I was gonna rip them for blowing off Veterans day today while honoring a childrens show yesterday (of great importance I will add) among other goofy things they acknowledge yet not celebrating the men and women who keep us all free not only here but policing every corner of the world as well without basically squat in return, mind you.......certainly not what they're worth to us...

Well, they smoked me this morning and probably many other Google Doodle watchers with this eloquent logo today I must admit which I'm happy to see.......
So you're probably goin' "If he just checked their archives he would have seen this one shown below from last year, 2008, and saved himself some trouble huh? lol
Well, I just remembered them blowing off Columbus day which I ragged about along with others I know of, and just assumed the worst (although you know the saying, don't assume, it makes an ASS out of U and ME) they would also blow this one and I was wrong.

SO I checked after all and ..They did blow it off (Vets Day) in 2005 and in the 9 previous years just like I thought, so it's not like I'm delusional thank goodness......(at least this time...lol)
So anyhow, to them I say "thank you" for honoring these men and women at least this time, because they deserve every acknowledgment we can provide far more than anyone...they made this all possible by keeping America free.. let's just hope it continues under this mildly Neo Marxist Obama regime which right now doesn't look good.
