"Land Of The Free" Turning To "The Land Of Tyranny"

When someone spends 3 months in jail for skipping or missing jury duty 5 years ago, something smells rotten in Denmark as out government "by the people for the people" has careened completely out of control, and all signs point to things getting worse and worse every minute.

I guess it's no accident that the number one book in the country is from the lawyer and extremely popular talk show host known as the Great One, a one Mark Levin titled "Liberty And Tyranny", as we now regularly see men pulled over and harassed by police for bumper stickers containing the Gadsden "Don't Tread On Me" Flag you see in the top right of this website and being referred to as a subversive, while liberals freely burn and wipe their asses with our American flag with regularity beyond belief and no repercussions whatsoever.

What has happened to this great country in only 4 lousy months where we're at the point of falling apart at the seams and losing all our liberty for tyranny in the bat of an eye?

District Judge Chris Oldner said he was unaware of Maupin's detention until Friday, even though the case was assigned to his court. The judge who signed the original 2003 warrant had retired, and officials said the case was assigned to the court of his replacement but the offense didn't fall under that court's responsibility.

'He should not have spent that much time. This is unacceptable,' Oldner told the Morning News. 'I don't know why the process failed to notify us.'

Oldner also said that Maupin should have been allowed to apply for a p"
