That's why they're sent out to make these arrests and yet let half of Mexico take over LA streets and parks for a day and don't arrest ONE G** DA** illegal the whole flippin day . WTF is that?

Hayes got a permit for a daylong rally of Minutemen activists and a smaller group of protesters demanding reparations for slavery. They were met by a crowd of about 300 pro-immigrant marchers carrying signs and vowing to prevent the others from marching into the park.
