Much Talk Of SuperBowl Ads

This gimmick is fun some years but in recent years I think it reaches into the theater of the absurd seeing which companies can toss away millions in 30 seconds really demonstrating the very extravagance that has the country reeling financially and sinking socially making celebrities into unworthy Gods and basically ruining the country in many people's opinions.

For an example this year an ad defending the choice of life over murder also called abortion by a catholic pro life group was out and out rejected by NBC which basically shows where their allegiances lie that I posted here last week and here the week before that.

And as you likely know by now PETA made an obnoxious slut dominated commercial insulting every man on the planet insinuating as if all of us out here think with the heads of our penis', and simply are too neanderthal to turn our heads away from some sultry slut having simulated sex with vegetables.

America at it's worst. I wont link it, but you can see it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HinATCdY60k

However after 911 on January 2002 there was one commercial that many of us out here think still today sends all these other commercials to the the trash bin where most of them belong, and it was this simple Budweiser Commercial,

The second best in my book was the Mean Joe Greene Coke commercial that can be seen with some of the other so called best by clicking the pic below

Or you can see this years ads now instead of during the game by visiting Alands super bowl spoilers site which gives the inside Adworld view of the conceptual ideas to the actual making os some, that is here.
The 10 best Super Bowl ads of all time -

Business of Super Bowl- msnbc.com: "Thirty-four years ago this month, Farrah Fawcett sensuously applied Noxzema to Joe Namath’s manly chin — touching off an escalating arms race of expensive Super Bowl commercials that have frequently been more entertaining than the games.

Last year, advertisers weren’t shy about spending $2.5 million on a 30-second commercial, but only the Budweiser “Magic Fridge” commercial came within striking distance of our Top 10 list.
