Suicide was declared this afternoon after the discovery of the body of the Chicago school board president....suicide..(wink wink) found early Monday morn and already the medical examiner has determined it was a suicide? That seems funky to me.
As you can see however from the video preview, one person who wasted no time jumping on the wagon was Jesse who as usual was on the scene in minutes like a good moth, as he came to the cameras as soon as the lights were detected and the call came over the police scanner that he must monitor so he doesn't miss any opportunities.
Never fear, as Jesse is here, as soon as all are comforted, you see he be outta here. (a little rhyme homage to "Green Eggs and Ham" Jackson)
One note is this man had many many real estate deals tied to the hope of a 2016 Chicago Olympics so this may end up in that direction if they can't place him with another person all of Sunday which they've not been able to do yet......again it's only been 12 -20 hours..
NBC Chicago: "Although Chicago school board president Michael Scott's death has been ruled a suicide by the Cook County medical examiner's office, Chicago police are characterizing the case as a death investigation, and have not concluded that Scott's death was a suicide.
'We want to conduct a thorough investigation before we make that determination ourselves,' said police superintendent Jody Weis at a press conference this afternoon.
Scott's body was found at the water's edge of the Chicago River with a gunshot wound to the head this morning. Scott’s Cadillac was found nearby. Scott’s family had reported him missing around midnight Sunday.
Police used 'various investigative techniques' to find his body and his car behind the Chicago Apparel Center along the north branch of the river."
