It's a new way for liberals and conservatives to avoid all the usual sneaking around and takes away the chance of actually getting caught in the act of committing those dreaded extra marital affairs on "Crapital Hill". So this idea was devised by a new style Democrat who was elected in November who like Obama was promising full transparency during his term.
