"Fake" Nevada Tea Party Senate candidate to be arrested

It sounds like the "fake tea partier" known mostly to internet junkies and local Nevada residents will be carted off to jail and won't be getting in the way of making sure "Dingy Harry" isn't re elected by "splitting" the vote as many contend this moron was in the race to do.

I say "moron", because anyone injecting themselves into a national attention grabbing race like this would make sure there aren't any "open warrants" out for their arrest. Moron. The National  group "Tea Party  Express" has an ad out disowning this impostor so it's a safe bet he's not there for what he "says" he is. (he contrarily says 'tea party express' itself is a joke, but I'll go with them on this one)

Laura Ingraham's "Need to Know": "The Las Vegas ABC affiliate reported Tuesday that Tea Party candidate Scott Ashjian might soon go to jail. KTNV.com says the Clark County District Attorney's office filed for an arrest warrant for Ashjian, who is running for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's Senate seat in the coming mid-term elections.

ABC says that Ashjian lost his contractor's license last week when he failed to appear for a hearing.

The district attorney's office then filed charges of felony theft against him, the news report said.

The report also says that the attorney general claims Asjian wrote a bad check for $5,000 to a businessman in December.

Legal challenges were also raised last week over Ashjian's bid as a Nevada Tea Party candidate.

The Independent American Party and the group Anger is Brewing, an affiliate of the national tea party movement, say they will file a lawsuit in Carson City claiming Ashjian filed as a candidate before registering to vote as a Nevada Tea Party member. Tim Fasano, a Senate candidate with the Independent American Party, argues Ashjian violated the oath on his declaration of candidacy by claiming to be a Nevada Tea Party member."

Calling all Politico's -Thousands Rally in Capital to Protest Big Government

An actual report from the MSM and the New York Times nonetheless on today's awesome display of conservative anger and organization across the nation that sure stunned the hell out of the left I'm certain, as calm and collected conservatives took a page from their book and rewrote the script the patriot's way.

Much more in the posts that follow this one on today's protests across the country focused on Chicago and DC mostly here at least..There was also some activity in Texas and many other states that should cause some sleepless nights in Washington among the elitist liberals now in power pretending to care about the average Americans.

NYTimes.com:"WASHINGTON — A sea of protesters filled the west lawn of the Capitol and spilled onto the National Mall on Saturday in the largest rally against President Obama since he took office, a culmination of a summer-long season of protests that began with opposition to a health care overhaul and grew into a broader dissatisfaction with government."

On a cloudy and cool day, the demonstrators came from all corners of the country, waving American flags and handwritten signs explaining the root of their frustrations. Their anger stretched well beyond the health care legislation moving through Congress, with shouts of support for gun rights, lower taxes and a smaller government.

But as they sang verse after verse of patriotic hymns like “God Bless America,” sharp words of profane and political criticism were aimed at Mr. Obama and Congress.

Dick Armey, a former House Republican leader whose group Freedomworks helped organize the protest, stood before the crowd and led the rallying cries in nearly the same spot where Mr. Obama took his oath of office eight months ago.

“He pledged a commitment of fidelity to the United States Constitution,” Mr. Armey said, suggesting that Mr. Obama was in violation of what the founding fathers intended the size and scope of the government to be.

“Liar! Liar! Liar! Liar!” the crowd shouted back, echoing the accusation that Representative Joe Wilson, Republican of South Carolina, hurled at the president three days earlier during his address to Congress.

The demonstrators numbered well into the tens of thousands, though the police declined to estimate the size of the crowd. Many came on their own and were not part of an organization or group. But the magnitude of the rally took the authorities by surprise, with throngs of people streaming from the White House to Capitol Hill for more than three hours.

The atmosphere was rowdy at times, with signs and images casting Mr. Obama in a demeaning light. One sign called him the “parasite in chief.” Others likened him to Hitler. Several people held up preprinted signs saying, “Bury Obama Care with Kennedy,” a reference to the Massachusetts senator whose body passed by the Capitol two weeks earlier to be memorialized.

Other signs did not focus on Mr. Obama, but rather on the government at large, promoting gun rights, tallying the national deficit and deploring illegal immigrants living in the United States.

Still, many demonstrators expressed their views without a hint of rage. They said the size of the crowd illustrated that their views were shared by a broader audience.

“I want Congress to be afraid,” said Keldon Clapp, 45, an unemployed marketing representative who recently moved to Tennessee from Connecticut after losing his job. “Like everyone else here, I want them to know that we’re watching what they’re doing. And they do work for us.”

As Mr. Obama traveled to Minnesota on Saturday to rally support for his health care plan, he flew over the assembling crowd in Marine One. The helicopter could be seen flying overhead as the demonstrators marched down Pennsylvania Avenue.

“This is not some kind of radical right-wing group,” Senator Jim DeMint, Republican of South Carolina, said in an interview as dozens of people streamed by him. “I just hope the Congress, the Senate and the president recognize that people are afraid of what’s going on.”

Mr. DeMint and a handful of Republican legislators were the only party leaders on hand for the demonstration. Republican officials said privately that they were pleased by the turnout but wary of the anger directed at all politicians. And most of those who turned out were not likely to have been Obama voters anyway. more

Rallies From Michigan Avenue to Washington D stroyed I mean DC Today

Today there are a motherload of angry yet civilized conservatives hitting the streets of DC and Chicago's Michigan Avenue to let the new "US Central Government" headed up by Chairman "MaObama" know in no uncertain terms that "we won't be underwriting any healthcare initiatives that cannot be funded without jeopardizing the future of American's children for the next half century".... not to mention us..

Sure do wish I could be at either one if not both events were I a lear jet lib or even Obama with OUR Air Force One, but I may have to settle for a top down drive down to the Michigan Ave area possibly with a buddy.... weather permitting.....

So if interested in these monumental events in these two avowed liberal cities then you got a choice of related web sites to check out.... watch this though...

So to those going thanks a million and it's wonderful seeing so many local people excited about government and civics all of a sudden on the right......and this group of Patriots are doing a wonderful job......

Greta Van Susteren on The Tea Party Express Kicking Off

Saturday night it was Sacramento and Greta sent out the diminutive Griff Jenkins, who takes an awful lot of crap on most of his assignments for Fox news, in fact so much so that he must be in near heaven finding himself surrounded by civilized patriots for once...

That being instead of usual unruly and profane liberals, who for years were the only ones out there protesting the government, at least they were the only ones until the Obama Red Circus came to town and has again awakened the sleeping giant across the country also known as the silent majority.

We aren't keeping our mouths shut anymore as this kicked off and will be spreading across the country in 30 cities finally leading up to DC on 911.... and then from there the 912'ers of Glenn Beck will make themselves heard as well.

Glenn Beck: New Republic, America's Future Part 5 (2 Videos)

Teh conclusion of a week long series focused on who and what else than the Obama central government and all it's interesting communist leanings and interests who have this president's ear like none other ..

The one led by the "mistake from the Bay of Gay" named Nancy Pelosi from San Fran Freako, who after watching lead this circus of corrupt socialists who should be not only the first female speaker of the house, but the first one impeached and chucked out of office as well for her part in the stimulus fraud and the Omnibus bill layed right on top of it..

Glenn's message essentially is this for these far astray lawbreaking lawmakers: adopt this conservative platform or hit the low road out of DC forever.... and with him I agree.....(video link)
