Here are the charges against him that led to his long overdue firing after of coarse it became public that he had called the 911 victims on September 11th "Little Eichmann's" a reference to Adolph Hitler's henchman Adolph Eichmann made at VCU university Sept 7th, 2007.
Having him exposed as a fraud and near traitorous citizen under tenure making hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars is a great thing, although the reason he is in court this week is to try and get his lifetime gravy train position back since he's not only un-hirable but is considered a basically toxic and undesirable human being who's reputation has been deservedly and irreparably destroyed.
Particularly for having built his both damaging and prosperous career, building an entire identity based on his exploitation of a false claim of Cherokee Indian heritage., along with a few plagiarist writings that helped him secure this lifetime position and privilege he wants back that all true Americans should pray he never sees again in this lifetime.
Our forefathers would have hung this traitor without question, and hopefully this Colorado jury and judge he's facing send him to the virtual gallows by taking away his ability to poison our children's minds ever again on a college campus or anywhere if possible to prevent. So do pray that he's kept as far away from students and schools as possible others will be banished as well after being uncovered thanks to the patriotic works of one man and patriot named David Horowitz and others like him who helped take out Churchill.
Horowitz is the product of 2 communist party members himself as he writes and travels the country dedicating his life to exposing Ward Churchill-like scum wherever they operate through his highly successful FrontPage mag and website of which I peruse daily and have for some time now. Hopefully you consider doing this as well if it's not already part of your internet resources and ammunition in the culture war we are now engaged in full bore as Ward Churchill becomes a big take down and battle won in that said war thanks to Horowitz and others tireless work.
Ward Churchill Testimony: U.S. Deserved 9/11:
Newsmax.com - DENVER -- A former University of Colorado professor, assailed for likening Sept. 11 victims to a Nazi leader and fired for alleged plagiarism, testified in court Monday that the 2001 terrorist attacks were "perfectly predictable."
Ward Churchill took the stand in his lawsuit seeking to get his job back at the university, where he was a tenured professor of ethnic studies.
"I'm not in favor of terror," he said while explaining the essay that thrust him into the national spotlight. Public outrage over the essay erupted just before the university launched a research-misconduct investigation into his other work.
Churchill said that when he compared the victims in the World Trade Center to Adolf Eichmann, one of the architects of the Holocaust, he was arguing that "if you make it a practice of killing other people's babies for personal gain ... eventually they're going to give you a taste of the same thing."
Churchill said it was not his intent to be hurtful to the Sept. 11 victims.
The only surprise in the Sept. 11 attacks was that "it took so long" for them to happen, he said.
Churchill was dismissed in July 2007 after the university concluded he misrepresented or fabricated research on Native Americans and claimed the work of a Canadian environmental group as his own.
The investigation did not include the essay about the Sept. 11 victims.
Churchill's attorney, David Lane, has said his client was the victim of a "howling mob" looking for a pretext to fire him.
Michael Radelet, CU sociology professor who served on one of the university committees that investigated the research allegations, testified Monday that the inquiry was unbiased and fair. He said the committee took no pleasure in Churchill's firing.
"Nobody smiled, nobody took any joy," he said, adding that Churchill was well liked on campus, "but he just cheated."
Former CU President Elizabeth Hoffman testified earlier in the trial that Churchill's Sept. 11 essay triggered an "all-out" assault on the school by conservatives.
Hoffman said then-Gov. Bill Owens called and asked her to fire Churchill. She said when she responded that she couldn't, he answered, "Then I will unleash my plan."
When he testified, Owens denied threatening the university.
"I don't recall it being in that tenor," Owens said.
