Couples says he'll play practice round with Woods "the leper"

So what do Obama and Tiger Woods still have in common since Tiger has fallen hard from his "Messiah" Status and Obama having fallen from his a while ago?

No one will play with them in a round of golf since both think they're the "second coming", but neither one can keep from hitting those trees and are always losing their balls.

I like this headline I see on Yahoo news this morning down below,  as it's worded like no one will play with Tiger because they don't know WTF to expect,  as he's almost being treated like a leper during this Masters outing this weekend.

Sure is a lot different tune since the day he first won the Masters, and I remember it well as I was watching much of it with my now deceased golfing nut maternal grandfather who said "there goes the neighborhood" when Woods won the tournament, and turns out he was right, eventually,  as the world eventually found out Woods was more like an NBA player, playing a lot more than the regular 18 ho's... lol

Fred Couples was the only man who would volunteer for the practice round apparently or they wouldn't be making a big deal about it...

Fred Couples will play a practice round with Tiger as he doesn't wanna miss seeing Tiger being booed for a change on the golf course...(just kidding, he didn't say that but I am and i bet it's true!) They're glad he's back for the ratings, but they don't miss him hogging all the wins,  I guarantee it.

Yahoo! News: "HUMBLE, Texas – Fred Couples said Wednesday that he'll play a practice round for the Masters with Tiger Woods at Augusta National on Monday.

Woods is making his return to competitive golf next week at the Masters after months of seclusion following revelations that he cheated on his wife.

Couples said he'll avoid asking Woods about his personal life.

'This is not going to be questions and answers,' said Couples, playing in the Houston Open this week. 'It's going to be strictly golf. I play a lot with him at Augusta, so this is not unusual.'

Couples said he would be playing in a foursome with Woods, though he did not know who the other two golfers would be. Couples said he's curious to see how fans will react to seeing Woods on the course again.

'I'm looking forward to it, for sure, just because he hasn't played,' Couples said. 'I want to see the reaction and how good he's hitting it.'

Couples wasn't sure what time the practice round would begin. Woods has a news conference scheduled for 2 p.m. that day.

The 50-year-old Couples has won his last three starts on the Champions Tour and says he's taken some ribbing from Woods in recent text messages.

'He teases me about winning a couple of times on the Champions Tour,' Couples said. 'He needs shots is what he's telling me. I'm smarter than that.'

Couples, who will be returning as captain of the U.S. Presidents Cup team next year, said he expects Woods to commit to play in the event in Australia."
