The above quote comes from Abraham Lincoln, and it's meaning couldn't be more apropos as each and every day our "Feelgood Free Speech Death Squads" attempt to censor completely remove offensive words, phrases from our daily existence.
Then after being emboldened by little victories like the one featured below, their next goal will be our "complete ideas" which will consist of anything and everything they disagree with.
This will occur if we, those that are vehemently against this new trend, do not fight back more intensely than we presently are doing, as they are winning the small battles that will eventually lead to the victory in the present culture war.
Almost every day this week I have posted a new "speech police story", leading to an unwanted category in my labels section. And it doesn't appear I'll have any trouble whatsoever filling it up, which is not good news for we citizens in America, as that category and thought process according to Abraham Lincoln and many other American greats doesn't belong in this nation's lexicon.
Here's today's abomination .....

Yearbook censors 'God' from pages:Even high school yearbooks are not immune from the free speech death squads, but that should come as no surprise as this has been going on for quite some time now, and putting this toothpaste back in the tube is going to prove difficult if not near impossible.
WorldNetDaily: "A California law firm that specializes in religious freedom, parental rights and other civil liberties is asking the Liberty Union School District in Brentwood, Calif., why officials there censored 'God' from a $175 advertisement parents purchased in the school's yearbook to offer their best wishes to their son on his graduation.
Matt McReynolds, staff attorney with 'the Pacific Justice Institute, told WND that there still probably is time for the school district mistake to be repaired in the yearbook, but time is running short." read more
