Linguists they call these 'Ghetto talkers'? I'm sure 'true' linguists don't appreciate the comparison.

This phrase is what the article uses to describe what 'ebonics' is for those who weren't paying attention when the name was coined back in the 90's when they tried to actually 'teach' this shit in where else but 'Californicate'?

"Ebonics, which is also known as African American Vernacular English....."

I call it something else, as do most, and our adjective for describing it is not as kind to the people who CHOOSE by their own volition to openly and proudly speak it. There are millions of African Americans who REFUSE to speak it, thank God for them.

I don't know about you all, but the Ebonics word I hate the most is AXE, which is used in place of ASK of course and we hear it day in and day out on tv almost everywhere you look.

Especially on UPN and BET of course.

It's used like so: "Axe me this, axe me dat yo?"

I never realized they actually determined Ebonics to actually be a recognized form of vernacular, but apparently the federal government does recognize it as such and is in need of some 'translators' to teach them 'ghettospeak', so they can understand what all Obama's disciples are 'yappin' about when they wiretap their cells, yo.

ie: "Ya'll gots to be doggin me yo! You know they gots an Ebonics experts right there in the Oval bling room! And his his handle be Obama dogg."

Obama himself speaks a different version of "Ebonics, which I call 'Obonics'.

You know what I'm talking about, when he pulls out the "I've been bangin' in the hood" dialect he uses when he wants to sound hip, mostly when he's bullshitting in urban environments we suffer through this.

Here's a perfect example of him doing it, and it's all translated into Ebonics for those of you out there totally unfamiliar with Ebonics OR Obonics...

DEA seeks Ebonics experts to help with cases: "ATLANTA — Federal agents are seeking to hire Ebonics translators to help interpret wiretapped conversations involving targets of undercover drug investigations.

The Drug Enforcement Administration recently sent memos asking companies that provide translation services to help it find nine translators in the Southeast who are fluent in Ebonics, Special Agent Michael Sanders said Monday.

Ebonics, which is also known as African American Vernacular English, has been described by the psychologist who coined the term as the combination of English vocabulary with African language structure.

Some DEA agents already help translate Ebonics, Sanders said. But he said wasn't sure if the agency has ever hired outside Ebonics experts as contractors.

'They saw a need for this in a couple of their investigations,' he said. 'And when you see a need — it may not be needed now — but we want the contractors to provide us with nine people just in case.'

The DEA's decision, first reported by The Smoking Gun, evokes memories of the debate sparked in 1996 when the Oakland, Calif., school board suggested that black English was a separate language. Although the board later dropped the suggestion amid criticism, it set off a national discussion over whether Ebonics is a language, a dialect or neither.

The search for translators covers a wide swath of the Southeast, including offices in Atlanta, Washington, New Orleans, Miami and the Caribbean, said Sanders. He said he's uncertain why other regions aren't hiring Ebonics translators, but said there are ongoing investigations in the Southeast that need dedicated Ebonics translators.

Linguists said Ebonics can be trickier than it seems, partly because the vocabulary evolves so quickly.

"The girlfriend of the Connecticut truck driver who killed eight of his co-workers said Wednesday that on the morning of the massacre 'he was in a daze.'

Speaking exclusively to the Daily News for the first time since Omar Thornton ended his deadly rampage by shooting himself, Kristi Hannah said she did not he was planning to unleash hell - but she knew something was not right when he left her apartment.

'That morning he seemed like he was in a daze,' she said, speaking at her mom's house. 'His eyes weren't right. They were empty. I kept asking him what was wrong but he wouldn't tell me.'

Thornton, she said, 'was quiet.'

'He gave me a weird hug,' said Hannah. 'It was really long. And a kiss and said goodbye. He looked at me hard and told me he loved me.'

Then he was gone.

A short time later, Hannah said, the cops showed up. continued

MANCHESTER, Conn. - Nine people are dead in a workplace shooting at a family-owned beer and wine wholesaler, police said.

Sources said Omar S. Thornton, 34, was a driver for Hartford Distributors and was described by a Teamsters Union official as a recent hire and a "disciplinary problem."

"The union was bringing him in to meet with the company to remedy the problem," said John Hollis, a Teamsters official. "He started shooting."

Thornton shot a number of people and then shot himself with a .223 caliber semiautomatic rifle as police approached and is dead, sources said.

Hollis declined to describe the nature of the disciplinary problem, and he said he wasn't certain if the meeting had taken place when the shooting started. A law enforcement source said Thornton had been suspected of stealing from the business.

Joanne Hannah, who lives in the Enfield, Conn., neighborhood where Thornton lived until about a month ago, said her daughter Kristi had dated Thornton for eight years.


Thornton, who is black, had complained about being racially harassed at work. Thornton brought his complaints to his superiors, who did nothing about it, she said her daughter told her.

Steve Hollander, a member of the family that founded and owns the company, is one of the wounded, a police source said. He was shot in the neck, the source said.

"Everyone is devastated by this tragic and senseless act," said Jim Bataglio, a spokesman for the Hollander family, adding that the Hollander family intends to focus its attention and efforts on the families and the victims.

In this day and age they're going to tell us that they were being attacked vebally  (I believe falsely)  as they claim racial epithets are hurled their way, and yet not one single piece of audio or video tape to back up their bullshit claims. In a year's time of Tea Party protests the loons and minorities have made these false claims over and over, and there's not a single piece of proof ever of this. Not a one.

I sure as hell don't.  I see plenty of patriots, "kill the bill" references, lots of flags and none are burning,  perhaps they're so stupid they may think the "Kill the Bill" reference meant someone else? Who knows.

I see lots and lots of camera's and news people, so where's all the tapes? No interviews?Remember the CNN lady who stirred up crap last summer here in Chicago? They air it when they find it  because that's exactly what they're there for. Looking to humiliate the right any way they can.

Nowadays there are videos of bumblebees having sex, martians doing the moonwalk and just about every other damn thing you can imagine, as even the devil has a freaking blackberry nowadays! But none of these people with ALL THESE REPORTERS around, just about every person on welfare has a cell phone,  and again, not one tape of a single utterance of anything racial whatsoever.

And none exist because if they or someone had one they'd pay good money for it and then  we'd be seeing it  looping over and over on the networks all weekend,  with all that's at stake. Bet on it.

Ugly build-up to House health care vote 

Demonstrators hurl N-word, spit at black members of Congress 

WASHINGTON - House Democrats heard it all Saturday — words of inspiration from President Barack Obama and raucous chants of protests from demonstrators. And at times it was flat-out ugly, including some racial epithets aimed at black members of Congress.

Most of the day's important work leading up to Sunday's historic vote on health care was being done behind closed doors. Democratic leaders cajoled, bargained and did what they needed to nail down the votes they will need to finally push Obama's health care overhaul bill through the House.

But much else about the day was noisy, emotional and right out in the open. After more than a year debating the capstone of Obama's domestic agenda and just hours to go before the showdown vote, there was little holding back.

The tone was set outside the Capitol. Clogging the sidewalks and streets of Capitol Hill  were at least hundreds — no official estimate was yet available — of loud, furious protesters, many of them tea party opponents of the health care overhaul.

Rallies outside the Capitol are typically orderly, with speeches and well-behaved crowds. Saturday's was different, with anger-fueled demonstrators surrounding members of Congress who walked by, yelling at them.

"Kill the bill," the largely middle-aged crowd shouted, surging toward lawmakers who crossed the street between their office buildings and the Capitol.

The motorcade that carried Obama to Capitol Hill to whip up support for the bill drove past crowds waving signs that read "Stop the spending" and "Get your hands out of my pocketbook and health care." Many booed and thrust their thumbs down as Obama rode by.

Reid apologies for 'no Negro dialect' comment (Take your apology and stick it Dingy Harry)

Just like his apology for saying all the visitors to the capitol building smell" I'm sure many never heard or simply forgot about...

So where was this latest offensive comment during the election cycle last passed I wonder? Conveniently tucked away to sell books apparently.

Actually with the media's heads firmly planted up their own (or their Messiah's) ass there's likely an endless stream of these types of comments and attitudes on the left, we just haven't heard them say em out loud, that's all.

As we all know now they simply made Obama their  "little house negro stooge"   in order to enact all these Un American bailouts and handouts using a half black man in charge as  their cover, all done in order to try and secure another another poor generation of African American  voters poisoning them with reckless handouts, lies and deceit that while coupled with Jesse carrying the flag of racism has endlessly held back their community ever since their unquestioned and ill advised alliance with liberals which began a couple decades ago right after the left finally lost the civil rights battle.
