Some Animals Deserve to Be Hunted Down For The Good Of Society

And this case discussed below involves one of those people. This incredible situation involves the repeated rape of a young girl who is a relative of the defendant by a lying cheating foreigner granted asylum here in the US, whom in spite of schooling all the way through college played our court system like a bongo drum by falsely claiming he cannot speak English well enough to receive a fair trial, thus requiring an rare interpreter for an even rarer language that apparently only he and 100,000 Sierra Leone pygmies speak.

As a result of the inability to find an acceptable (to whom I cannot figure out from the article) interpreter this scumbags' charges were dropped over the weekend by a dimwitted feel good numbskulled judge using the denial of a speedy trial clause as indicated in the WAPO article below.

This in spite of the pygmies' waiving of that right in the initial phase of these proceedings. That was until yet another left wing do gooder, a psychologist at that time who gets involved in the case and supposedly examines this slime, and says he needs a special interpreter.

Just as the judge, this crafty foreign born defendant played this guy or gal like a fiddle too, after 3 years of the prosecution and this guy jerking around in and out of courtrooms and examinations.

All the while this pig is free on bail as well, as he is right now.

The Maryland attorney general is appealing the ruling as of noon cdt Monday, meanwhile as I said before, this slime is apparently walking around somewhere if not already on his way back to whence he came this afternoon or sooner if he can manage to get on a plane somewhere in some lax city if he hasn't already.

Charges Dismissed Against Liberian Accused of Raping 7-Year-Old

Vai tongue ties Montgomery County judge's hands (washingtonpost.com)

You can almost hear Nancy Grace and Lou Dobbs now: On Tuesday, a judge in Montgomery County released a Liberian immigrant, accused of raping and molesting a 7-year-old girl, on the grounds that the prosecution's delays in finding an interpreter violated his right to a speedy trial. The suspect, Mahamu Kanneh, was not only set free but, because of double-jeopardy protection, cannot be charged with the crime again

In the 24 hours since this story first broke, anti-ACLU pundits in the blogosphere have decried the decision as "out of control political correctness." And as more facts emerge about the case, the outcry could get loud continued

Here's my comment over at that guys WAPO blog

Red tape chokes the legal system to the advantage of yet another crafty loser foreigner, this one granted asylum, who plays our system just like the bongos from his homeland and a fiddle too.

A rapist of a relative yet walking around amongst us today at the peril of all small children in his path. Travesty

This story From the weekend's news before the outrage became public yesterday

Md. Judge Dismisses Sex-Abuse Charges -
washingtonpost.com: "A 7-year-old girl said she had been raped and repeatedly molested over the course of a year. Police in Montgomery County, acting on information from a relative, soon arrested a Liberian immigrant living in Gaithersburg. They marshaled witnesses and DNA evidence to prepare for trial.

What was missing -- for much of the nearly three years that followed -- was an interpreter fluent in the suspect's native language. A judge recently dropped the charges, not because she found that Mahamu Kanneh had been wrongly accused but because repeated delays in the case had, in her view, violated his right to a speedy trial."

"This is one of the most difficult decisions I've had to make in a long time," Katherine D. Savage said from the bench Tuesday, noting that she was mindful of "the gravity of this case and the community's concern about offenses of this type."

Loretta E. Knight, the Circuit Court clerk responsible for finding interpreters, said her office searched exhaustively for a speaker of Vai, a tribal language spoken in West Africa. They contacted the Liberian Embassy, she said, and courts in all but three states. Linguists estimate that 100,000 people speak Vai, mostly in Liberia and Sierra Leone.

In arguing to save the case, Assistant State's Attorney Maura Lynch said that dismissing the indictment "after all the efforts the state has made to accommodate the defendant would be fundamentally unfair." continued
