I blogged a story a couple of days ago about a California high school who's yearbook was banning the use of the word God in a paid advertisement by one of the students parents.
Well chalk one up for the good guys as pressure brought to bear on the school for that decision has caused them to reverse their asanine decision and reprint the yearbook with 'God' reinstated within it's pages.
Take that you ant-religious speech police. Sometimes making noise can make a difference, as silence, appeasement and passiveness solves nothing and never will.

Yearbook agrees to stop censoring 'God'

'We applaud the school district for revisiting this issue, and making the decision in accordance with the law,' said Kevin Snider, chief counsel for the Pacific Justice Institute."Liberty Union School District Superintendent Dan Smith told WND that the school had in the past edited references to violence, gangs, drugs and alcohol, and the yearbook advisor, Lloyd Cornwell, had decided this year to edit any religious references to avoid "controversy."
