Today he's rippin' the Mayor's choice to lure kids back school in a month or so (as if there was some choice for children in the matter, only in Obama's Chicago is school optional for a majority of the city's poorest residents who need the schooling as bad as anyone) with a rapper who's hit song is called .....
"Birthday Sex"...
The song is about a young man who doesn't have a birthday present for his girlfriend. No jewelry, no perfume, no roses. Instead, he decides to give her something that means a lot to him.
He gives her sex. Nice.
It's your birthday, so I know you want to ride out
Even if we only go to my house
Sip on weezy as we sit upon my couch,
Feels good, but I know you want to cry out.
... You kiss me so sweetly, taste just like Hershey's
Nice choice, Mr Mayor.
I'm a fun kinda guy who himself is a lifelong musician, but not particularly in favor of these rappers or rockers like me ever becoming intertwined with the schools like this, as it's not the place nor time for they to be held up as role models in any school system anywhere, and especially in a city were children are killed almost daily.
Particularly in an area mostly concentrated where Barack Obama was once their senatorial representative.
In other words, I agree with Mr Kass as usual......
Nothing says back to school like sex song
chicagotribune.com: "The last thing I'd ever want to talk about with Mayor Richard Daley is the hit song 'Birthday Sex.'
You just don't discuss songs of sex with the absolute boss of Chicago. You might talk about the White Sox and politics, but you never, ever refer to melodies of human reproduction with Rich Daley.
'Birthday Sex' is apparently the new hot song by popular Chicago singer Jeremih, a graduate of the Chicago Public Schools who has been chosen as the mayor's point man to help lure sex-crazed teenagers (they're not thinking about the Louisiana Purchase every two minutes) back to school next month.
'He's a young man, [with a] back-to-school message, a young man who has had great success recording, producer, going to school, went to public school,' Daley rambled at his back-to-school news conference at Robeson High School on Tuesday. 'Graduated from Morgan Park, and like anything else, he's willing to help other youngsters in our public school system.'" (continued at his pic)
