Mexican Illegals and Even Legals Get More Brazen Daily

Linked on Drudge is the blog of a TV station in Reno where viewers noticed a Mexican bar flying illegally by the way a Mexican flag over the American Flag. Check it out at the site where there is a video of a Vet who walks over in front of the cameraman and cuts the Mexican rag down for the camera's and then walks off with the American flag after explaining why he did it and the knife he used was his US Army issued knife.

After that this business should be boycotted by local residents until the doors have to close down permanently. However it's probably only there to cater to illegals in the first place from the looks of it, so the locals just have to sit outside with cameras taking pictures of all the illegals coming in and out of the dive and try getting them deported after arrested.

The owner of the bar looks stunned and acts stupid when confronted by the cameraman, you know the routine, the "me speak no english" look they give you when hassled for something or another, we've all seen and heard it , the "no comprende" excuse.

Flag of Mexico Flown Illegally Over Reno Business:

Channel 4 KRNV.com: Local News and Weather for Reno-Tahoe Region: "This afternoon we received a call from a viewer who said a business near downtown Reno was flying a Mexican flag above an American flag... which is in fact illegal. This, after photos and comments about the flag were posted on Craigslist this morning. When we were able to have a photographer go and check everything out we found the story to be true. It also didn t take long before the situation provoked a strong reaction. We are now going to show you , unedited, what happened. Click on the video to see what happened." video

Same video is below but questionable quality, the site was experiencing heavy Drudge related traffic so the recording is a little un-timed but viewable here
Updated Wednesday Afternoon 3 pm cdt: as the story becomes a national headliner the ACLU gets involved adn sticks there nose in the story on behalf of who else, the Mexican flag flyer basically over the Veteran that braqvely and thankfully cut that rag down on behalf of all us Americans who couldn't be there to do what he did out of love for this country.

Nevada ACLU releases statement On Mexican Flag Flying Over American Flag

The ACLU of Nevada is concerned about recent media reports that it is "illegal" to fly foreign flags over the U.S. flag.

While there is indeed a federal law regulating the display of the U.S. flag, that law is merely advisory and simply codifies standard government practice in displaying the American flag.

Several federal courts have examined this law and held that the flag rules are not mandatory and cannot be enforced. Indeed, if the federal flag rules were mandatory, they would clearly violate the First Amendment, which protects every American's right to speak and express themselves, including their choice of flag to display. continued
