With this interesting ploy he pulled tonight skipping the debate for Leno, you have to say Fred Thompson is running an unorthodox campaign.... yet many would say it's the rest of the pack running the unorthodox campaign seeing it's a full year and a half before the election as we all know. The earliest presidential barrage ever.This is a good thing time however as we need all this time to remind America about everything wrong with Hillary Clinton that we bloggers know by heart but the rest of America needs to be refreshed on the Clinton Slime Factor and the Obama Rama Majic show.
I'm a Duncan Hunter man, but seeing that the country will most likely ignore this great man for the most part, it'll be between Rudy and Fred and I'm pulling for Fred but if that doesn't happen Rudy beats the hell out of Hillary and BrOBama in my book.

Mike Allen - Politico.com: "At 7:57 p.m. Eastern time Wednesday, while taping 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' for broadcast later in the evening, Fred Thompson finally said: 'I'm running for president of the United States.' The studio audience gave him thunderous applause.
The 'Law & Order' actor and former U.S. senator from Tennessee plans to begin an announcement tour in Iowa on Thursday. Thompson rejected the notion that he has waited too long to get in. 'People treat politicians sort of like the dentist -- they don't have anything to do with them till they have to,' he said. 'I wasn't in the room when they made the rules, so I had to kind of follow my own lead,' Thompson said, adding that he doubts voters will say: 'That guy would make a very good president, but he didn?t get in soon enough.'"
