It looks like the liberals "rehabilitation, not incarceration" mantra doesn't work for everyone, especially those out there like the guy below that aren't senators or congressman named Kennedy.He seems to be the modern day version of Mayberry's Otis the drunk, except the ficticious Otis spent his nights in a jail cell, not driving around a lethal weapon intoxicated day in and day out, in spite of the fact that he hasn't had a license in 16 years accumulating 13 charges and 5 convictions.

Terrance Card, of Lorain County, had a Breathalyzer reading of .11 in the courtroom and was immediately sent back to jail, NewsChannel5 reported. The legal limit for being drunk in Ohio is .08.
Officials said Card hasn't had a driver's license since 1990 because of his drinking problem.
He is now facing more charges, including felony DUI charges and driving under a suspended license.
Prosecutors in the case had their suspicions and that's when they gave him a Breathalyzer test.
Card already has five drunken driving convictions in the past 20 years.
He was originally supposed to appear in court Wednesday, but could not be located."
They could find him easier next time if they give him an address at the local Ohio prison, Cell Block H.
