This is right out of the old time superstar soccer player Pele' days, when he was the first international Soccer star who came from playing most of his career in Brazil, to come to the US to kick start the US soccer movement even back then in the 70's who also came to America and played briefly for a team called the New York Cosmos when I was a kid up in White Plains NY.
Here's a picture of the man who made the bicycle kick an almost unstoppable move kids broke their necks trying to emulate (which is soccer's answer to the Karate Kid "Crane Technique he practices on the pier post and uses to win the imaginary tournament lol)
as these 2 players executed a perfect bicycle kick the goes for a goal which happened last week but hits the net today for some reason...I'm not a big fan of soccer but this is pretty unusual to see if ever prior to this other than the one man version above.
Yahoo! Sports: "In last Sunday's Argentina Primera Division match between Gimnasia La Plata and Boca Juniors, something happened that probably hasn't happened before and we probably won't see again. After the ball deflected off a Boca defender, Gimnasia's Sebastian Romero and Marco Perez both executed bicycle kicks at the same time to score a goal. Trying to figure the odds on both players executing overhead kicks in unison to put the ball in the back of the net is enough to make your head hurt, especially considering Perez had to scramble to his feet in order to get there."
