But this story is particularly unusual considering what these first responders went through on September 11th and still fight for today in spite of what seems to be painful ingratitude for their services and losses performing such.
This must be the result of somebody or group who's offended by the presence of such memorabilia and it would be my first guess that either the ACLU, CAIR, to name a few of the usual culprits who are involved in these Anti American type decisions made by spineless politico's.
Once this blows over, which it won't but they are hoping it will, we will eventually but quietly hear who the real complainants are or were from those above referred to politico's that are instituting this ridiculous and highly offensive ban.
New York Firefighters Outraged by Ban on American Flags, Pictures of Fallen Colleagues on LockersIn a stunning crackdown, the FDNY has demanded that all personal decorations, including flags and pictures of colleagues killed on Sept. 11, 2001, be removed from lockers, WCBSTV reported.
The controversy began two weeks ago when a sexually explicit slogan was reported at Engine 230 in Brooklyn. In response, FDNY Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta banned all decorations, including American flags, "Support Our Troops" stickers, pictures of family and Mass cards.
