From Coast To Coast Friday Night, Obama Detractor Files Lawsuit Regarding Citizenship Questions and Other Obama Tidbits

A Democratic Nut  Named Philip Berg has filed a lawsuit to challenge Obama's citizenship from his unorthodox childhood and made his first appearance publicly in this regard on the often times goofy Coast To Coast Program Friday night which I listened to in it's entirety.

He is quite a nut I must confess,  a 9-11 truther who's extensive bodies of wackery can be easily viewed on the internet here.

These present lawsuit claims have been on the internet for months and months in different forms and variations, with his speculation being that the GOP was simply waiting to raise these issues in court finally after the big Obama coronation fiasco in Denver this week. 

Apparently this self confessed Hillary supporter isn't waiting around any longer and is pushing the suit now to avoid a complete Democratic meltdown if Obama is nominated and then has to withdraw if these claims can be finally proven or otherwise.

I agree with much of what the suit says as wacky as this all seems because Obama has been quite evasive as has his campaign where it pertains to proving these multiple claims to be false, especially since the campaign had the audacity to question Senator McCain's eligibility for the presidency due to his somewhat unorthodox birth circumstances that somewhat resemble Obama's strangely enoug, which the US Senate unimaously ruled to be moot and ruled McCain a natural born citizen.

Now it's Obama's turn, what the hell is he hiding?

2. Was he a citizen of Kenya, Indonesia and/or Canada?
3. What was the early childhood of Obama in Hawaii; in Kenya; in Indonesia when he was adopted; and later, back to Hawaii?
4. An explanation as to the various names utilized by Obama that include: Barack Hussein Obama; Barry Soetoro; Barry Obama; Barack Dunham; and Barry Dunham.
5. Illinois Bar Application – Obama fails to acknowledge use of names other than Barack Hussein Obama, a blatant lie.

It wouldn't be that unusual for Obama to lie now would it? The strangest thing above all is that through a strange technicality like this Obama's entire adult life would be a fraud and this would be one of the most earthshattering events to ever take place during a presidential election process were these claims to be true, and Obama is not a US citizen after all.

As I said above, the man is basically a loose cannon who generally is fighting republicans and himself is a certified sufferer of BDS, so his credibility is near half zero, however the claims that are being made have not been disproved by Obama, similar to the claims being made by Larry Sinclair

He's yet another screw loose type individual who sides against Obama, and his claims are  basically that he had gay sex with the Illinois Senator while indulging in a few nights of crack abuse as well with Barry. Obama has raised nearly 2 Billion for his 2008 Presidential run! Mr. Obama you see PAC as a way for you to buy the White House and to buy influence which is paying back in spades in this election! Just one more not to vote for Obama!

40. I do not have lobbyist as part of my Campaign staff! Liar Liar Liar Big Nasty Liar!!! Your campaign has some 57 lobbyist currently on Staff and counting. It used to have 42 back in January the number of Lobbyist has been increasing. How many will you have by September? More than 100! Already Clinton’’s Lobbyist are applying for positions. If you take them Mr. Obama you will have 102 Lobbyist in your campaign if you do not take on more before they jump ship!

Then showed it to you the next day where you approved it and allowed it to run! This guy who was in your campaign and was high up with authority contradicts you! You went out of your way to be in Washington for this vote. 46. I have always supported universal healthcare! Liar liar Liar! No you tried a pay stand in your first term as an Illinois senator! In your 12 page questionnaire you stated “support a single-payer health plan for Illinois \"”in principal\"\" [sic], “\"although such a program will probably have to be instituted at a federal level; the long-term objective would be a universal care system that does not differentiate between the unemployed, the disabled, and so on.”\"

Your pay as you go but you pay to a State system as you put it. In that system and even with the universal one you are pushing now it leaves out millions while requiring the people to pay close to 80 trillion dollars to reach the so call 100% mark! The truth is that Government programs never work. Medicare does not work! Yet Obama is using

Medicare as the model for the whole nation! But Obama for a time believed that people should pay as they go by paying the State for their healthcare! This never works and eventually it leads to other morality problems like is seen in all other universal healthcare programs by other countries like Canada, UK, France and Germany. In all those other countries, they use selective genetics to weed out the population and limit costs. In other words, the severely disabled, mentally ill and the institutionalized elderly are euthanized to save costs to the bottom line! All these people are given either injections or pills to kill them and thus remove the drain on the cost of caring for them from the health system!

Or that a Kenyan ambassador has also admitted that Obama was Kenyan born? Why I ask would the Kenyan Government be spending untold dollars building a museum, hotel and the likes to accommodate expected tourism from Obama's Kenyan connection, because his father was born there? How 'bout Bill Richardson calling Obama an Illegal immigrant accidentally in Spanish?

Come to think of it how many other US presidents father's hometowns are places of destination of tourism dollars as Kenya has plans to become? For instance have you ever seen a "Lincolns father was born here!" sign anywhere, or a "George Washington's Father took a whiz here" commemorative urinal in Mount Vernon or elsewhere? How 'bout the yard where Washington was said to have chopped down the cherry tree as a destination for tourism?(which appears to be mostly legend)

I Always Liked Alan Keyes And Here's Why..He Hates Obama

Keyes has always remained true to his beliefs and sticks to his guns no matter what the pressure and public opinion say, which are always qualities of men made to lead people and a second and equally important reason is he as have I always seen through Obama's thin exterior and even made a valiant attempt as one of the first people to try and stop this Obamanation at the very beginning.

And as most conservatives know even though he lost his carpetbagging attempt at keeping Obama from using the Illinois senate seat as a launch pad back in 2004 he's been on and up his backside the entire way, and still is. I admire that tenacity and dedication because this man sees right through Obama's game from a true African American conservative prism and I value his opinion on Obama greatly.

Because I've been on Obama's ass for three years here and was going to be a part of Jack Ryan's derailed senate campaign as a family member is old college friends with Ryan, and we were all convinced he would've won the race then and still are today, if only the damn George Ryan Burned Illinois GOP didn't wuss out when scandal erupted regarding he and Ryans' Hollywood starlet ex-wife Jeri Lynn Ryan to protect their children from a typical Dem scorched earth campaign (a non scandal which by dem standards was a frigging tea party)

After winning the primaries handily they left Ryan to twist in the wind under this fake scandal drummed up by the party of no morality and their candidate Obama until he dropped out of the race to make way for Keyes, who as a Maryland resident never really stood a chance against the smooth talking Obama. WorldNet Daily"Alan Keyes, a 2008 presidential candidate who is also a plaintiff in one of the many lawsuits challenging Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, charged at a pro-life rally that unless Obama's social and economic policies are stopped, the United States as we know it is over.

Keyes' comments were part of an interview with a reporter from KHAS-TV at a fundraiser for the AAA Crisis Pregnancy Center in Hastings, Neb.

'Obama is a radical communist, and I think it is becoming clear. That is what I told people in Illinois and now everybody realizes it's true,' said Keyes, who ran unsuccessfully against Obama for the state's open Senate seat in 2004. 'He is going to destroy this country, and we are either going to stop him or the United States of America is going to cease to exist.'


Keyes also reasserted his belief that unless the question of Obama's eligibility to serve as president is answered definitively, America may face the startling crisis of an executive branch run by a 'usurper.'

'Is he president of the United States?' Keyes asked the reporter of Obama. 'According to the Constitution, in order to be eligible for president you have to be a natural born citizen. He has refused to provide proof.'"

"I'm not sure he's even president of the United States," Keyes continued, "neither are many of our military people now who are now going to court to ask the question, 'Do we have to obey a man who is not qualified under the constitution?' We are in the midst of the greatest crisis this nation has ever seen, and if we don't stop laughing about it and deal with it, we're going to find ourselves in the midst of chaos, confusion and civil war."

Keyes, who stated he refuses even to refer to Obama as president, labeled the man in the Oval Office as "somebody who is kind of an alleged usurper, who is alleged to be someone who is occupying that office without constitutional warrant to do so."

Keyes' comments included harsh criticism of Obama's policies on immigration, abortion, and the mortgage crisis. He concluded the interview by railing against the president's push for hundreds of billions of dollars in government economic stimulus spending.

"We are claiming that a bankrupt government can save a bankrupt banking system," Keyes said. "The fact that we have just elected an individual – who may or may not be qualified – and he presents silly ideas like this and says, 'Let's move forward now,' and we're all acting like the laws of economics have been repealed and we can actually afford to foot the bill with money nobody's got, this is insane.

"It's got to lead to the collapse of our economy," Keys declared, "and it's going to."

WND has reported on multiple legal challenges, including Keyes' case, that have alleged Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some claim he was not born in Hawaii, as he insists, but in Kenya. Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

The Keyes case is being handled largely by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, but others playing a key role in the legal actions include Orly Taitz of California as well as Philip Berg, both of whom already have had their arguments rejected as not worthy of hearing by the U.S. Supreme Court.

* proving his American citizenship. Berg's latest appeal, requesting an injunction to stop the Electoral College from selecting the 44th president, was denied.

* * Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing

* * Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.

* * Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.

* * Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.

* * California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters.
