do this, I'll do it too at this juncture, as the silent majority crap has to end now if we want to save this place from the red invasion.

Someone out here has to keep trying to protect the unborn until all the freaking hippies die off, then we can abolish the draconian massacre of the most innocent of our society..

As even the kids today recognize how sickening of a practice it is, and we can only hope and pray our God above spares us all eternal damnation for not stopping it,  at any cost. I think about this every day.

Neugebauer: 'Outpouring' of support since 'baby killer' outburst

Randy Neugebauer said this afternoon that his shout of 'baby killer' amid Congressional debate over health care legislation Sunday night has drawn a 'tremendous outpouring' of phone calls, emails, and financial contributions 'telling me, 'Congressman, thank you for taking a stand.''

'You wouldn’t believe the emails and the phone calls of people calling and saying just, 'Thank you, Congressman, for taking a stand for the unborn,' he told POLITICO in an interview. He said he had 'no idea' how much money he's raised, though he addresses the subject just above a 'Donate' button on his campaign website.

'People are outpouring their support to me and that’s whats important – this is not about money,' he said.

Neugebauer maintains that his shout was directed at the health care legislation, not at Rep. Bart Stupak, and he said he called Stupak and then approached him on the floor of the House to apologize. But Stupak today said he thought Neugebauer should apologize more formally during House proceedings.

'I’m a little confused about that – he said yesterday, 'Let’s put this behind us,' he said apologies have been made, its time to move on,' Neugebauer said. 'I’m a little perplexed. Maybe he's getting pressure from the left to stoke this, and I thin that’s regrettable.'

Neugebauer said he regrets that anyone took him as attacking Stupak, at whom his call was widely taken as directed, but that he has no regrets for the sentiment or where he expressed it in what he said was a 'spontaneous' outburst born of a very 'intense moment' in the House of Representatives"

Obamacare D-Day Vote Today Hinging On Abortion if Anything.

Updated at exactly 3:00 pm cdt Bart Stupack announced some kind of deal with Obama that keeps public money in any way from funding abortion with the language supposedly taken out of the bill. (click pic to Fox news story)

In addition it's also re affirmed with an executive order,  which keep in mind "can always be overturned by a law or the president himself. Furthermore it's only good as long as Obama's president so that could end in December after impeachment when R's and Independents take congress back, but it's really only re stating present law for the most part.

(we'll have to see what happens with this now, it's still all a con job that has to go back to the senate)  NOt to mention I and another 150 million American's don't trust ObamaLosi Reid Inc.  as far as far as we can see,  because we all know they're all "shuckin' and jivin'" us all somehow, I'm sure.

We''ll see how this turns out today, sadly it appears the democrats holding out have now all been adequately bribed to purchase their YES votes and those 8 or 9 congressman along with the rest of that party are traitors to the country and we will never forget Stupack and the rest of these cons as long as we live.

And hopefully the people on the hill who are defending the lives of the unborn along with the citizenry out here doing the same will be rewarded at a later date in other ways for hanging tough on this issue in light of all the pressures. Of that I'm certain.

However, if it doesn't get rewarded here today with a defeat of this horrendous bill,  all who voted to not only to increase the amount of children wiped out through "Fetal Genocide" as I call it, but also making it essentially free by charging us, (the very people who are against it in the first place on the side of humanity) to foot the bill for these millions of murders in the mother's womb of all places will feel the wrath from today through the fall as we rise up in a fury this country has never seen since the Civil War to bring end for once and for all the democratic party's power in this country.

The party of genocide will be wiped off the map as a result of the passing of this bill, and we will work tirelessly until our typing fingers and protesting feet are bleeding and voices are gone in order to make certain this repulsive bill is repealed for a  version that doesn't condone and fund the continued murder of generations of helpless potential future Americans, who are above all and everything GOD'S children who we have no right to kill at will, as liberals have been doing since the 1970's.

And to God they will answer on their day of judgment and their betrayal of humanity for their convenience and personal comfort now. Of that, I am certain. And, we'll make them pay in the meantime by ending their careers in politics starting today.

House health-care vote Sunday may hinge on abortion issues:

"House leaders decided Saturday to stage a vote on the Senate's health-care bill, dropping a much-criticized strategy of allowing lawmakers to 'deem' the landmark legislation into law. But the outcome of that vote remained in doubt as a pivotal bloc of Democrats continued to withhold its support over fears that the bill would open the door to the federal funding of abortion.

House leaders were working to secure their votes late Saturday with the promise of an executive order affirming President Obama's commitment to a longstanding ban on public abortion funding except in cases of rape or incest, or to save the life of the mother. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio), a key antiabortion vote, said she thought the document would be insufficient to bring the entire group of about 10 antiabortion Democrats onboard.

This man John Boehner has been at the forefront of the fight against Obamacare and for that when this bill starts  showing it's real stripes starting tomorrow would make a fine president since he's one of the few who kept his eyes on the ball along with the other Republicans calling it what it was all along just as the right did with Obama during the elections.




We will be on the right side of history on this one for sure regardless of the outcome today. This whole thing doesn't even really get off the ground yet. Another thing is the states are suing and if only a couple more join in they have constitutional mass which means "all bets are off"

We lost the battle but the war will rage on tomorrow morning like they've never seen in DC ever.

Bank on it. I'm sending Boehner and 9 other Republicans who have led the resistance on this  a $1000 check just for standing up for the issue, so I'm sure the big dog donors are ready with their checks as well.

I'm really glad to see some lawmakers up there still have souls, as anyone up on that hill that has the gall to send the country's abortion bill to well behaved Christians and pro life Americans not only needs their FREAKING head examined, they should be removed from office immediately.

In addition to Stupak, Rep. Dan Lipinski of Illinois has gone on the record as changing his vote to no if asked to pass the Senate bill, which some argue doesn't do enough to forbid tax-funded abortions. "Protecting the sanctity of life is a matter of principle," Lipinski said.

Other Democratic representatives who voted yes on the House bill but are a no vote if the Senate language remains are Reps. Joe Donnelly of Indiana, Kathy Dahlkemper of Pennsylvania, Steve Driehaus of Ohio and Marion Berry of Arkansas.

"I would not vote for it," Donnelly told the Rochester Sentinel on Tuesday. "From my reading of it, it does permit federal funding for abortion related services, in the Senate bill as it stands today, and so that is a fatal flaw in my opinion."

Abortion law: Court blocks Illinois' parental notification law just enacted this week!

I wrote with glee the other day about this notification law taking effect finally this week and this morning news comes that the anti American organization known as the ACLU steps up to the plate and is awarded a temporary restraining order by no doubt some sympathetic liberal Crook County judge ready to legislate this one from the bench to circumvent the voters.

Sick of those judges are we enough after seeing all the social damage a few of these rogue liberal dem judges can do and in this case we have one who thinks he's GOD I guess, deciding children of mostly liberals should be able to murder their own fetuses just like the mostly liberal adults do at their leisure. 55 million worth to date and now rising again in Illinois at least temporarily..

Unbelievably this law has been on the books since 1995 and not enforced apparently since they just had to get a restraining order to stop its newfound enforcement if I'm correct on this.

Judge Daniel Riley granted a temporary restraining order sought by the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois in the late afternoon, hours after Illinois' medical disciplinary board decided the state could begin enforcing the law. It requires physicians to notify parents or guardians when those 17 or younger seek abortions.

The restraining order was based on an October lawsuit filed by a Chicago physician and a Granite City women's medical clinic who believe the 1995 law is unconstitutional and would harm minors by preventing them from obtaining safe abortions or force them to carry their pregnancies to term.

'We are delighted,' said Lorie Chaiten, an attorney and director of reproductive rights for the ACLU of Illinois. 'Young women in this state would be abused, kicked out of their homes' when their parents learn of their planned abortion.

Abortion opponents vowed to fight on. 'I expected it,' said Joseph Scheidler, national director of the Chicago-based Pro-Life Action League, referring to the restraining order. 'It's just more time. What's another week or two?'

Illinois parental notification law goes into effect Today

 Hopefully others follow suit with this as the long awaited and hard fought battle of parental notification has been enacted and takes effect today which should help lower the numbers of children making lifelong effecting decisions without the input of the only usually 2 people that care about them truly from cradle to grave..

THEIR PARENTS.!..

....not some liberal teacher or counselor from the far left schools from coast to coast who are pro choice themselves, and decide everyone they counsel should be too, no matter how young and gullible they are or may be in this stress filled time, as they both are looking for the easiest and most expedient solution to a adult problem. 

So now it's back in the parent's court, and they ALL have to step up and make their children more comfortable however they can,  so they will always feel good enough to come to them with their problems, no matter how bad or serious they may be instead of people who are paid to care and most often don't..

Or otherwise, the law gets changed back, as millions more babies end up in the bottom of garbage cans and disposals..that simple.... And think about  how gruesome it is that this practice even exists in the first place and advocated by liberals as birth control of mostly minorities they claim to represent, and we can all bet humanity will pay for this brutal decision made by a bunch of judges on the Supreme Court in Roe V Wade 40 years and 55 million dead fetuses ago that we haven't stopped yet. Guaranteed.

Abortion Advocate From Planned Parenthood Sees Ultrasound and Resigns

This speaks pretty much for itself as a woman working in a top level position at Planned Parenthood wbruptly resigned as the headline says "after watching an ultrasound procedure being performed" which obviously lends itself to the argument that pregnant girls should be counseled on these decisions before making such a drastic and possibly deadly choice as an abortion which should include their parents at all times but remarkably does not in many states..

Ironically enough such a law is going into effect right here in Illinois tomorrow that requires parents to be notified, which shows without a doubt that once we finally got Obama out of the state, the pro life movement was able to at least get this tool taken out of the Planned Parenthood abortion conveyor belt toolbox which is quite an accomplishment in this liberally governed state.

As most people know now, Obama loves to fight for the right to abortion, and played a most pivotal role in the continuation of murdering babies in a fashion many describe as Infanticide in this state, which was fought tooth and nail while Obama stopped for his cups of coffee in the Illinois senate, and has been immortalized in congressional hearings and elsewhere by the heartbreaking story and testimony of former Illinois nurse Jill Stanek and her description of  which aided similar legislation in other states in it's wake...

Remember that Obama  upon his election and January 20th inauguration signed into law what's known as the Freedom Of Choice act as described here by NRO's Rich Lowery....

In 2007, Obama told the Planned Parenthood Action Fund that the Freedom of Choice Act would be the first piece of legislation that he would sign as president. The act would not only codify Roe v. Wade, but wipe out all current federal, state and local restrictions on abortion that pass muster under Roe, including the Hyde Amendment prohibiting federal funding of abortion. This is not the legislative priority of a man keenly attuned to the moral implications of abortion.
