Megyn Kelly Schools O'Reilly On Legal Issues Re; Navy Seal Case and Cop Killer Clemmons (video)

Good to see Megyn Kelly back from giving birth on September 25th to a baby boy, and frankly she looks like she simply went on vacation to me which is every mother's hope after bearing a child I would think, but certainly wouldn't know first hand.

In other words she looks great for just giving birth a month ago.

Anyhow she stands up to Bill and accuses him of "wanting to play God from the bench" as he role plays the judge in these cases, and Kelly who's a pretty sharp lawyer, schools him on the ways of setting bail.

And while they (cases) don't always come out the way we would hope, these judges, according to her which most would know I believe, rely on other people's information to make those determinations. Which would be prosecutors, psych evaluators and a litany of other liberal people involved these high profile cases doing everything they can to make sure the accused gets more rights and care than the victims of their usually heinous crimes.

Yet O'Reilly argues they're "the judge" and can and should do what they believe to be a fair bail based on their sole assessment of the defendant's probability of jumping bail....
