5 Lousy Years For Killing 3 Innocent Men

That's what a young woman who killed three men on their lunch hour by ramming her vehicle doing 50 miles an hour into theirs in a ridiculous attempt at suicide was her claim and defense for this heinous act. I wrote about her at the beginning of her trial here and was certainly not expecting this outcome, nor were the families of the three dead and innocent men pictured below that she murdered.

So three men are dead and this woman will be out of prison in 2 years I'll bet for her acts due to the fact that a pathetic Chicago judge bought her "crazy chick" defense hook line and sinker.

I can assure you that if this killer looked like this

instead of this
she would be spending the rest of her life in jail without a doubt, but again as I stated she'll be back at the beach and working the strip clubs like she did before the murders (as I call them) like nothing ever happened.

I'm personally ashamed to be a Chicagoan after this decision and I do hope somehow this woman is retried and made to pay a real price for her crimes, like life in prison, where she belongs, along with any other murderer such as herself.

Below are the three men she innocently killed that day:

Driver guilty in crash fatal to 3
SKOKIE | But judge says it was suicide bid, not murder

Chicago Sun Times : Jeanette Sliwinski was attempting to commit suicide -- not murder -- when she drove at nearly 90 mph into the back of a car stopped at a red light, a Cook County judge ruled Friday.

Acquitting Sliwinski of first-degree murder, Judge Garritt E. Howard instead convicted the 25-year-old former model of lesser, reckless homicide charges for killing the three occupants of the car she rammed in 2005.

"She never touched her brakes, she never attempted to maneuver around the other car. The evidence is overwhelming the defendant was attempting to commit suicide," Howard said as he announced his verdict.convicting the Morton Grove woman of the felony charges, Howard also rejected her insanity defense, though he acknowledged she was struggling with psychological problems when she triggered the July 14, 2005, crash. (continued below my comment )

And this means exactly what? That she's a selfish little bitch who decided that not only was her life worth shit, that someone else's or in this case three others were worth nothing either. I'm absolutely sickened by this verdict and this judge should be run out of town on a rail and at the very least investigated for previous nutty rulings to measure his competency behind the bench.

Something I'm attempting to do myself but have been unsuccessful up to now in gleaning any pertinent information on the internet, other than his name from crooked Crook County retention ballots that is. What a disgrace this decision is and I only pray that the prosecution is able to find some reason that this case should be looked at by another judge for one legal reason or another

He found her guilty but mentally ill -- meaning she will have access to psychiatric treatment while she serves her prison term.

"The defendant did have some serious mental health issues in the days leading up to the crash. She was in a downward spiral," Howard said.

Sliwinski wept softly in the Skokie courtroom as she was convicted of the charges, which carry a maximum 10-year prison term.

If Sliwinski had been convicted of first-degree murder, she faced a possible sentence of natural life in prison.

But Howard noted that Sliwinski immediately after the crash told rescue workers and police that she had been trying to kill herself when she drove into a car at a busy Skokie intersection.

"I believe the defendant was being truthful when she said she only intended to hurt herself and no one else," said Howard, who heard the case without a jury.

The 12:30 p.m. crash killed co-workers Michael Dahlquist, 39, John Glick, 35, and Douglas Meis, 29. The men were going out to lunch when Sliwinski slammed into their car, flipping it onto its roof.

Meis' parents said the guilty verdicts brought little comfort to family members.

"There's a great big hole in our family, and there always will be," said his mother, Gail Meis. continued

I can imagine so.
