The water buffalo got the last laugh on this one which happened over the weekend when we had celebrations on our minds here for the first time in 51 years...
I don't know about you all, but I wouldn't want this ugly assed thing hanging anywhere in my house.
The garage perhaps...apparently it weighs 2oo lbs and pinned the guy unconscious in his lazy boy like something out of a Flintstone cartoon.
I think it's funny especially since I live in a town called Buffalo Grove.

It turns out the animals can be dangerous when they’re mounted on walls, too.Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies say a man in the Florida Keys had to call 911 when a stuffed water buffalo’s head mounted on a wall fell on him and pinned him as he slept in a reclining chair.
The sheriff’s office said the call came in early today from the man, who could only yell his address and tell operators he had been trapped.
The man had apparently woken up when the buffalo head fell on his lap. The head was too heavy for him to lift, but the man was able to reach for his cell phone and call for help.
He was taken to a hospital for treatment
