No doubt that even with a fence the illegals will still attempt to come through in other ways, but that's no excuse not to keep building the one that's taking forever to get going yet creeping along. These perpetual delays we can lay at the doorstep of the environmentalists' and their continued wacko objections, one's that Michael Chertoff had to just over ride last week to resume construction again .
A little fact that many non news junkies don't know is many illegals even convicted of murder are eventually released in this country after serving their usually light sentences, are then shown the border only to walk down the street, pick up some fake documents from here or there, then turning around and coming right back to the US just like this killer did in AZ last week.
At least in this instance he was fortunately caught by alert border personnel while attempting re-entry with fake documentation obtained back home in "Mehico".
And what if he wasn't caught? My educated guess is he would have gone right back to what he knows best, breaking our laws at his leisure right up until he got caught again after killing his next victim probably.
Deported murderer caught attempting to re-enter U.S.
www.azstarnet.com ®: "A convicted murderer who was deported earlier this year after serving more than two decades in prison was arrested Tuesday after trying to come back into the country. Juan Crisantos-Ramos, 46, a Mexican citizen, was taken in to custody at the Dennis DeConcini port of entry in Nogales after he attempted to enter the United States using an immigration document that belonged to someone else, according to a news release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
