Two Interesting U.S. Transportation Stories......

that show just how whacked things are getting or already have gotten in our country involving this big business, political correctness and illegal immigration love triangle.

The first one involves the Union Pacific Railroad asking for special treatment for their trains only originating in Mexico and arriving here in the U.S...
Railroad wants to nix U.S. inspection
Files for waiver to have safety check on Mexican side only

By Jerome R. Corsi © 2007 WorldNetDaily.com
Union Pacific is asking the Federal Railroad Administration to allow a train that regularly originates in Mexico to undergo safety inspections south of the border and enter without any checks in the U.S.

The FRA has scheduled a waiver hearing on the matter Feb. 7 in Laredo, Texas,

The United Transportation Union, a broad-based labor union headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, opposes the move.

"Already at war with many of its customers over poor service and escalating prices, Union Pacific now is seeking authority to avoid safety inspections on U.S. soil and run trains from Mexico as far as 1,500 miles through and into major U.S. metropolitan areas," the union says........... more on that here
Yeah, that sure sounds like a great idea, don't ya think? I didn't think so....No inspections on our side of the border!! They must be kidding? Better yet, this idea probably would have made it through were it not brought to public attention by Jerome Corsi. (however, WorldNetDaily uncovers a lot of this stuff they are generally looked at as a right wing news rag and not taken very seriously by anybody who isn't on the internet daily. I take this seriously.)

The second story making the rounds is one you've probably seen by now, but if not.. it involves school buses in Minnesota removing minority children from a school bus for not being Spanish speaking kids, in America....
Students kicked off school bus in St. Paul

Imagine sending your kids off to school, but when they get to the bus they are told they can't get on because they speak English.

That's right, English.

It happened to a few children in St. Paul and now the school district is apologizing.

Rachel Armstrong sent her kids to pick up the bus as usual Monday, but after the driver let the kids on, he told them he would not pick them up again. He even said he wouldn't take them home that afternoon.

Armstrong left work early Tuesday, forced to pick up her kids from Phalen Lake Elementary School.

Her twin girls, 10, and her son, 8, were kicked off their regular school bus. They were told by the bus driver the route is for non-English speaking students only. read more or watch the video

It turns out the children in question shouldn't have been on the bus in the first place due to the fact that they had apparently moved out of the bus riding perimeter for that school, but at least it uncovered something I'm sure the district didn't want to have unfurled in stories and blogs across America today.

So how many other school districts or railroad companies or taxi cab companies etc etc are out there asking for the same type of dispensations or exceptions to the rules for their businesses or are discriminating against Americans born and living in America in favor of ones that weren't and are living and working here illegally?

Way too many to count accurately is the answer to that question. Another thing that is painfully obvious is that both parties in our government have sold us Americans down the river, and do not intend to rectify this anytime in the near future, if it can even be rectified at this point.

As a result we may have lost the country for good already. I certainly hope not, but things look more and more grim for the future of American culture and it's once greatness, that for a short 200 plus years set us apart from the rest of the countries in the world. This in the name o fairness and political correctness and is now pushing this country to near third world nanny state status like all of Mexico and most of Europe for the children of today that will be here when we're all gone tomorrow.
